It was quiet, plenty of handicap parking. We didn't like the TV no instructions on operating, no cable TV. There are potholes in the parking lot.

Friendly staff and clean room, but… It’s a rundown facility. The elevator has broken buttons and grafiti scratches on the door. In the room, the tub faucet is crooked and the handle wobbly, about to fall apart. The left night light is broken. The air conditioning unit is old and unpractical, the temperature has no numbers, just a dial for heat or cool. The TV remote is not friendly nor the menu. The hotel is close to the highway and therefore noisy. Will not recommend this hotel at all!

We stay here often and despite some wear and tear on main floor and in breakfast bar equipment it is fine. This trip however, the toilet stopped functioning properly, there were plates, only bowls, at breakfast, the coffee machine has been half out of order for about a year, and only functioning ice machine was on 3rd floor. So I'd say some basic maintenence is in order. Room was very clean, quiet and bed okay, decent shower and amenities, but other issues overshadowed the good.

Nothing special. In the room bathroom. Upon arrival we notice long hair in the vanity sink.ive never seen a bathtub with a curved bottom. Uncomfortably taking a shower. No operational ice machine on the 2nd floor.

This location is very convenient for me while visiting family. However, it is very run down. Elevator/some room doors have etchings on them. Washer/or dryer were out of order. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Bed reading lights were out of order. Shower water pressure is VERY low. The continental breakfast was okay. Can't expect much when it's free. The coffee was excellent though. Staff was friendly and accommodating allowing an early check-in. If they would just fix what's broken and allow for stronger water pressure, I would give it 5 stars/

There was dog poop all over the sidewalks, pet urine in the hallways, and our AC unit was leaking all over the floor so bad you could feel the floor boards beneath.

the room smelled like absolute mildew, 1 of the beds had ants on it, the ac didnt work, there was mold around the shower tub. over 200$ a night it was absolutely one of the worst hotel rooms ive ever had to stay in, we almost slept in the car

The hotel is rundown, not maintained at all. I would say it's a step or 2 above a Motel. This is the worst Choice Hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were musty and mildewy and the ac unit also smelled musty and like mildew. There are obvious water issues on the walls in the lobby. There is rust all in the bathrooms around the door and baseboards. The tub had a poor quality resurfacing job. The shower head and tub drain were gross and the tub was super un-level. The beds were hard as a rock and super uncomfortable, the pillows were small and more like accent pillows. There were ants and other bugs in the room. The carpets were soiled and the walls throughout the entire hotel were beat up and chipped. I also seem to have developed a bad sinus infection from staying here. Im not sure if this hotel has fallen off the map and just become a neglected Choice Hotel or if the management team isnt doing their job but i definitely would Not recommend to Anyone to stay here. And the only reason we stayed is because the majority of the reviews were "Oh its an old hotel but its clean". Im sorry but if there are mold/mildew/rust and Bug problems, the hotel is NOT clean!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The whole place seemed clean but the building and furniture were obviously very old with clear signs of wear. The bed was very firm. We only interacted with one staff member who was not incredibly pleasant and made note that she didn’t care because her shift was almost over. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Overall I would stay here again for the costs and location.

This hotel is OK,and the price was good, but it falls short in a few areas. We found the bed saggy and uncomfortable. The room and bathroom lighting is too dim for good reading or application of makeup. They said they would only clean the room every third day, which was ok, but when we asked for clean towels, they didn't bring them, and said it wasn't our day for housekeeping. That is unacceptable. While it is nice to have breakfast available, I was disappointed that they only had apple juice - no orange or any other. The waffle maker worked well, but everything else seemed a little less than fresh. Apples were available, but no bananas.

I could hear the people in the room next to me talking, and they were not yelling as well as hear their TV. Thankfully they went to bed early. Then I was awaken at 5 AM with the sound of forceful water as the room above me or next to me turned on their shower and the entire time they showered. Fix the pipers and insolation in the walls. Carpet was also weird. Not normal carpet and made a weird sound when walked on.

The staff was phenomenal and the check in was easy. While the room was clean (and I’m picky), there was a prominent musty smell and it never went away. Also, I had the AC on the lowest setting (66) and the room never got as cold as it should.

The front desk agent that checked us in was very rude. She was unhelpful and when we asked her to switch us to a first floor room because my husband struggles with walking she refused. We did book an accessible room and she stated nothing was available. Additionally- the AC was loud and we wanted something quieter and she said that all the ACs were loud. We asked for a refund so we could find other accommodations and she said “that’s a you problem” I was appalled and flabbergasted. Will never stay there again. Will never recommend. Will be contacting corporate.

Bryam was the best. I had lost my confirmation number. For two hours, I was calling every hotel in the O’Fallon area. The hotels computers were down when I called, he said as soon as they got back up and working again, he would call me. It was over an hour before they came back on, but he did call me back. The rest of our 3 Hour Drive was stress-free.. I had no anxiety Because I knew I had a room. He was very helpful each morning after we got there to give us directions and tell us where things were around the area. I don’t know how long he has been an employee, but he definitely deserves raise. He went above and beyond to make our stay.

The night front desk service was sleeping in the back and after three attempts at calling for linens for the pull out bed we went downstairs and called out loudly several times only to answered by loud snores. We ended up taking covers from me to cover my granddaughter. We used the flat sheets to dress the bed and were unable to get extra pillows.

Property was rundown. Holes in sheet rock, doors coming apart, musty smell in rooms. Mold, growing on the outside of the building. Very slow elevator. Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, spent 20 minutes calling the front desk while standing at the front desk trying to find a person to check us in. Tried calling comfort suites directly, and they said it wasn’t their problem!

Q.T. was just at the edge of the lot so great for snacks. There was many food options with 10 to 15 minutes both dine in and out. Staff were very nice and breakfast was great. Pool was small but still nice and warm.

Arrived late so I haven’t seen the area around the hotel. From what I could see in the dark, seems to be a convenient location next to the interstate. Doing a quick research on the area for crime, this area scored well for low crime, which is why I chose here. Check-in was quick and friendly, which was good after spending 14hrs on the road driving.

I’m on a four-day cross-country road trip and this was my third & final hotel for the trip. The woman at the front desk was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Check in could not have been easier, it was as if she had been expecting me and was looking forward to my arrival. I brought my cats on the trip, and paid a $20 pet fee per cat, but they loved this hotel and I can’t really put a finger on why. Also, it’s right next to a QT so there’s a perfect spot to gas up.

Excellent desk staff and smooth check in. Good breakfast selection. Hallway carpet needs cleaning and a lot of repainting and repairing walls. Room had comfortable beds and very good AC. Room needs to be refreshed as there are many dings, holes and cracks in tbe walls. Furnishings are worn

Very average. Rooms are a bit worn. Lots for rust, corrosion, cracked tile, scale on the shower head, carpet needed vacuuming, etc. Water pressure was average.Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked. Clothes iron was a bit spotty. Breakfast was average and certainly edible; coffee was hot. Notice upon check in, house cleaning every three days.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was not too appetizing but that was not a big deal. Instead of the eggs they served, I feel like they could offer scrambled eggs instead. The sausage and biscuits were delicious but the sausage gravy was not good, but I could be biased because I am from the south. The pool was very nice. All in all it was a great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

It was very clean. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. There was nowhere in the shower for soap, etc., no shelf or anything. The breakfast was not very good. Got a waffle. Everything else did not look appetizing! Will stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was great! Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and gravy, Cereal and more. Although the property is a bit run down mostly from age, it is one of the cleanest I have stayed at. My daughter loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!
