It’s difficult to provide a rating because we did not stay at this hotel. The story was that a pipe had burst and flooded our rooms So we were sent to the Quality Inn next door. The 10-year-old in our group was disappointed that the new hotel did not have an indoor pool, so the only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that they kindly allowed the boy to swim in their pool.

Hotel under some sort of renovation/Construction. No mention that Pool was not open on page when I booked. A/C not working very well in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Room served its purpose of a place for my family to stay for a couple nights.

Do no stay here!! Exit doors are "out of order" Unsafe if there's a fire. Tub didn't drain No towels No toiletries Blow dryer broken Dirty carpet Breakfast selection / terrible Tv wouldn't shut off Literally the only thing good was the beds were comfy. I am sorry but it's a dump. People hanging around .... It's the worst reservation I've ever made. The store inside behind check in counter ....... EMPTY not one thing in it!

Section of the hotel i stayed in seemed to be collapsing. Door wouldn't close fully so it could be pushed open until the latch caught, which allowed visibility into the room. The door dead bolt was barely effective and the slide lock was not plummed due to the door lean.

It was one for the ages. Great staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Man walking into his room with a vacuum cleaner? Yeah, that was odd. TV remote controls that did not work, had 2 and neither really worked. TV’s missing in breakfast area They were out of regular coffee at breakfast tome

The pool and exercise room was inoperable. The hotel staff, Mr. Moore and the young man on duty were outstanding. They tried to compensate me for this inconvenience. However, because I booked under a promotion, Hotel.com would need to take the promotion off of my booking. This is where my problems began. The virtual agent was no help. When I finally got an agent he tried very hard and sent me back to the front desk. Let the run around begin. The front desk was well aware of the problem and sent me back the the virtual agent. I got another agent who hung up on me. Back again to virtual and another agent, Ahmed. He was very helpful and understood my problem and my request to be compensated. He gave me the key cash. I explained that was not acceptable! I will not be using Hotels.com. ever sgain. Whatever happened to customer service!

Did not know property was being remodeled. Hallway carpets were either ripped out or filthy. Pool was not operational. Bathroom sink was cracked and tub faucet fell off. Pool at another hotel 10 minutes away was offered, Drove 8 hours with grandkids and told them they could swim at the hotel. Very disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of milk and cereal.

This hotel is obviously older but seems ok. However the bathroom door won’t latch and everything is pretty dated. Also, we booked this hotel primarily for the pool for my son. Which was under construction while we were here. I called 3 times in the few days before we came to make sure it would be open and they told me it would be every time I called. We were able to access the pool for about 20 minutes before they kicked us out to work on the ceiling. Also the pool heater was broken and the water was ice cold. So cold it hurt and you couldn’t get used to it. The breakfast was pitiful. Stale bread and only those premade egg rounds. No other protein at all. At least the waffle was ok. I wish I had paid the extra money to stay at a different hotel. I will never be back. I stayed at this same brand in another city and had a great experience. I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. At least the checkin guy was very friendly.

Property was being renovated. Loud and dusty on my floor. Basic room. I guess you get what you pay for

This hotel is OLD. Everything was broken! The beds were absolute horrible. The night stand was broken. The door to the room was broken. The bathroom door was broken. The bathroom sink was broken. The toilet ran all night. The walls in the pool area were broken. This is the hotel that time forgot. If you want a good nights sleep in a nice hotel DO NOT come to this hotel. We went down for breakfast an hour and a half before it was over and there was NO food. The internet is horrible too.

The room was dirty . Walls were stained and black , carpet had blood, pillows were dirty . We checked out early it was unsanitary

I have never stayed at a hotel so filthy. I booked a room last minute. Excellent customer service but they room was severely stained and filled with mold from the vents, tub, shower head, and smoke detector. The sheets on the bed also looked used. I ended up leaving a few minutes after being in the room.

