It's a very clean and well built facility. The only issue I found was with the indoor pool. In order to swim there I would have needed to have an oxygen tank because the fumes made me sick just walking through. Everything else was good.

Pool room was way to hot to just sit and watch the kids swim. Wish it would have been more comfortable. And we got there early and were allowed to check in because we were told our room was ready. The beds were not made and we could not communicate with the cleaning people that were in the hallway working in another room. And there was dirt on the carpet that was easily picked up so it should not have been there

We stayed a week with our dog while visiting Cuyahoga NP. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good mixture of hot items with a yogurt bar and the usual toast an bagels and sweet options. The grounds were very nice with lots of space to walk the dog. The laundry was free...a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at this Staybridge Suites three times. We always enjoy the social hour! The room is great with convenient features like the full-size fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, living room area, and desk. If they would add a gas fire pit in the patio area, this place would be even better.

Friendly staff, okay breakfast, stellar 'social hour' featuring free wine, beer, and snacks. The outdoor space was nice. The only downfall was the barking dog in the room next to ours. The front end staff did try to contact the people in that room to get the dog to quiet down. The property is within walking distance of a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants.

Upon checking in, there was a person visible from the counter who did not greet us and walked away. We had to wait for the next person (perhaps shift change) to help check us in. Mentioned that we needed help with the EV charger, she said she would come look at it with us and did not. The room had clumps of hair, unknown liquids on the wall, and was improperly cleaned. This was quite gross. At breakfast, would recommend either dishes or at least recyclable dishwear. Currently this is styrofoam.

We had a very comfortable stay. The property was very clean. The only problem that we had was they had only 2 towels in our 1 bedroom queen suite. We had adults and 3 children. We asked for 3 more but they could only spare 2. So we had to take 3 from the pool area. The pool area was not clean. It was 9 before we made it to the pool. It had not been tighten up probably the whole day. Towels and trash were everywhere. Even someone's weave was left behind. Our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes(not ours) but we ran it for them the next morning.

Ants got into my pill case which was on the nightstand. Crawling all over the nightstand and even got inside the pill container. Rooms were in need of major repairs. Stains on lamps and furniture. Black mold on ceilings, around shower fixtures.toilet paper holder has crud behind it. Grout was all stained. Pink all over white doors. The list goes on and on. Disgustingly dirty.

When the TVs weren’t working in our room, we were upgraded, which I appreciated. However, the new room had so many things that were broken or dirty. The shower didn’t work, one of the TVs didn’t work, there was obvious water damage (bad smell and messed up walls/ceiling), fixtures in the bathroom breaking off, gross stained mattress covers, the bathtubs needed to be cleaned better, and there were no towels. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was better than typical hotels of that star rating. Everything just seemed so run down.

Nice location but as soon as we entered our room there’s this stuffy stale odor through out the room. Even after disinfecting it with Lysol the odor still lingers. The dishwasher was full of dishes and the bathtub was filthy.

We liked the quiet setting away from road. The room was spacious and had a convenient kitchen.There was a full size refrigerator that came in handy. I liked how the door did not open to the door of the bathroom which gave us more privacy.

Entered the room - air conditioning on. Turned it off, turned on heat and left to visit friends. Five hours later the room was still freezing. Ten PM so no maintenance people. No heat all night.

Not a bad hotel, but stayed in alot better for the price. Room is clean, bright, uncramped, decently decorated, with plenty of power plugins. Great mexican restaurant in walking distance. Showerhead was really poor quality, one of those where the water is anemic and you only get a small portion of your body wet. Bathroom fan broken. Thin plastic toilet seat. Oddly, the TV was set at a right angle to the bed, literally facing away from the bed. Breakfast was bad, worse even than the usual "free" continental hotel breakfast. The last night of our stay the AC ended up breaking in the middle of the night, it ran all night long non-stop, froze the room and leaked on the carpet. Told the staff, they were interested and took a note down to get it fixed, but no apologies, nothing real or effective was offered to make things right.

When we walked in no one was at the front desk and we had to wait for them to come out of the back area. They were abrupt. Just not a very welcoming experience. We could hear a lot of banging and people in the hallway.

Check In time is 4:00pm. They would not let us check in early as we were going to concert at the Blossom we told them we would be back after concert which would certainly be after the 12:00am check in. They said fine. Get there after midnight and room had been cancelled. We were luckily still able to get our room but extra hassle that probably wasnt necessary.

Would 100000% recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s dog friendly, but does not smell of dogs…at all. My stay was good from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. Great breakfast, and the amenities in the room. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I was working from the room during my stay- the internet went out due to a storm, the staff made sure I could still work by being clever and super helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again when I have to be back in the Akron area. Great staff. Really nice people.

Great hotel for use while visiting cuyahoga valley national park! Only a 15 minute drive. Updated and clean room. Great bath products. Spacious. Good breakfast. Walkable to a couple restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Check in was super quick and easy. The room was very clean upon arrival and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were super comfy and I’m really picky about that because of back problems. The breakfast was pretty decent. There are several good restaurants close by. And we also loved how close it was to Blossom Music Center. We would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Good place to stay for quick access to Cuyahoga National Park. Hotel seemed recently updated. Bed was super comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space for three people. Hotel is close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper, sound of cars/trucks may be bothersome if you like having a window open. Also, breakfast was lower quality than I expected served with all plastic utensils and styrofoam plates/bowls, which felt wasteful and tacky. Overall, was a comfortable stay for one night and for the price, would recommend to others.

Family had a good 2night stay. Room was passable-cleaned had to clean missed tables but nothing too serious. Bathroom was well stocked so was everything you will need for the kitchenette. Nice breakfast options but eggs and sausage are often cold by time breakfast start. Pool water was freezing but our family enjoyed it. Grounds was cleaned and didnt smell animals.
