We stayed for 2 nights and it was pleasant. The hotel was clean. The rooms were comfortable and nice and the pool was well kept. My only complaint is that our rooms were not cleaned up by room service after night one. We were not in the room on day 2 since early in the morning and we did not have the -do not disturb- sign on the door. So we were surprised when we came back around 5pm to find the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk if they could come by and they said they could not until the next day. Outside of that it was a nice stay

The elevator stopped working while I was inside. They've to call the firemen to get me out of it. It stopped between floors and I had to jump in order to get out of the elevator with the help of a firemen. It took around 30 minutes since I called and was taken out from the elevator. They were very helpful but it was certainly a not pleasant experience.

Construction was going on when we arrived. The cable did not work, but a staff member came up immediately and fixed it. There was also hair in the bathroom, but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

So the hotel was almost completely renovated but it said it had a pool but it was only half full and that was one of the reasons for picking this location, also all the room doors need to fitted properly. They are to tight to the farm. Everyone is slamming the door to get them to shut all hours of the night. The place is nice but I would have not stayed at this location if would have known it was under construction. I most likely will not book through Expedia next time. Because they are most likely not going to do anything. When you book a place to stay the amenities should work as stated. But it was not. The hotel will be very nice but it was not finished while we were there

Had an issue when we got there. Reservations showed something different. But the lady at the front desk helped us and fixed everything. She was very nice and helpful. Property was nice and clean. Pool unfortunately was not open yet. Breakfast was very good. We will be back next year.

We had a good stay - there was a group of high school students that we didn't hear them. The pool was clean and pleasant, later in the evening however, there were no pool towels. We did have a misunderstanding about housekeeping but in speaking with hotel manager, all was easily resolved.

The room looked mostly clean. There was a receipt for a car rental from the previous guest. Also a box of Lance's crackers. This person also left behind a hearing aid charger. Maybe this person was in a rush to check out on time, but whoever cleaned the room afterwards should have picked up those items. That didn't give me a good first impression. I also told the employees at the front desk that the toilet flapper did not seal correctly, so I had to jiggle the toilet handle every time I flushed to stop the toilet from continually running. Otherwise, the room was nice and comfortable.

Well, our bill was $900 for my daughter’s room and my room. And she did not sleep all night the first night because of some kind of light that was flashing over the headboards. And nobody was able to turn it off so the next day, my husband turned it off and she gave us a $20 credit $20 credit ! Really.!

Noise Levels One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the noise. I could hear every footstep from the room above, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Better soundproofing is a must. Cleanliness Housekeeping left much to be desired. The room felt barely cleaned, and I was particularly disappointed to find the toilet dirty upon arrival. Such lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable. Overall Experience This stay was far from the dependable quality that Holiday Inn typically delivers. For the high price, poor housekeeping, subpar location, and excessive noise, I can’t recommend this hotel. I hope improvements are made to bring it up to the standard Holiday Inn guests expect.

Truly a wonderful stay - continental breakfast was fabulous and well stocked, 24/7 coffee and hot water available, spacious lobby. Room was fantastic complete with true room darkening shades, rooms were insulated well from sounds, our king/sofa combo had so many well thought out amenities. Staff was fantastic from Angel at check in, to the breakfast crew and we had actual housekeeping service (something I haven’t seen in years).

Great stay! Clean and comfortable! Front desk was friendly also. Only complaint is that the website said sofa in the king room and it turned out to be a big chair, so we had to get an air mattress for our daughter to sleep on. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was so kind and friendly. Cant say enough good thinga about them. The room amenities could have been better. The plugs on the desk didnt work, which was a problem considering I needed to hook up my work laptop. Also not a fan of only being able to have live directv. They shoukd really allow you to sign in to your streaming services.

The hotel facilities are very nice. There were minor cleanliness issues with the room (e.g., the trash can from the previous guest had not been emptied). The biggest issue was the room door did not lock properly. While I was in the room, the door could be secured with the security door stopper, but the door could not be locked when I left the room. There were no available rooms for the hotel to move me to, but they did give me some point vouchers.

Our front desk lady, when we first checked in one day (one) was amazing she needs a raise.. even when we got back from our visit with friends she said welcome back guys, very sweet went out out her way for us on our stay she is a keeper… I just wish I could have remembered her name. Breakfast was perfect 10/10 The whole stay was 10/10 and we will be back!!

We called the hotel prior to our check in and informed of our arrival time which we were only 5 minutes early of the proposed time. We got there in low 40 degree temperatures. The doors were locked since it was after 11pm. No one responded to the call button at the door. We placed several calls and no answer. We called, knocked and pressed the call button and there was no reply of any kind. We were freezing for about 5-10 minutes when someone finally appeared. Hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I enjoy staying there because I feel safe. It is a little hard getting out of there onto the main road. It is clean. The staff is friendly and they try to accommodate you in every way and I appreciate that. I enjoy the afternoon snacks that y’all sit out Monday through Wednesday. It would be great if it was available all week long and weekend this time the breakfast was a little disappointing everything seem cold and maybe it was just a bad week but all in all I had a good time I will be coming back thank you and have a blessed day

The cinnamon rolls aren’t what they used to be. Something is different about them. Thicker for one thing. The first morning they were hard, but the next morning, we found some soft ones. They used to be better. But the staff and property were great.