I stayed for 5 days and my room was only cleaned once. I was told that they don’t clean rooms on the weekend and then I was told I have to request a cleaning. However, I requested bed changing on Sunday and was told it would happen, but I had to change my own sheets on Sunday night. I had to ask for new towels and was told to put the old ones outside and they would bring new ones, but it did not happen. The sink stopper was broken and the faucet moved. The one day they did clean the room, they didn’t give me any soap. This was the worse stay in a hotel that was a part of a legitimate chain. The breakfast was not as depicted in the pictures and on Saturday, they started putting the food away at 9:30, when it was supposed to end at 10. About half of the staff were excellent and the other half had attitudes and broke their word. The only reason I didn’t change hotels is that I was traveling for work and was too busy to try to make a move. I just reverted to my military mode and roughed it out, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I need at least a partial refund for this horrible experience. I almost forgot about the hair on the tub wall, the first night went to take a bath. And the hair in the sink, after they supposedly cleaned the room. And the roach in the stairwell.

The room was not ready due to slow cleaning staff. We arrived at 5. Also the first room had a smell to it and the asked if we could buy air fresheners. The 2nd room they have us, the remote didn’t work so you could only change the tv on the box the bathtub was gross and the was half of a dead bug on the ceiling. The following day roach was in our room. I canceled the stay and booked another place immediately.

This place is dirty. The bathroom is horrible. The bathtub was flithy and roaches were running around.The sink was stopped up. When I pulled the stopper out, hair was wrapped around a roach and clogging up the sink. It was just nasty!

Very dirty. Mold all over the bathroom. First room assigned it smelled like old cigarettes very nasty smell. Second room need updating and cleaning. There was mold all over the shower bath area. NASTY! Would NEVER recommend staying there. Breakfast such a Poor limited selection. Even the lids for the coffee cups didn’t fit! Although the place was awful the staff was very friendly. They did say they are updating, however I didn’t notice any indication anywhere of that occurring. I would recommend staying someplace else.

WHAT WAS NOT LIKED ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Unhealthy conditions unatonable comfort. 1. Facility needs overall renovations. 2. Toilet flushometer continually flushing(i.e. every 5 to 10 minutes.) 3. Mold and mildew in both assigned bathrooms(i.e. 104 and 101) 4. Bulbs missing from desk lamps. 5. Water from the room directly above leaking into bathroom whenever a shower was taken. 6. Torn bed sheet(at the foot of bed in room 104). 7. Missing iron/board in room 101. 8. Lack of sufficiently appointed towels. 9. Room window poorly installed. Sealant from the original window still visible. Hence, worm crawling on the wall prior to new room assignment. 10. Need for proper signage. During breakfast, I received a phone call. I stepped outside for privacy while speak about business. There was no sign that the door, in the dining area, was not functioning properly and should not have been opened. 11. T.V. in both rooms were not easily connected. 12. The 'TELL TALE OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION': In the corridor, nearest 104, the drop ceiling tiles had been removed. A bucket was catching water............... Can you imagine. Personnel were overly professional and courteous! We were not belligerent. On balance, the personnel were exceptionally responsive to our concerns. Going forward, I would not in good conscious recommend your hotel to anyone, even an enemy.

This hotel had big roaches. Water leaking from the ceiling. I will never stay here again.

Room only cleaned one day. Had to constantly ask for towels. Hair in sink, after the room was supposedly cleaned. Roach in the stairwell. Sink faucet and drain in disrepair. Hair on the wall of bathtub, upon check in. Broken promises by staff. No soap in the room.

This property was nothing like the advertised pictures. As soon as we walked in we were met with the smell of cigarette smoke, weed, fan used to dry up a wet environment, and leaking ceilings. When we got to the room, we entered a dark room along with a smell of old, humid, wet smell. Looked around and in the bathroom (behind a squeaky door) was a stained tub with black stuff along the edges of the tub and shower curtain. We had some black stained wash cloths also. Might I add the pull out couch was full of stains. We were very disappointed and disgusted.

I had an amazing stay, room was clean and comfortable, the bed was super comfortable

My room didn't have blackout curtains and was overlooking the parking lot with the bright lights. I slept fine, but, some people may really need blackout curtains.

The first room I was in was not in good condition. The shower was dirty, there was a large stain on the couch, the TV had issues, the phone didn’t work, & there were stains & what looked like pen marks on the comforter. I asked for a new room & the new room was perfect. I have to make sure the male who was working the desk on the night of 07/09/24 was INCREDIBLE. There were people being ugly to him & complaining about things that are out of his control but he made as many accommodations as possible & was so polite! So was the male working the morning after.

