Fantastic location especially if doing activities in the village. Only downside is elevators were slow/old and crowded .. had to wait 20 minutes at one point. Appears only 1 for use for guests and 1 for staff.

Hotel is in a prime location close to all the hot spots that NY has to offer. Hotels in good shape, rooms are a little small. Parking is about three blocks down the street from the hotel, the hotel offered a slight discount on the daily rate, but we still paid what seemed way too much for parking which the concierge at the hotel said is normal in New York… when walking around we did see cheaper parking options.

The hotel room was a bit smaller than expected, but did the job. Cleaning service was a bit loud in the hallways every day, which was slightly disruptive. Also, the shower in the bathroom leaked all over the floor when showering due to poor maintenance of the shower seal. No fridge or microwave was also a bit inconvenient.

Great location, close to shopping, subway and the pier. Hotel was quiet and clean, great room service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that we didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel was undergoing renovations and the restaurant and bar were not open.

The room was small. It had no microwave or fridge. The bathroom sink was small and the shower was hard to adjust to get hot water. The elliptical was broken the who 3 days I was there. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating.

There was a construction on the entrance and it was not disclosed. The elevator broke down and it was out for 30 hours. We were on floor 20

The hotel is in a great location downtown, lots of nice red and boutiques. The room was very nice, everything you would expect: comfortable bed, crisp, clean sheets, nice updated, clean bathroom, coffee machine in room. Thin walls, though, as we could hear the couple in the next room… Staff was courteous and helpful.

Would not recommend this hotel. Building has issues. Wall/doors are poorly insulated and since the room were small you hear other guests coming in at night. The toilet/shower/sink would ‘moan’ when turned on. The toilet seat was loose. The wall outlet were old and our adapter would fall out. Our sheets smelled bad. Staff was very friendly and location near Holland tunnel was nice.

Great location in SoHo. A block away from 1 train. Neighborhood felt safe. Staff was kind. Small bar in lobby. Room was small to be expected but it was comfy and beds were super comfy. Shower had good water pressure and hot (maybe too hot) water. Two beds decent space between them. Makeshift closest but we managed to fit two large luggage in there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff! Rooms are on the smaller side, but that is to be expected in the city. Good size shower was an unexpected treat! The windows did not seem to seal very well which did allow for a little draft and some late night noise, however it wasn’t much of an issue as, again, noise is to be expected in the city. Perfect stay for someone who is on the go and looking to enjoy downtown Manhattan!

The hotel was in a good location, walkable to SoHo. The room was fine, a normal-for-NYC, small room. The hotel was load, not just from the outside, which can be expected in a city, but also from the inside. I could hear TV’s, laughter, and conversation from the rooms on the floor, in addition to slamming of doors. The bed was comfortable, but I can’t say I got a good sleep either of the nights with all of the noise.

Stayed for a short 2 night stay. Chose it becuase I liked soho & it was cheap. Room Is tiny. Even by NYC Standards. Bed was ok. While the surrounding area was quiet. Lots of noise coming from other rooms. This hotel just simply wasn’t up to my experience and I regret staying here. Location was great and the staff was friendly, but I recommend other places. Perhaps this is also because I was on second floor. Just would have preferred a different hotel.

It’s value for money property. The location was excellent for us. The hotel can provide a mini fridge in the room. The AC needs to be improved where the thermostat doesn’t switch on and off , in the process making a huge noise. The windows need to be sound proof. It’s NYC.. noisy all through the night.

The location is great: easy access to public transportation, walkable to many areas of interest. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room size was good. Bathroom was shabby: it would be easy to make it nicer by just doing a little repair work. The room was VERY noisy from both inside & outside the hotel. Housekeeping opened the window one day & it was impossible for one person close it completely, so street noise came in all night until I figured it out. It took two people to get it closed every time. Even with the window closed completely, 4th floor had a LOT of street noise. Windows upgrades would make a big difference. Housekeeping was friendly, but inconsistent. First day, the rug was dirtier AFTER they came by. They didn’t leave a bath mat ever after the first day. The large size toiletries provided were great until housekeeping took the body lotion & left me with two hand soaps & no lotion for the last 3 days of my stay.

We arrived at 2:30 am because of delayed transport. I had called the day before to let them know we might be very late. The front desk staff was away from the desk for at least 10 minutes and we could not get in. The phone went to voice mail and no one answered the bell. He said he was getting something to eat but relief needs to be provided. Then the computer system kept rejecting my card so that delayed the check-in. We were exhausted and did not appreciate the delays. On the other hand, the bed was really comfy.

We had a great stay at Four Points Sheraton. The room was easily accessible and very clean. The housekeeping came every day so we always came home to a comfortable room. The desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay there again.

There was a smoke detector beeping in the hallway outside our room. I asked three times during our stay with the front desk for them to check on it and replace the battery because I could hear it throughout the night. When we left four days later, the smoke detector was still beeping.

I left something in my room after check out and called the desk. I asked a question about the item I left. The receptionist told me she would contact housekeeping and call me back but she did not call me back. Poor follow through with customer service. The room itself was comfortable and I appreciate the toiletries provided in the bathroom.

My wife wasn't feeling well the morning we were checking out. Jay at the Front Desk was kind, compassionate and went above and beyond what he was required to do and gave us a little extra time for her to feel better before checking out. I'm glad I had the opportunity to interact with him.

Great location! We were right in the center of uptown/downtown Manhattan with subway stops less than 3 blocks from the hotel for each attraction. There’s tons of food in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at Four Points by Sheraton were lovely—so kind and helpful! The hotel is clean, safe, and perfectly located in Manhattan, with easy access to the subway and Soho shops, all within walking distance. While there’s no room service, the Italian restaurant downstairs, The San Marino, offers plenty of great options. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We had a good overnight stay at the hotel. The bed was comfy, no issues. Rooms are a bit small but manageable. Limited free breakfast with coffee and croissants, but you can walk to Starbucks around the block. We didn’t get to try the on-site restaurant. We chose to use Spothero for paid parking.

Loved the coffee in the lobby. Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Happy hour wine was $12.00 for a 3 oz. pour. Staff was constantly changing but everyone was charming and helpful. Location was close to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Westville, and other sources of food. The other guests were friendly, helpful and enjoyable.
