This place is under construction. Its dusty, dirty, and noisy. The pool is inaccessible becasue its being used as a storage for construction material. Workers were arguing outside my door and woke me up!

No ice machines worked. No bath plug. Sink didn't drain. Construction with jackhammers outside my room before 7 AM on their property, they had a permit so they knew it would happen and never told us. Shut the water off entirely for hours with little notice. Construction on both the other side of our wall AND the floor beneath us. Very dinged up bathtub. Bathroom door that didn't properly latch or lock. Great location because there was a lot of food in the area.

The photos online of the pool are very deceiving and make the pool look 3 times bigger and longer than what it is. I called before booking to ensure the pool was available for use and was told it was. I arrived today and see the pool is very small, I get ready for the pool and it is closed for no reason and it was also very filthy. The lady at the front desk was also very rude called us on the phone with a very rude attitude demanding we return the key and leave the property because we disclosed our disappointment in the room and motel. I am super disappointed in my stay.

Special accommodations were not met,after checking in 3 days in advance to make sure these needs were met...house keeping could not keep up...rooms were dirty,i rented 2 rooms and both were in same condition, hair all over the tubs,dirty floors,no microwave, just not a good motel stay....i travel a lot and this has got to be one of the worst stays ever...the pool was dity and no one could go swimming....never again....

Main compliant was that the battery from the smoke alarm went out in the room around 3 AM which caused alarm to chirp loudly. Called front desk a few times before hotel team member offered to come the a look at it. That and the cleanliness of the room's bathroom. Did not appear to be cleaned

Great price! But first room’s bed smelled as if the previous guest peed/pooped in it, the floor was filthy, & entire room smelled of body odor! Head Housecleaner remade the bed but it still smelled. Housekeeper couldn’t smell the odor and tried to dismiss me but I went to the office & complained! Yes the front desk gave me another room that was cleaned & no odor.

The staff was awesome. But the room itself was disappointing. I went to take a shower and there was hair in the tub. The towels were stained. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Will not be staying here again.

Nice place. Seems to be recently refurbished inside. Bathroom very nice. Heater/fridge both worked well and quietly. Only downsides are proximity to freeway noise and thin walls but can’t do much about those. Oh,and TV too big for size of room.

Room needs to be insulated more. The door of the rooms I noticed on most of the rooms, theres a clear space where air is getting in from the outside. Its like you are camping. You have to turn on the air conditioner just to drown out the outside noise and maintain a controlled climate room.

Check in was easy. Got call at 1am after they tried to send someone else to check into my room. Threatened to call the police to throw me out because the person who handed me the key did not put checkin inforyinto computer before handing me the keys. Will never stay here again!

PRO: My trip was abruptly cut short due to a military issue and without hesitation the hotel was happy to refund our 2nd night!! CON: Checkout is at 11am and at 10am the housekeeper was quite literally beating on our door like she was the police announcing herself in a raid. I was asleep and before I had time to understand what was happening fully, she let herself into my room. Luckily the secondary lock prevented her. Not the wakeup I wanted after a long night of trave

Check in was quick. Housekeeping was great. Room was clean. Unfortunately the hotel didn't provide a don't disturb sign. Housekeeping walked in on us two times, in my underwear and coming out of the shower. I felt unsafe walking back to my room, there are hookers and homeless people in front and out back of the hotel. We called and complained to the staff because there was a homeless man cussing out front for hours. Staff said there's nothing we can do he's a regular.

Good location but there was a lot of weird people hanging outside. A/C was not working right. Our room had yellow stains on the roof and had the smoke detector covered with a bag. If you stay on the first floor be ready to hear every little noise from upstairs. Early morning of our last day we had some guy call our ROOM phone whispering “we’re sucking c*ck today, are you ok or you don’t want it” and I’m pretty sure that call came from the front desk. Wish I could’ve have my stay refunded.
