For my one night stay it was tolerable. Due to all the guests for the eclipse on 4/8/24. The water heater was broken, cold shower and toilet issues. Staff was great but you could tell frustrated when letting them know issues and very apologetic. This hotel needs a total make over, torn down and rebuilt. Needs TLC.

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. There is an abandoned half of the hotel that appears to have people living in it with lights out and no power. The hallway leading to our rooms had stains on the carpet, paint on the carpet and holes in the wall. Multiple rooms we passed had doors open and were under construction. One room had door open and appeared to have someone living in it. Once I found my room, marked with sharpie on the door for room number. I first entered and the lights did not work, but after a minute they kicked on. The room had a strong odour of cigarettes. My sink did not work, no water would come out. There were stains on the carpet. My door did not lock, however the manual door latch sufficed for the night. Then in the morning the continental breakfast pictured on website was not as advertised. There was a cereal dispenser, with no milk. A coffee machine and stale bagels. I felt unsafe and unclean during my stay. Staff was kind.

for the price of this hotel you may as well sleep in your car . no elevators for you to get to the second floor and so your forced to take the steps , the carpets look like there may have been a murder on them at one point , exposed wires and outlets. then when you get to the rooms where the room numbers are taped on the doors , you can’t open the bathroom door fully there was bugs in the shower and the outlets shifted side to side the big mirror in the hall way area was so nasty and unwashed . the pillow cases looked unwashed as well with stains , and lastly there was stains on the room floor that looked like damage from the mini fridge . AGAIN PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE !

Property dated, hall carpet dirty, trying to remodel, had to go to front desk 3 times for key issues, curtains in room was ripped and outside garbage laying around. Property has seen its better days. Gave property another chance this year, never again!

None of the pictures on the website were accurate. The hall and stairs reeked of urine or fish or some combination. The room number plaques were held on with masking tape and the room was dark and dank, smelled of sweat and mold, and the bed was unmade, dingy, rumpled sheets and bedclothes. We left. Didn’t even set our things down. After driving 16 hours, we got back in the car and drove the rest of the way home. And if it had been day time, I would have called the health department. Expedia did refund us, so I appreciate that.

Upon check in there was a whiteboard behind the customer service desk with the words customer complained of bedbugs in plain sight for everyone to see. There was a broken lamp on the floor when we reached our floor. There was tape holding numbers on the walls. The remote to the TV did not work after two times getting the young man to come to our room. There were no cups for us to use after brushing our teeth or to get a drink of water in our room nor an ice bucket. The water pressure was no good in the sink nor in the shower. There was urine stains in the toilet. Upon entrance to the building, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The Wi-Fi would not connect nor work. There was trash outside the door piled 2 feet high. Definitely not worth the $113 that I had to pay to stay in this room.

This place was a DUMP! the room itself was clean that was the only good thing about this place. It had junk setting around the halls. Room numbers were written in majic marker on the doorspool was covered. It was lout the halls were dirty and the carpet was woren real bad. The halls were poorly lit the doors to the rooms didnt match. . How far should i go? Wont be staying here again

Bed was comfortable, but the bed sheets were clearly old and worn and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. Water was hot, but towels about the size of hand towel and worn. Furniture in room broken. Given the appearance of the room we didn’t even attempt breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

I was concerned at first. Few cars in the lot. Able to get a room in short notice while country concert was going on. Had trouble getting hotel to answer the phone with the number listed on hotel.com. BUT BIG SURPRISE room was very clean. Beds and pillows fantastic. Desk clerk great.

Convenient right off I 75 but not very good signage on the street hidden by trees. You would hardly think it was a days inn looking at it from the road. Some shady characters roaming the parking lot at night, Front desk was very friendly and polite..

The Front Desk demanded $100 CASH ONLY per person upon check in. They would not accept a credit card. Not only is this not clear on the hotel page, my guests could not check in and had to go to another hotel. Days Inn also would not refund my money for the whole stay for 7 guests. very unethical business. Hotel lobby dirty & run down. BUYER BEWARE!

Booked our room earlier in the day so it would be ready for when we got there. Paid for it and everything. We then came to check in later that night, no one was at the front desk. No bell. Had to walk around and find the lady who was working. She was quite rude. Insisted that we had to pay $100 cash deposit before we could stay in our room. No where in my receipt or while I was checking out online did it say I'd have to pay a cash deposit. My room was already paid for. No great service. Next maybe include that you have to pay a deposit after you already paid for your room.
