Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco - Plano

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. After checking into the room, we immediately noticed serious cleanliness and sanitation issues, including stains and buildup inside the refrigerator, grime around the refrigerator edges, staining around the base of the toilet, and mouse droppings in a drawer beside the bed. The condition of the room made us uncomfortable and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. Because of these issues, we did not stay at the hotel and had to find another place to stay that same night. We documented the conditions with photos and later contacted Hotels.com regarding the situation. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of proper cleanliness standards and have yet to have anyone reach out with a response.

The bathroom had dead bugs that were visible. Cleanliness was not great.

It was fine for. Few days. The beds seemed clean but there were toe nails on floor obviously not been vacuumed. We saw a roach in bathroom which I know happens. Staff was fine but. Not overly friendly.

Do not stay at this property.

Honestly not sure why this hotel was rated as high as it is. Staff was hit and miss. Some were completely rude while others seemed unaware of how to do their job. Hotel lobby was a mess when we arrived. Trash and dirt all over the floor. Breakfast was a joke. We had to change rooms twice to horrible smells coming from the bathroom. The upside is it's right in between some of the best food we have eaten in a long time.
