Absolutely loved this stay! Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The blankets and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great! The pool was nice. It was close to everything with lots to choose from for food. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be coming back here!

The room was nice but we booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a hot tub. We were very disapointed after driving 10 hours and having sore backs (due to accident) that this hotel did not have hot tubs as listed. We would have booked elsewhere if we would have known..

The room was clean hotel was clean. Expedia says they have a soaking tub it was filled in. Expedia did not mention the extra $25.00 payment to the hotel apon arrival. I am supposed to get it back. Room was loud you can here anything in the bathroom thoughout the room. Too expensive for what you get.

The fridge in our room kept going out, lost quite a bit of food i had purchased and was not compensated or even acknowledged of the loss. Eventually the fridge was replaced but still did not keep item very cold. One of the breakfast staff was rude, i understood breakfast ended at 10 am. We arrived 10minites prior and when i asked for some butter her response was, " you know breakfast ends at 10". I responded, yes. She gave me 2 butters.

We tried to cancel this reservation on the 27th of December and we’re told by an Expedia online agent that our case will be with higher ups and will take 3-5 business days and that they will be contacting us by email, but it’s now the January 9th and still nothing. The manager at the hotel was also very rude and extremely not helpful. The staff at this hotel are not properly trained at all.

We stayed during a winter storm, to be close to the hospital for an early morning surgery. We were afraid we couldn't get there in the morning. The desk clerk at check in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The next morning my surgery was canceled due to the storm. We had already checked our at 6am, but it was unsafe to leave. The new desk clerk gave us back our key. We had a wonderful breakfast and returned to our room and slept until close to check out time. We checked out and hung around a very friendly lobby with other guests wait for the storm to calm down enough to drive home. The accommodations and staff were so nice we struggled with leaving our just staying another night.

Picked this hotel primarily for the continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was COMPLETELY empty. I was told they have to save food for the following day, which was a Monday…when asking the kitchen staff to restock, they were rude and not willing to help. I especially liked the coffee bean self grinding machine, it was fancy and better than most of your hotel coffee. Breakfast was great also. Only thing we didnt do was swim although it all looked okay to me.

I am particular about the places I stay in away from home. Very nice clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was filling. Loved the pancake maker, Would stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

I was very surprised to stay at a hotel that had my usual brand of products to use. There was dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, and body wash. Everything about the stay was pleasant. The only issue we had was that the USB ports in the room we had did not work to charge your phone. Staff was friendly upon arrival and checking out. I also like seeing that they disinfect the room keys as people are checking out. Also, the rooms appear to be soundproof so we barely heard anyone else. And breakfast was A+ this is the first hotel. I’ve stayed out where they actually have bacon on the menu for breakfast.
