Check in was a mess. Pool water was very hot. My son tripped on an area next to the pool where a chair lift used to be that had a rusty pipe sticking out. The man at the front desk was not the least bit concerned about the blood around the pool or my son. We have multiple random charges that were charged without explanation and have yet to be refunded. Air conditioning stopped working during the night. Overall this was a horrible experience and would not recommend staying here.

Great stay! The front desk gal was pleasant. Beds were nice and comfortable. Pool was at the right temperature, just wish there was a hot tub. Will definitely stay at an affiliate when traveling in other states.

The Garner is a very no-frills hotel. It reminded me of the Motel 6 concept. The room was clean. Expect the bare minimum of amenities. I had to ask for an ice bucket, cups, hand soap and hangers. Then there are ice machines on only 2 floors. It was supposedly updated, but looks unfinished. After I checked out, an additional "mystery charge" of $7.05 appeared on my credit card. The note with it said the hotel had a right to add additional charges. This should be stated up front and during the checkout process. The breakfast is adequate--breads, fruit, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, a waffle maker, yogurt.

when we got there the room was nice and very comfortable the thing i didnt like there was so much chlorine in the pool mine and my daughters hair is ruined there is nothing i can do to make it get out its so bad and the swim suites been washed 3 times still smells like chlorine and the pool was super cloudy any way which i kinda thought there is to much chlorine but the kids were so excited to swim

The bath tub had dried mud and blood in the bottom of the tub, The beds were like sleeping on a board, The breakfast was awful, biscuits so hard you could pound nails, gravy was so thin and tasteless it could have been mistaken as water. Overall a awful experience, don’t waste your money on this one spend the extra 7$ and go somewhere else

Checked into room 412, and woke up with bug bites on my shoulder and hands, After I left I called the hotel and told them about bites and it kinda fell on dead ears until I told him i wanted a different room and needed my clothes moved to another room and i wanted my stuff out of that room immediately. Staff was nice when I got back late to hotel. Sinks in both rooms clog with water kinda strange. Really pissed about bites

Hotel was just ok. Not gross, but not impeccably clean either. No convenient hand towel hooks in bathroom, our floor’s ice maker had been removed, the carpet in our room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. Sofa bed mattress was dirty/stained so badly we couldn’t use it. No coffee maker in the room, which may have been my oversight not to notice in the listing. Coffee in lobby was fresh and hot but I hate having to go out of the room for coffee on the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel many times visiting family in OKC. I will not stay again. I’ve noticed a gradual downward decline in rooms, and last night’s stay was the bottom for me. Positives were: the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. Negatives were: a pencil thin stream of water from the sink tap. This has been the case for many other trips in every room we’ve occupied there. I washed my face from the bathtub tap. Not very comfortable. The “hot” water was faintly warm. Never hot. My family chose to not shower this morning rather than take a cold shower in a miserly stream of water. The temp control in the HVAC was missing in one room and didn’t work in the other. 1/3 of the light bulbs in the room/bath were either burnt out or missing completely. We rented 2 rooms as we have done every time we’ve stayed here. There are too many other nearby options to waste another dollar here, which is sad to me bc we have really liked staying at this hotel until recently and especially last night. I would not recommend this hotel any more.

Checking in was a mess. The rate was different than quoted originally. When I got my first room the television did not work. Then they moved me to another room where the air conditioning did not work. I couldn't wait to check out. I should have just stuck with my gut and spent $40 more and stayed at the Waterford..

When we tried to check in, I was told we did not have a reservation. We hen, I was told that the suite we paid for was given to another person. They asked ME to ask the people in our roo. To move out. I said absolutely not! I left to tell my husband and when I returned, they had suddenly found our reservation and a room had magically appeared. When we got to the room, the door was open and it was very evident that someone had recently come in and done a rush job. Not happy at all about the experience and I hope that they try and take care of things from this point on and we get a restful sleep.

Had to go to the hospital for 2 days, very nice room, my mom and sister enjoyed the quiet and watching tv . I enjoyed the room very comfortable and anything u need is around the hotel. I’m a great spot. Loved it ❤️

The bed was the hardest choice hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. The shower was not hot. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were burned and the waffle mix was watery. When my husband told the front desk clerk about the waffles no one ever came to change it out.
