Kind of a confusing parking lot, it’s not the first one you pull up to, it’s right next to it though. We checked in one building and stayed in another, not a terrible walk but not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. I’m glad my mother-in-law was not us;) She has a hard time getting around and is very vocal about it. It was quiet and clean though. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked pretty typical.

Unique layout (appear to have been apartments in a previous life). Parking is limited around the building. Full length mirror would be nice. Shower/bath needs upgrade. Would be good to have sheers vs curtains only.

Everything was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back. I thought we wouldn't like the outside access to the room, but it was way quieter than the indoor access most hotels have.

The staff were exceptionally nice, courteous. The property is well decorated with plenty of amenities. Clean pool and laundry facilities. Great breakfast. Will definitely be going back

There was plenty of food options nearby but there was no hot water in one of our rooms (it was fixed for a brief time then none again the next morning). The telephone didn’t work in one room. The pool was also closed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was ok considering the layout of the hotel. Courtyard suites suffer for parking compared to the outside suites. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room/hotel was a hodge-podge of old and new... furniture, flooring, room amenities. The toilet/shower area needed attention, everything from the grouting to the towel bars, to the wall decor. All were "worn" and not particularly clean. The bed sheets were very old and thin. The kitchen area was equipped with the basics but again had seen it's better days in terms of appearance. On the positive side the hotel was quiet.

Convenient location, very clean pool. Crisp, fresh bedding but the floors, especially the carpet was filthy. My grandkids feet were black from going without their shoes inside. Clean breakfast area, staff was great.

Design of the hotel was great. Quiet, secluded design, comfortable beds. Nice walking areas. The problem I had with the hotel was the cleanliness was poor. Dirty common areas, elevators. The breakfast are was well designed, but the food selections were poor. The reg coffee was weak, and the bold coffee was not bold. The diced fruit was not edible- no taste at all. Overall, not worth the premium price.

The pool was pretty good but that’s about it. The hallway outside our room had wallpaper and such falling off the walls just laying there. The glass doors around the pool look like they haven’t been touched or sanitized in a few months. Pretty icky. The room did have a funny smell upon entering but went away after being in the room for a while. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but everything was very outdated.

Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff While the staff was friendly and did try to be helpful, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Our first room (Room 101) was unclean, ant-infested, and had visible black mold in the bathroom. At around 10 PM, we were forced to switch rooms because ants were coming out of the chair in the living area. Unfortunately, the second room (Room 115) was no better — it also had ants, spiders, and mold in the bathroom. We woke up to find ants covering our beds and nightstands. The only immediate solution offered was snacks and a bug spray treatment from maintenance. Eventually, I was given a full refund, which I appreciated, but the conditions we endured were completely unsanitary and unacceptable for any guest. I’m also attaching pictures from both rooms to show the state of the accommodations.

The pictures online are not accurate. It’s outdated the furniture was stained and curtains were ripped up. Not much lighting, the heat and ac is very loud. The outside of the room needs to swept.

The hotel room was in a pretty sad state. Torn couch fabric, uncomfortable mattress long overdue for replacement, dingy old towels, old dinged furniture. Busy weekend in Lafayette, so very limited room availability. But we will do our best skipping this hotel next time we are in town.

The first room I was in did not have heat working, the air coming out of the vents was cold and it was sub-zero outside. I was moved to a new room around 1AM and the new room was fine. I didn't have any other issues other than that.

There was a very noisy pool party and the ceilings in the rooms allow every step upstairs to be heard. Kids were running upstairs literally until 6:00 AM. Definitely request an upstairs room.

My group stays here every summer for a golf outing. Every visit our bill us messed up. This year our bills we doubled and required calls to adjust. Some guys were charged for the entire suite while others were divided in half. Check-in and check-out seems to be too difficult for them.

I guess I expected more from a "Hilton". Got checked in ok. When we got to the room, the keys didn't work. Went back to the fron desk to get more keys. Got back to the room and they still didn't work. Called the front desk and the clerk came, and we figured out, she wrote down the wrong room number. So I was trying to get into a room that wasn't mine. Not only was this inconvenient, but also dangerous in my opinion. Everything was loud. The AC unit, the blower fan in the bathroom fan and the toilet kep running as if it wasn't filling up. I took the top off the tank and was horrified at what I saw!! A brown, dark and gross tank. Upon checkout, the clerk for the day,didn't even ask how the stay was. I'm pretty sure I'll avoid this place in the future.

I had a problem with my room after I checked in. The bed was broken and I had to prop it up and fix it myself. I asked them to either fix it, replace it or change my room the following day. I was told that they would do one of those things and would communicate back with me by phone. I was never notified by things were corrected. I called them twice more and was told that someone would get back to me and they never did. Finally, they changed my room. When I saw the maintenance guy the next day, he told me he fixed it early that morning, but no one ever told me or I would’ve stayed in the same room. Made my stay very inconvenient and a bit frustrating. Nothing was ever done to make amends for this, such as discount or some other consolation.

The front desk staff was very accommodating to our group while we were there for a swim meet. Our morning swimmers had to be at the pool before breakfast was served, but they made arrangements for the breakfast staff to be ready for us a bit early so we could have something to eat before we left. Thought that was extremely nice of them.

Breakfast arrangement was terrible, the food was over within 30 minutes and when we complained they apologised but didn't offer any resolution. The manager promised to take care by offering a refund credit, but they didn't process it later. Very dishonest.

There was frankly nothing to not like about this Homewood suites property located in Lafayette IN. From cleanliness, to quality lodging, to the clean and beautiful breakfast spread. Very impressive to say the least, and thank you for being hospitable.

We only stayed one night and were overall satisfied. We did have several outlets that did not work which if we stayed longer would’ve been frustrating. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
