The Motel6 I stayed at in Maple Shade is very nice. It's clean & WELL lit at night. They have a plethora of cameras all over the property. The updated bathtub/ shower is really nice & more spacious. And they are surrounded by every temptation you can have; Wawa, Burger King, Popeyes, Dunkin Donuts in walking distance to say the few.

Check in was fine. Rooms was fairly clean and bed was comfortable. Fixtures in bathroom were stained, fridge looked like it had been dropped down the steps, and the bedding was worn. Exterior of the building was run down and filthy.

Shower did not work, notified front desk. The flooring in the room had dents and cracks cut my toe. The exterior catwalks look like they are ready to collapse. Someone needs to check the facility over.

This is the second stay here for us so it's not terrible. The deterioration of the building is noticeable especially in the stairwells. The bathroom door wasn't structurally sound. That having been said, we had an acceptable stay and the staff was pleasant enough. Not worthy of more than 3 stars but definately not deserving of two stars.

The place was very noisy outside the premises (cars & Trucks) also many people making noise outside the building. Did not feel safe !! No amenities offered other than a room & bed to sleep.

This property is completely run down, driveway needs resurfacing. Cement hallways need to be power washed. Stairs to parking lot on one side, you can see under them. Door locks inside, terrible. Door lite inside door did not work. Electrical outlets next to bed, didn’t work when lights shut off. CPAP MACHINE?

Made a reservation for Oct. 28-9 in August requesting a 1st floor room because we have 2 dogs and the elevators have been out for years. At check-in, was told no first floor rooms available. "All those rooms were reserved before August?" I asked. The clerk was unbelievably rude, screamed at me and told me to find another place to stay. I think they house the homeless for government money. No more Motel 6 for me. Ever.

Room was clean, but, most of the furniture showed signs of wear and need of repair or replacement. Ceiling was dirty, probably because it was a smoking room. Missing paint chips in the ceiling of room & bathroom. Otherwise, the room was clean and functional. Quiet and no problems during our stay.

The room was dirty but clearly given a once over by the cleaners because there was new soap and tp. But there were a bunch of stains and on our last night there we found a roach. Also we heard more gun shots than we would have liked.

The BEST thing about this hotel was the refund. I am thankful for that. 1st room had spoiled food in fridge, mold on bathtub and 1 bath towel. 2nd room the lights did not work and smelled awful. Manager wisely, immediately offered me a refund. Thank you.

Alright so this is a budget motel. My room was cold on a hot day at arrival. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. A frequent visitor to budget motels, I was impressed by the room. There was this one flying insect (like a gnat) but that's probably not the hotels fault. It is on a busy highway near a major city, so road noise is to be expected. As a solo woman, I was approached in the parking lot at least twice. Not the hotels fault per se but you should be aware of your surroundings and be on higher than usual alert if you are a woman or with your kids.

We checked in Late, once turned the light on there was Literally Spit all over the walls! The bathroom was not clean, and the "Manager" on site was extremely ignorant. I checked out immediately the next morning and was told I could not be refunded. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!
