Quality Inn Carrollton Medical Center

The hotel room was nice and clean. I was surprised to learn that there was not a elevator, I felt that ; should be mentioned on the website. The breakfast was nice and hot. The front side of the hotel is very loud , so if u like it quite choose the back. The location of the hotel is great ! It is near Olive Garden , IHOP , Walmart , Ross , TJ MAx, other restaurants and a Super Krogers that has everything! Did I mention a movie theater that’s about 5 minutes away. I recommend this hotel , especially if u like to shop and have fun solo or with a friend !

There was no ice. The clerk was to busy in the back with his blanket to help me when I checked out was not friendly at all.

Floors and bathroom dirty. Pool not open.

Filthy floor and bathroom, had to go get cleaning supplies to clean actual feces from the toilet and hair and dirt everywhere in the shower, floor, sink. No hot water for shower. Dirty towels. Right on the road, traffic is so loud. Room smells like cigarette smoke so badly we were coughing and sneezing the entire time and felt nauseated. Well NEVER stay at another quality inn.

The bathroom was so bad we refused to shower there. There was long black hair (I’m a blonde) all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The faucet in the tub was leaking and everything looked corroded. Everything just felt dirty and in need of a refresh.

Do not stay here!!!!!! I got bed bug bites all over me had to go to the doctor and miss work. The itching is unbearable. Front Office said they would have someone come out and look at the room.

Hotel is in a good location and near many amenities however it needs a deep cleaning. The walls throughout were extremely dirty and the door and walls in the restroom were exceptionally filthy. Really makes

Immediately upon entering the room smelled musty like mildew. Things were just in general disrepair and did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. Hairs noted in the bathroom, the sink and the tub toothpaste on the countertop and the phone didn’t work and looked to be 50 years old. There was no remote when I arrived. The staff quickly brought a remote, but it had no back to hold the batteries in. I would encourage Quality Inn representatives to take a visit because I would be embarrassed to have this hotel represent my company. I have stayed in that hotel several years ago and it was not in this condition then. Staff was friendly.

Very clean , very comfortable beds sheets very soft along with towels very absorbent , host very friendly and staff .

They have bed bugs. I got bitten all over

This room was filthy! Shower curtain moldy, toilet dirty, microwave dirty! I was too tired to move, but I asked the guys to change the sheets just in case they were dirty as well

Didn't appear that the sheets had been changed. Over all needs a good deep clean, walls, baseboards, and doors were all dirty

Everything was satisfactory except for the bed. Very uncomfortable

checked into this “NON SMOKING” property today and when I got inside my room it smelled like there was a card game being played by men named Otis, Curtis, Leroy and Harold AKA Buddy. When I went to unmake the bed, the comforter was bedazzled with cigarette holes like someone was chain smoking their sorrows away. This room is giving brothel vibes that Is ran by a lady with a full mustache. Myself my children and my Yorkie that they had the audacity to have me pay additional for all smell like smoke. You say you are pet friendly but you aren’t even human friendly. I’m sure we will all need lung transplants by nightfall. I called the front desk and the lady gonna tell me “oh the guest before you must’ve smoked in there” No ma’am, this room is probably where the wildfires started. Then she Gonna say she would come down and check it out like she ain’t know housekeeping using these holy blankets. Needless to say it’s 10 pm and nothing has happened. I hate it here. Zero stars.

I liked the location. The room really need to be updated and painted Door is dirty. Toilet seat wobbled. Color worn off the tub and sink. Sink faucet sprays out - needs replacing.

One wall of the room did not have power to the lights / outlets. I had to complain twice before it got fixed. Room was not the cleanest, with debris up against some walls, and a hair in the shower and sink. Bedding was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Slept well. Room very much needs some renovation, as it is showing its age.

I’m amazed how some of these properties have “choice” status. First, the room, the toilet ran (bad flapper tank valve) for the first 2 days I was there. I seen a maintenance guy outside and attempted to let him know, but there was a communication issue. The AC cover literally fell off the wall and *excited me (the reason is following)! I let the front desk know and they sent out someone who just put it back on unsecured. An hour later, yep, it fell off again! I was able to duct tape it on with my own tape (I’m an oversize load escort) that I had in my truck. That evening around 11:00pm, a couple of vehicles parked right outside my room door, at first I thought they were also overnighting there. But after hearing them talking loudly for 10 minutes, I looked outside my window to watch not one, but two drug deals! They continued talking loudly while smoking their weed and drinking their alcohol. That lasted until 1:00am before finally turning up their “music” and rattling the windows as they drove off. I had the room booked for 2 nights, but when they returned at 9:00pm the second night, I knew what was going on, so I packed up and went to another (better/safe/clean hotel. I would stay far far away from this property, spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

ROOM WAS HOT!! A/C set at 65 couldn't lower it, room felt 80!

The room was spacious and clean. There were no chairs in the room and the TV didn’t work. Bathroom was clean. Room smelled clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Could use better lighting in the sink area.

Check-in took about 40 minutes due to Travelocity and Hotel pricing disagreement. The customer should not be involved in this!!! Unbelievable!!!

First, the price was amazing for the experience we got. We were in a little bit of a slump and had already stayed at another hotel around, which was absolutely awful & for the same amount. At the price we paid online to book here, I honestly didnt have high expectations but this Quality Inn and the staff truly surprised me with their friendliness and accommodating services!! And that can be hard to do for me lol. Very safe and quiet location as well. Oh and their continental breakfast was a heaven sent considering no one around here seems to do that anymore; and they don’t even advertise that on Expedia so I was pleasantly surprised! Mahi and Mick the managers, were A-1 and so hospitable! Thanks guys!

The great thing about the hotel is that the area was extremely quiet. It was very close to the location I was working from so that was a plus. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest (as it refers to do cleaning type things - walls, baseboards, bathroom, etc). The staff was okay but there was a period when I visited front and went back to my room to call and couldn’t reach anyone for a bit. Otherwise, it was okay for the price we paid. I’d probably stay again if I’m in the area and the other nearby hotels aren’t available.

tv was not working properly and re-mote control was old and overused TV was not programmed properly it took some time to figure out by myself as well as staff.

The owner Ankur was amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcomed. I am a travel nurse so I am always concerned with safety. The area was quiet and I felt very safe. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast much, because I am limited on carbohydrates. I was disappointed that they didn’t have fresh apples and bananas. But overall it was a GREAT STAY, and I will definitely be back.

Property is convenient to the University and downtown Carrollton. It wasn't dirty but it could have been cleaner.

Stayed here a few times on business. This trip the room was not as clean as I would have liked. The breakfast here is still worth skipping.

Room was alright, bed was clean, but tub was not clean (there was soap scum encrusted all around it). Bathroom lightbulb was a fluorescent that took a while to warm up and turn on. Breakfast was limited, but adequate. Check-in was very smooth and quick.

What I didn't like was the promise of a full, hot breakfast that included eggs and bacon; but they were not available for my first two days. I was finally offered sausage but no bacon. I was disappointed with the breakfast experience.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was available every morning. I would stay again there.
