I am in the area for work and this facility is close to the site. It has nice local amenities within walking or a very short drive distance. It is also merely a 20 minute drive from the airport. This staff is very friendly and the live music on Wednesday nights in the lounge is an awesome treat.

The location is great for walking places and there is a pretty good walking trail to follow. There are plenty of things to eat around without having to use a car. The pool is both inside and outside with the option to swim outside under a walk bridge.

Great hotel. Room service hours wer restricted breakfast and dinner after 5. The club adjenct was loud until 10pm or 11. Heavy beat. But a the location is close, Trader Joe was grrat for sandwiches and wraps.

The beds were comfortable. The telephone did not work. We reported it to the front desk. The restaurant closed before the posted hours, so we could not order food. Upon check in, we were told the water would be turned off at 9am the next morning. We had a nonrefundable booking, and the roads were icing over, so we stayed.

I searched specifically for a property with a hot tub because my husband and I like to relax in a hot tub while away for a weekend. While they “technically” have a hot tub, the water was tepid, and the jet stream that should create bubbles barely worked. I was super disappointed

The hotel stay was for a show at the Orion Amphitheater. The proximity couldn't be best!! I enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar with my friends, the bartender was very sweet and great at her job! The price of the room was reasonable, parking was easy with no issues, there are maybe restaurants and stores near by... Over all excellent locations. I almost forgot the shower has excellent water pressure.

We were attending a festival that was within walking distance to venue. Location was convenient to the Mid City District (walkable). However, the room was not exactly clean. The bath tub had a considerable amount of hair in it. The elevators were very slow, when they worked. There was a sign that they were being serviced, but we never saw evidence of that. We just used the stairs. Front desk staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a great location near many activities and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Hotel room was dirty. Son spilled water on the tile, we wiped it up, and the rag came up black. Could not walk barefoot on the carpet because it had a disgusting crunchy texture. Brown dirty stains found on bathroom shelves under the sink. Stains on desk. Overall, unimpressed by cleanliness.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is in a freat location, and is easy to get in and out. Parking is a breeze, and nearby attractions are easy to get to. There are a few areas where cleaning could be improves (hair and dust around the rim of the tub, hair on the bedspread) but otherwise freat! We will stay here again.

Room was dark and the carpet was quite dirty, with red stains on the carpet… Bed was comfortable though, and the indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Reception forgot to give breakfast stamps, which cause some unnecessary confusion.

Liked the hotel. Wasnon the 2nd floor above the washers and dryers for the hotel and it was noisy when they were operating. Toilet handle was iffy in the room. Other than that it was great!

I have go brag on this hotel. We stayed here because we were going to a show at the Orion. The walk was so easy and it was great not to have to sit in traffic leaving the event. The location is convenient to a lot in the area. The hotel was clean and the beds were so comfy I wanted to stay an extra night. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had emailed with a special request and the staff accommodated us. We also ate at the restaurant on site and it was really good and service was great! We’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Huntsville.

The selling point for this property is the location. There is a lovely walking path beside the hotel with lots of nice small restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is fine- but is definitely showing some wear and tear- old carpet, water spots, lots of dings in the furniture. The beds are comfortable which is a redeeming quality for the room.

Staff was kind and efficient. Bed was comfortable and clean. Location is amazing sharing a parking lot with Trader Joe’s, coffee shop, REI, Dave and busters, climbing activity, Top Golf. Perfect 1/4 mile walk to Orion Amp on a paved nice sidewalk. The room needs some attention. Peeling wallpaper, new paint needed. The most obnoxious thing in the room is there is no light filtering curtain. There is a decorative blind on the window that leaves a 1-2” gap for all the sunlight to come through before 6am. A curtain is 100% needed.

The hotel was great. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Perfect for our short, overnight stay. However, when we arrived late on Saturday evening, after traveling all day, it was extremely loud from a band playing in the lobby. It was difficult to hear the person checking us in. There is also a night club next door with live, outdoor music. It would have been a wonderful treat if we weren't so tired and ready to go to bed. Luckily it didn't play late so it didn't keep us up long.

I chose this hotel due to the convenience of the venue we were attending and the ratings from others. The staff was SO VERY FRIENDLY and professional upon check in. The hotel was exceptionally clean and close to the Orion Amphitheater.

We paid for a king room and they gave us double suite and refused to pay Expedia back the difference. So we can recoup what was over paid. Also if you get late checkout you will still have your door knocked on every hour starting at 8am even though 8 am isn’t even normal checkout time. This is unacceptable.

My room was prepaid for the Concierge level. I booked a Deluxe King and ended up with a double. The front desk did not bother to tell me. I dont like rooms with 2 beds. I found out when I opened the door to my room. When I called downstairs, I was told they oversold…and offered me free drinks. I gave the tickets away as I am sober…..Also the toilet has very low pressure.

What i didn't like was that I stayed on vip 5th floor. Didn't know and wasn't explained I had special things to do in that floor so I didn't use them. Wasn't told how to get to the floor so I rode up and down about 5times until another patron told me I had to use my key to get there. Didn't know about the bar until Fri on the fifth floor so I didn't use it because it's not open. You mentioned welcome gift didn't receive one. . I don't know if this hotel is use to fam reunions but there were two reunions and that would be loud and an employee came to make us quiet and wanted us to leave the lobby this is what family is about. Maybe you shouldnt host two reunions at the same time.

I booked this hotel because me and my daughter were going to a concert at the Orion amphitheater. Many restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. And the Orion is only another 5 minutes walk. Wonderful location for going to the Orion

This is an older hotel in a great location. Our room had the normal wear and tear of an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed here because of the location and were easily able to walk to a concert at the amphitheater. I will definitely choose to stay here again if we are back in Huntsville.

Really nice hotel! It was within walking distance of Orion for a concert, as well as food, and a Starbucks. Breakfast was just okay, but the beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean. Will stay again for future events.

I liked how close it was to a lot of shops. The breakfast buffet was not what I expected for it being 15 dollars. The waffles were still doughy and the contents of the breakfast looked like it was a regular free continental breakfast you'd get at any other hotel. Otherwise the service was great and I had a nice clean room each day.