The place was clean, though broken. Entire counter of bathroom sink was cracked from front to back (a good place for bacteria to grow), tub was clean but water backed up quickly (meaning something was clogging the drain, but what???). Blankets and sheets were available for the pull-out sofa bed, but we had to get them from the front desk because they were being stolen if stored in the rooms. On the day we arrived, there was plastic over several doorways. The next day, the plastic was gone and there were newly shellacked doors. Odor was a little strong, but hooray for progress, I guess. Maybe we happened to stay in the middle of renovations???

Yet another old out dated beaten up room. Your ratings are inaccurate and over exaggerate what an actual stay is like at many of these rooms.

Did not like that we could hear every noise in the neighbouring rooms, hallways and outside ! There were several people talking loudly and in the halls at 12:45 am and another person that had either their phone texts and email alerts turned up very loud or it was an alarm of some sorts - regardless we could very clearly hear them and they woke us up on 3 occasions !!The breakfast was a complete disaster !! The breakfast was to run between 6am to 9 am - we arrived for breakfast at 7:45 am and there was no coffee, no muffins, bagels no plates etc. Waited for approx 15-20 minutes and nothing was corrected for the breakfast - I think the lady at the front desk was also tasked with looking after the breakfast buffet which certainly wasn't fair to her - however it was a completely unsatisfactory breakfast

Property seems to need some renovation. There were a few items in the bathroom that showed signs of wear. The exhaust fan didn't appear to be working either. The hallway carpet needed a new look

Facilities were a little run down and the breakfast was below par. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Should have had a video of Staff in AM. The front desk had between 2-6 in and around desk...talking, laughing, then needing a break to go outside to smoke. All the while work could have been done. I wish the owner would show up. The hotel has possibilities but those will not be reached with staff.

I called before the stay to ensure our late check in was okay. I was told it would be, a note was added to our booking. I arrived with sleeping kids in the car and the room I was charged for was full. I had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm and was told “no rooms were clean”. Had to wait about 20 minutes until room was “clean”. Staff was rude, unapologetic and argumentative with us when inquired when room would be ready. Once in room, noticed it was cleaned in a hurry. Bedding was coming off of bed and not presentable, also had hair on it. Tub was stained and leaking. Insufficient amount of towels (1 body towel and 2-3 hand towels). Quality and service of facility is definitely sub-par to competitors. Would not stay here again.

Very close to many restaurants and to the area we were traveling for. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast. Clean room. Traveled with a group and hotel was accommodating.

There was nothing wrong with the property per se but the open spaces smelled really bad, like dirty mop water. Our room was fine but I booked a king and wound up with a double. Didn’t say anything so that’s on me. We were going to a show at the Orion and this was a perfect spot. Liquor store around the corner and target across the street.

Excellent for price! Great location.

There is ample amount of shopping and eateries within walking distance for all.

While the staff was friendly, everything else about this property was terrible unfortunately. I would not describe it as a family-friendly hotel. Not located in a very good area (strip joints just around the way). Didn’t have cribs available even though the booking site said they did. Staff used strong profanity while conversing with you. And the breakfast offered had a number of issues - only refrigerated item offered was butter, so no yogurt or milk or cream cheese for the bagels, no plates or forks, no creamer for the coffee. I am not a person to leave negative reviews so I feel bad doing this, but I wish someone would have left a review for families so I would’ve known not to book here. The room itself was damp the entire time, and multiple things were broken - dresser drawer handles, clock, phone, toilet paper dispenser, a light, some outlets. The sofa had large discolored stains - I’m talking large like as big as my 4 year old child. And the beds are very small. We had two adults and four children staying in our room and were only given two towels and an almost empty, tiny shampoo bottle. Don’t book here. Oh and there was a partially eaten pop tart on the floor of our room (not ours).

Everyone was so nice and the breakfast was great. Something different every day.

My check in experience was great. The young man was very friendly and professional. However, my stay over all was awful. First, the breakfast bar had only 3 options on Friday morning. We were asked to keep our same plates because they did not have anymore in the back :( i had no face towels and the shower looked unclean. Soap scrum

I would rate breakfast with 1 - 2 on a scale of ten. Food was not plentiful nor was it good. I chose a bagel - only food that appeared edible. No orange juice - no milk except skim extremely small quantities - overall not a good experience!!! Had to ask for room service??? Returned at end of day - room not cleaned!!!

Customer service was wonderful and the breakfast staff person was very attentive to food and making sure we were taken care of!!
