Hotel was excellent, room was very clean, and comfortable. Shower was very spacious, and very clean. Hotel was putting in new carpet on our floor, so the whole floor had that new carpet smell. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good, with lots of choices available. We'll stay here again for sure.

Chairs by the pool should have been thrown out at least a year ago. Obvious age and my niece’s chair seat ripped while seating. My chair back broke within the next 30 minutes. The staff made things right and said all of that type chair would be replaced.

The room didn't smell very good, smelled like must and humidity. The towels were rough and one of the dispensers in the shower fell in the middle of the night and scared us because it was loud and we were asleep. Once we discovered what it was, we stuck it back on the shower wall. Check-in was good and there were bell carts available. Breakfast was good too.

Needs to be updated. Furniture in room was dusty and very outdated. The air smelled like old dirty carpet. I stood at the check in desk for at least 5 minutes before anyone came from the back to check me in, but I could hear several voices and several staff members passed by me and noticed me waiting. Housekeeping scheduled to come every other day. The pics online don’t reflect the current state of this hotel and I likely won’t stay here again.

During my stay upon arrival I was greeted by a front desk worker. The greeting was rushed and they proceeded to place two bottles of water and my hand say welcome. Very generic and not warm at all. Then the next day I stayed I woke up to a power outage. Could not use any amenities and it took over an hour to get the power back on. The second night it was a noisy stay. I though it was people opening their doors but the sound was inside the room.

Would of been a 10 but we could hear outside noises but not to bad everything else was awesome LOVE the 12 afternoon checkout we got there 11 an we didnt get to sleeep until after midnight so not having to get up an run was relaxing we will stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights at this Hotel. The Hotel was fairly new and in great condition. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept on in a Hotel.

Every team member I interacted with—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or even maintenance—was not only friendly but truly engaging. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to see this level of consistency across all departments, and it absolutely made a difference. Overall stay was good…we asked for towels refresh upon leaving for event. Upon return we noticed our room door was left open, not shut. Luckily nothing was lost. On another note Upon arrival we were never asked for our ID….gave them our name and they gave us keys to our room. Need a little more security at this location

We booked a king suite, but it was not available upon arrival, even though we arrived after check in time. We were told that due to construction lights early in the morning, another room would be better anyway, which I’m not sure was true, or just a deterrent from asking for the room we booked. Aside from that, everything was very clean, the area was quiet, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, and it was very close to restaurants. I would stay again but would not go in with expectations on getting a particular room.
