Everything was great! One of the elevators was out of service, but otherwise, it was a good stay.

Very close for our trip to the Space and Rocket Museum. They had a good breakfast at the hotel, plenty of parking, was clean, and everything looked to be in good condition. Would stay here again.

My stay was excellent. I was at the hotel for four nights, Monday through Friday. During that time, I never heard anything in my room. No noise from neighbors, no slamming of doors, nothing. It was the quietest hotel experience I have ever had in my 53 years on this planet. The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows, extra blankets and comforters. There was two very large TVs in our suite there was a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Two elevators that worked well for a quickly getting up and down the floors, and there is also staircases at each end that are very spacious and I think they are also tornado shelters because they are built super strong. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. Everything was super clean and sanitary. In the evenings, they had a reception with light food and drinks, which was a nice unexpected touch. Morning breakfast had a very good selection of eggs, sausage, most mornings, breakfast, fried potatoes, oatmeal, cold, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast, cream, cheese, butter. Sometimes they had salsa and soft tortillas to make breakfast burritos. There was a slight change in the breakfast in the morning and evening reception food changed every day. Free spacious parking. It’s a very nice area with easy access to tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. it’s right across the interstate from the space and rocket center and space camp. I would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

This property is very close to the Space Center and offers a very good breakfast AND dinner (including a couple of alcoholic beverages) every day. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The fitness center has 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, and a corner with weights and a bench. The pool looks nice, but is usually pretty packed. Very nice hotel!

Good breakfast and really nice that they have a free dinner which we had mini pulled pork sandwiches, pork n beans, mac n cheese and other foods. Also, free popcorn and coffee and beverages. Swimming pool is a bit small, lots of kids enjoying it. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel and became Drury Rewards members, based on this experience! There is nothing in the immediate vicinity, which is ok, because they have a lot to offer and with out all the restaurants and stores close by, they have less traffic and it gives a feel of a little more safe!

Being a designated hotel for the Space & Rocket center, this is a busy place with lots of families. The pool is nice, even with all the people packing it in. The hotel had a hard time keeping enough towels available in the pool area. The breakfast was good and food kept plentiful and plenty of seating was available for the masses. We traveled with a 4 & 6 year old, and we had a nice stay.

Wife loved the hot tub. No complaints.

Drury is the best hotel chain. But I think they all serve the same biscuits and gravy every single morning. Clean rooms, good service, nice amenities. The elevator did break while we were leaving which made brining stuff down a real journey.

I found blood, yellow stains, and hair on the pillows. We notified the front desk, and they politely apologized and gave us new pillows. One idea would be to simply change the sheets and towels when guests leave. Think about it, if my mother or someone I love were the next to use this room, what would I do? Have empathy!

There are no complaints. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely happy to see me! Kickback was awesome. Room was spotless. I'm now a Drury loyalist... no more finding the current deal on Expedia!

The room was not properly cleaned, there was left over food containers & trash fr previous guests in the trash cans & the floor around the toilet was dirty.

The cleanliness level left something to be desired. We first checked in to a room and there were stains all over the carpet. Some appearing fresh like stool. Hopefully canine and not human, but the thought of either was not enjoyable. They did quickly move us to another room when I complained. After that, nothing seemed clean. I’ve always thought a lot of Drury Inns until now.

We felt very safe and the location was conveniently located. However, the room was slightly dirty (hair on the bathroom floor). Furthermore, there were no liners for trash cans, and more linens were needed. Overall, we may consider staying here again if the room was properly cleaned and stocked; however, we were very much underwhelmed with our experience.

Our last night stay was very uncomfortable. We tried lowering the temperature but stayed at 74. I was so miserable and sweating but what can you do in the middle of the night. Also, the suite had a stuffy smell.

My boys loved it. They really enjoyed seeing the space center from our room. Very nice place we will definitely be coming back

Fairly modern property. But too much road and train noise. Avoid if you want a quiet place to stay.

Great family hotel near the Space Center. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are comfortable. Even the fold-out couch bed was comfortable.

So impressed with everything here! Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The only thing i would change is that I wish the TV was a smart tv so we could use our streaming services on it. Otherwise everything was great!

Claire done a great job making sure we had the best room. A/C wasn’t working great and she moved us to another room late at night. Food was great as well as pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend for those staying to go to US Space and Rocket Center.

