My son and I were there for a very short time. The hotel was nice. Only downside was the pool was closed which I was unaware of when I booked the room. There was no mention of that on the website. But we were able to use The StayBridge pool which was a short walk away. Front desk staff was courteous.

My room was on the third floor and our elevator for broke for the stay. Great exercise not good for handicapped people. We only stayed one night but my husband has medical conditions that make it very difficult to go up and down three floors.

Everything was clean. Wrong breakfast times were given at check in so we didn’t get to eat. Pool was also closed. Nice that we got to usexthe hotel pool next door, but the water wasn't clear and it was super crowded.

Great place for an overnight stay or longer. Front desk was very welcoming (welcome gift was a nice surprise). Plenty of room, shower was well maintained (clean & no rust spots). Air Conditioning was great (needed in July). TV was perfect size for both beds to see. Parking was spacious. About 5 minutes off the interstate but worth the time.

Gr8 play to stay, very friendly staff all the way from front desk to cleaning, maintenance, to breakfast lady. I would like to especially recognize Bino at the front desk who i think usually works from arnd 1 or 2pm till late in the night for her attitude, smile, super helpful nature to greet the guests and make them comfortable, happy and informed about the timings, internet connection, on site facilities and security. She goes extra mile to perform her desk responsibilities. The gym, swimming pool and property overall is well maintained and looked absolutely safe. Bino took great steps to control the situation at late nights when some kids were still up and running down the hallway having a good time. She ensured that the guests r not disturbed and they dont bother their sleep and comfort. She literally came out of her desk and personally monitored and took control of the situation by politely telling the kids and their parents. Kudos to her leadership and problem solving skills. She definitely needs to be promoted soon...

I'd stay here again. Overall, was a great experience. easy check-in, great breakfast, very helpful and friendly service, clean environment. The only things we had issues with were the pool was freezing cold all 4 days we were there and they said they'd let maintenance know, but they were gone for the day. the handle to our room door was broken. It was still usable, but broken. and the only outdoor seating is right beside the front door (for smokers). There is some gated outdoor seating at the front, but you get locked out if you sit out there so the staff advised us not to go out there. So if you want to get fresh air, you have to sit in the smoking session. Not a huge deal, but something to note. Like I said, we'd stay again. Lots of food options around too. convenient.

No staff. Our room was not cleaned so no fresh towels. Tried to call the front desk for towels and no answer. Went to the front desk on multiple occaisions including when we left at 9am on Sunday and they had a sorry we missed you sign up. Pool is also closed

Got a room with two queen beds and one had dirt n it and a large red/pink stain in the white sheets. Didn’t even have to pull sheets down to see this so I’m not sure how the cleaning person didn’t see it. Gross.

The rooms were clean but we had to move rooms due to air conditioner not working properly. We had a miserable first night due to the air conditioner. The leaking making the carpet wet. The move was an upgrade but light bulbs were burned out, many of the plug in that were part of the lights did not work, the TV would not turn on and they said they would come fix and it was never fixed. The shower water was almost impossible to regulate, the bedroom curtain curtains wouldn't close all the way, the thermostat on the all was almost impossible to figure out did not function like most other thermostats. Worst all no microwave in our room. my wife was very unhappy about this place and there was no black coffee with caffine pods in our room. I have stayed recently at other Holiday inn express in other states and they bare fine but this one in Ofallon seems to be lacking in so many areas. they need to fix this. our room was like a motel 6 if that we didnt expect that. you wanted a review and I have told you the truth.

The room was fine, with the exception that there was NO MICROWAVE, which I did not realize, since every motel for about the last 20 years has offered a microwave in the room so I never thought to look for it until I needed it to heat a snack and there wasn't one! BUMMER! Why on this earth would they NOT have a microwave? They had a coffee maker - which, by the way, was broken and did not work, but that was fine because I travel with my own coffeemaker... It's a mystery ...

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, breakfast time (6:30?-9:30) worked well for us. Loved the modern feel, no carpet in the room! We didn’t get a chance to try the pool, too busy. Great location for the purpose of our trip. Might be our new favorite hotel in Missouri.

Showed up as a late arrival. Called ahead to let them know our arrival time and how it would be late. No one working counter and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When they showed up they had no clue what to do and explained it was first week on job. First computer froze up….went to second computer where they still couldn’t find my reservation. When they finally did they put us in a room that we found out in the morning was a room they were planning to renovate and asked if we had any problems. Since all we did is sleep who knows what was not working. Overall not a great experience!

The only complaint we had about this stay was the line we stood in forever waiting to check-in. They had lots of people in line and one person at the counter for the first 15 minutes we were there. Other than that it was perfect. Room was very clean and stocked with all the linens we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the gym each day. The breakfast was delicious. It was always well stocked and warm. We locked ourselves out of the room twice and the front desk employees were so nice about it and let us in. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Chesterfield.

It was a good location for what I needed. The hotel was in a safe area and it was clean. The only real complaint is that it took quite a while for check in since they couldn't find my reservation. My credit card was charged twice but the erroneous second charge was credited the same day. One cool thing (if you're a coffee junkie like me) is there is a Starbucks pretty much in a connecting parking lot so you don't even have to get back out on the street to get there! The only thing I didn't like was the noise level due to the close proximity to I-70. Do stay here but bring ear plugs!
