Nice breakfast!

Resort fee, but no AC, no gym… my room was still dirty upon check-in. It was nearing upwards of 80°, I had to call down to the front desk to bring up a technician to teach me how to turn the heat on and off from inside the actual heater on the outside wall. Other than that, my only option was opening the window, between the rain, wind, chill. Surprise $500 charge upon checkout. No receipt, no emails, no information about this charge.

Did not try the breakfast, the Japanese restaurant is just ok and the exhaust fan is really noisy, I was in room 614 and was not able to have a video call because of the loud exhaust fan from the restaurant also the gym is currently out of order but they did not say anything about that when I checked in.
