Amazing building and views, can't be beat! Pool was closed, but the view on the mountain side is a must. Facility was clean, there is no drinking on the casino floor, new for us. One bar that checks ID and pats you down to get in, small bar in restaurant area but closes early. Sportsbook had a line down the hallway to get in. There is a restaurant/ bar on the 8th floor only for guests, it's oddly large with a few seating areas, but only place to have a drink. Short trip to Tramway, and that was a fantastic time. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and oversized.

Property itself is beautiful and staff is great. The amenities were subpar with the hot tub not working, 1 of 3 fire pits not working, no pina coladas available by the pool, and limited room service menu. No discounts were offered on account of so many inconveniences.

We had a good one night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. There are a number of good restaurants on the property with good food and service. The parking is very difficult and you'll have to park far away from the hotel entrance. The parking garage is very misleading, as it does not connect to the hotel and it is very far away from the hotel. Also, there are no signs for the entrance of the hotel and made it very hard to find the entrance.

The facility was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Quite but yet close enough to everything. Fantastic sight seeing and Hiking in the area. We ate at all tree restaurants and food was very good. Only complaint I have was that the hot tub was not working. I was looking forward to it after long days hiking.

We chose to stay at Sandia for access to the pool, hot tub and spa. The spa was closed on Monday and had very little availability on the weekend. I wanted to give my children a spa treatment as a Christmas present and nothing was available so we had to go to another spa for services. And the outdoor hot tub was under repair? We were told? We did spend time at the rooftop bar and listened to a great jazz band, but it was too bad that there was no one there to enjoy it. And the downstairs band on the Saturday night before Christmas was not good and that was unfortunate because I love spending time dancing in that venue. Again, we had to go somewhere else for nighttime entertainment. The gym was really minimal and disappointing as well.

The casino is clean (no smoking), every single person that works here that we had an encounter with was friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, parking is easy, just overall great experience for a quick getaway from Colorado or Arizona.

Clean and updated, with a decent pool. Overpriced considering gambling and a single swimming pool are the only things to do. Housekeeping was on point. Everyone was nice, but they misplaced my reservation twice, consequently locking me out of my room twice, which I only found out after making the trip all the way up to my room and unable to open my door. Also, I chose this place because they have electric chargers and I drive an electric car. HOWEVER, when I got there I was told by 3 different people that they didn’t have car chargers. Finally, a fourth person told me they have them but they’ve never been plugged in so they’re inoperable!! How much sense does that make? Undecided on whether I’d stay again. The issues I encountered made my stay a bit of a headache.

The resort was impeccably clean throughout, and our Deluxe King room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Sandia Mountains. We dined exclusively at the Council Room for all our meals during the stay. The food was consistently delicious, and while the service was a bit on the slower side, our orders were always accurate and the staff was friendly. It was also a nice perk to have a licensed Starbucks café on-site—perfect for a quick coffee or snack. The location is very convenient with easy access right off Highway 25. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Staff were great but unfortunately hot tub was not open and the people in the hallway and next to us were very loud despite the rooms being listed as "sound proof". Found hair in my tub and toilet had urine in it when I got into my room. Pretty disappointing of a night for celebrating.

The cleaning wasn’t very good. They didn’t make a bed, left a bag of garbage on the dresser and we ran out of toilet paper when they didn’t replenish and had to use the supply of Kleenex.

The hotel was clean, nice and spacious. The King suite was beautiful with a shower and separate tub along with a mountain view from my room. Several restaurants within the resort with different meal choices in the casino. The Council Room Restaurant for breakfast was excellent with a wide variety food menu, for a fee. The location was perfect for a 15 minute drive to downtown city of Albuquerque and 45 minute drive from Santa Fa. The sports bar on the third floor was amazing!! You can watch several games at one time. Food menu was good, drinks were reasonable priced. As for the gambling, let's just say its a win or lose situation...lol Last but not least the security was everywhere. You could not access the hotel rooms without showing a key to the room. Talking about Safe!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed was kinda on the hard side but not too bad. The one thing that bothered me the most was the bed pillows were so big and thick. Personally I can't sleep with a thick pillow like that so I wish I had brought my own from home.

FLAWLESS. The grounds are beautiful, the people are lovely, and our room was absolutely impeccable! My husband and I come to Albuquerque often, and this was our first time at Sandia - what a find. The staff have been perfect: attentive and kind, and have gone out of their way to make us feel special. I like a clean hotel room, but our room in Sandia goes beyond just clean, it's sparkling. And those views of the Sandia Mountains - wow. Just ... wow. To everything. This is my new favorite hotel in the area. A !

Worst experience I have ever had checking in to a hotel. Come back in an hour, so we did. Then come back in 2 hours and we did. We came back to check in 4 times and always got the run around about the room not being available. We came to ABQ for a family vacation and we have a young child. Not impressed and I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

This property is beautiful no question and I have been playing golf here for years even being a past member of their champions club. The security staff was rude and confrontational during our weekend staycation asking to see my 13 year old daughters ID along with my wife and I upon returning to the property from a concert. Hotel guests only trying to return to their room should not be treated like criminals. After complaining to the head of security he was even worse claiming their sovereign tribal rights to do as they wish. I told him my family was not attempting to gamble at machines or order alcohol and didn’t need to show any ID for any reason. He refused to apologize for his staff harassing a family and a 13 year old girl. I guess authority flexing is more important than being hospitable and kind/welcoming to their guests. I will never bring my family back here again nor refer friends no matter how clean or nice the facility is. I didn’t pay $300 a night to be treated like their usual drunk gambling walk ins.

This was our first trip to Santa Fe. We knew from friends which areas of downtown not to stay in. Ultimately, we decided to stay by the mountain and just drive into town when we needed. We really enjoyed the quiet of Sandia Resort and Casino. The night view of the city lights was nice. We requested a mountain view on our subsequent overnight as we passed back through Santa Fe on our return trip. The mountain is pretty too. We are not casino goers, so can’t speak to that. We dined twice for breakfast at the golf course restaurant. The food and service were good, though the food should have been served hot.

The property was very clean and we had a spacious room. I appreciated that the room was serviced daily, which doesn't always happen with other hotels. The staff in the restaurants/bars were very friendly and provided great service. One thing to note is that the restaurants close early, along with alcohol service. We arrived late mid-week and by 8:15 we barely got into the restaurant to get food and were told that they shut down the bar.

What a beautiful property! Staff is friendly and helpful; food is excellent from the main level dining room/bar to the upscale Bien Shur restaurant on the top floor with stunning views and exceptional food; great wine list with incredible values. Rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed. Can’t beat the views!

Great Anniversary stay for our 45th Good food and refreshments. Great service. Room was spacious great view of Sandia mountains. Excellent mattress and we had breakfast in room. Excellent was fresh warm and tasty. Spent next day at pool which is so refreshing and clean. Had drinks and food by pool. Food was great as were the margaritas.

We stayed here because we were in town for the Duran Duran concert at the amphitheater. It’s a great place to stay. The only issues we had with the place is that they stop room service at 830 in the evening. Also most restaurants close early as well. Other than that, the resort and staff were wonderful.

The casino values customer service. Everyone was very helpful, except security, who was unhelpful and rude. There are very few vegetarian options for food. Vegetarians eat more than pasta, bread, and cheese. Yes, you can get a grilled cheese, pasta with sauce, fried sides like zucchini. NO veggie burger even.

Exceptional, well-thought room. Food at restaurants was overall good but worker at Kiva Coffee did not know how to make a Cortado drink. The hotel stay at $202.night is an excellent value.