Perfect except broken shower

April was AWESOME in taking care of our room! Kelvin is one of the best ever in his customer service and relations! He’s been top notch the past 3 or 4 years that I’ve been going to this hotel! And Kyle is so cool and customer friendly. Staff is the best!!

Hats off to the young lady that checked us in on Sunday. Very nice interaction. You cannot beat Drury Inn and Suites. The breakfast selections were really great and the evening food was equally as great as the breakfasts. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. The facility is very close to the US Space and Rocket Center which is why we picked this hotel.

Staff was inattentive during check in and staff. There was no one at the desk when we checked out at 4:30AM. After looking around and calling out and in one responding we had to leave.

Staff were amazing. Everyone from front desk to meal/kitchen staff to bartender were just so friendly, fun, and helpful. My daughter and I had a great stay. Room was very clean, beds super comfortable, great choices in the pantry/market, food was good (my only request is some bacon in addition to sausage...LOL).

This was one of the best best hotel experiences ever. All of the staff are incredible. We received the best customer service. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond. She always had a smile, joked with us and was so helpful. She even took the time to bring us fresh popcorn. Kalvin and Kyle were very friendly and worked around us to allow us to have more family time. Amazing breakfast, night snacks and drinks. Snacks is more like a meal with items such as sliders, mac and cheese, nachos, hotdogs, soup, etc. When traveling to Huntsville, this will be our only hotel of choice.

Don’t even bother booking a reservation. The hotel WILL NOT hold it. Came in at 11:45pm just to find out I had no room since they had not honored the reservation for my room. Add insult to injury, the person at the front desk was extremely disrespectful, did not help at all and kicked me and my daughter out, leaving both of us stranded, at midnight without a place to sleep.

We were very happy with our stay. From the moment we checked in (the lady at the front desk was super friendly and made sure we got the perfect room to suit our needs), to the day we checked out, we felt very welcome and felt the services were top notch. We loved that we didn't have to make dinner plans for two of our nights there -- so handy to have the option to enjoy the "Kick-off" food that's offered every night. And what's not to love about the courtesy drinks too! Our room was nice and quiet, our bed was comfortable, all the services in the bathroom worked great. We would definitely stay again!

First the area is nice, with the spacecraft to look at. This has been the best hotel ever. Ray at the check in desk, he is Customer Service. Others should strive to be as nice as that Gentleman. Thanks Ray, you made the trip so far.

Lovely stay!!! The kick back time was fabulous. The staff was friendly. We felt safe and had a blast!

I found the hotel to have easy access to shopping and restaurants. I was presently surprised with the dinner buffet. Although choices were limited they did have enough variety to satisfy our hunger. I was bummed at first that no shuttle was offered to the space center I could understand after the drive there. It was very easy to access from the hotel and parking was free. It is less than five minute drive. The hotel itself was extremely clean GREAT JOB HOUSEKEEPING Staff! I will definitely stay at a Drury again on my travels. As a matter of fact I will look for one of these as my first option.

Wonderful staff, property and amenities. The space and rocket center is across the highway.

Staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. Truly appreciated the evening snacks and drinks. An unexpected surprise. Breakfast was phenomenal. Best one we’ve ever had at a hotel.

For three days, the hot breakfast did not change. I wish this hotel had a variety of choices for the hot breakfast. I did not like the imitation scrambled eggs either.

They have free breakfast and dinner/late snack plus give the adults 3 free alcoholic drink cards. Per each adult. Very clean and we felt safe and sleep great.

Great property! They provided dinner (pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese, salad, baked beans and gumbo) and breakfast. They also gave us three free alcoholic beverages each and there was unlimited soft drinks. 10/10 recommend if you’re in need of somewhere to stay in Huntsville.

All and all its was ok, definitely need to work on breakfast it’s very generic and same day after day, boring. Could also have choices for coffee creamer, half and half just doesn’t cut it. Had to go to Starbucks.

We enjoyed staying here. The proximity to the Rocket and Space Museum was fantastic; there was a fireworks show in the background one night. Claire at the front desk was fantastic; Kevin working the bar at social hour was efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed the afternoon social hour; the food was more hearty than expected. Breakfast was ample but fairly standard.
