Residence Inn Saint Louis O'Fallon

The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left.

The maintenance at this hotel has gone downhill and for a while. I’ve stayed here before due to limited options in the area but won’t be going back again or would I want to. The rooms (almost all) have several maintenance issues including dirty stains on the walls, broken fixtures, water, faucets, TVs, the list goes on and on. It’s not just one room because I have had to request to be moved rooms twice now. I think this location needs a major overhaul and someone who can properly oversee and maintain the property.

Awesome hotel , breakfast was nice and early and the room was awesome💪
