Shower curtain was way too small and rod was broken - water goes everywhere when shower is on. Pool was out of order and presence of a pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Front door was under construction and you had to use a side door that was just propped open (should remain locked) and was unmanned - anyone could come in any time of night. Very loud - people screaming and running in the halls at 10:30pm. Outside trash cans overflowing all over the ground.

It was storming when we arrived, so I pulled into the carport. The shuttle driver rudely told me to move instead of pulling up so we could both fit. Check-in was worse—I waited nearly 25 minutes in line because only one receptionist was working, struggling to check people in while on speakerphone with support. With the hotel nearly full due to a soccer tournament, having just one person at the desk was absurd. Paying for parking here is outrageous—we’re in Manchester, not Boston—and with already high rates, not even including continental breakfast feels like a ripoff. The room looked fine at first, but the bathroom was disgusting: hair on the shower wall, curtain, and floor, with rust and mold everywhere. I requested a low-traffic area for my dog but was placed by a busy exit. Thin walls meant hearing kids running the halls, stairways, and all outside traffic. On night two, we requested towels the receptionist promised to bring—never delivered. Housekeeping showed up day three while we were still in the room, so we only got towels and never knew what the schedule was. Finally, despite being dog-friendly, there was no designated dog area and no outdoor trash cans for waste—only cigarette receptacles scattered around. Highly disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t return due to the service provided & room conditions.

Airport shuttle was good The room was comfortable and clean. Not being told about the construction and lack of food services at the hotel was not good. The guest laundry machines were very old and not in working order.

It was close to the airport for early departure. My husband thought the trash needed to picked up around building. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor. We thought breakfast was free so we didn’t use the facilities.

The amenities that were included in the description of the hotel were false. or at a minimum misleading. First, they do not have a jacuzzi--they filled it in years ago. They do not have a restaurant, they have a a Starbucks that is open minimal hours and there bar consists of 4 bar stools.

Good location. Clean facility. Most of the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. Complimentary Shuttle service to various places besides the airport provided by property was unexpected and most appreciated as a business traveler. The driver Roland was wonderful, courteous, and helpful!

Very large clean room close to the airport. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again...except I would book an earlier shuttle to the airport than they recommend. The driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up at 5am and in zero hurry. Very frustrating and we barely made the flight.

I don’t usually write reviews but for a Marriott I expected a bit better conditions. The service at check in and out was unfriendly. The parking lot and grounds had garbage on the ground with overflowing garbage bins. The window in our room was so old and fogged you could barely see through it. The beds were both sinking/lumpy and the noise from people walking on the floor above was like being in a very old, wood floored home. There was a party going on next to us one night, with visitors knocking on our door looking for it at 1:45am. While I realize the hotel can’t prevent some of this, the property owner could clean it up and the manager could make sure staff is actually cleaning. Just disappointed as we typical assume a Marriott is going to be in descent condition.

Staff or owners need to learn to use a vacuum.Every carpet was loaded with filth. Elevators were filthy.Limited hot water in the shower. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. My favorite was the pair of mens underwear that stayed in the same spot outside for the duration of our stay. Since they dont clean inside why should they clean outside. Ice machine on the second floor was completely dead. Bed was comfy though.

The room was spotless, very clean hotel, very nice people for the front desk, I would most definitely recommend this place to other people very very clean hotel and very very nice working there willing to help when I need it I really like the bar in the front .. thank you for a nice stay

This hotel gave us a great, comfortable & relaxing start to our trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rom was very modern/chic and bed & pillows VERY comfortable. Also, the cost for overnight parking is reasonable. Shuttle was a huge plus! We’d stay here again if e fly from Manchester.

The room was fine, bed was good, coffee in the room (but never enough cream), except the noise from the heating/colling system was extremely squeaky and loud. There were no other rooms available to switch to since it was booked full. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

You can tell the hotel was renovated but it doesn’t appear that it’s being kept up with. Our room had a huge stain on the floor halfway under the couch. The water from the sink came out cloudy white. The ice machine didn’t work. Just poor quality for such an expensive price.

Staff was functional, not overwhelming friendly. Property and rooms were nice to look at but, little to no sound proofing between rooms. Yes you hear aircraft, prefer not to hear everything in the hallway or from rooms above. Bathroom had trim missing, sloppy looking and in our case someone was smoking in another bathroom and cigarette smoke filled out room leading to asthma flare up. Had to put a towel under the bathroom door and fan on all night. Clearly aflight layover hotel not a vacation property. Could not wait to leave.

The hotel itself was average. Not bad, not terrible. We were there for 3 nights and we didn’t get any type of cleaning done at all to our room. I called every night and they said they come every other day. Well they never came at all. I had to call for towels every night. One of the nights, they couldn’t even bring us the towels. We had to go down there and get them ourselves. I did like that the hotel room ac worked well. The room was also nice. The front desk guy when we checked in was very friendly. They said they were short staffed so hopefully they get that under control. I would probably stay here again if I could get my room cleaned at least once during my stay.

Toilet didn't work properly as handle was broken and toilet failed to shut off till I personally adjusted it. Otherwise all in the room was good. Check in was terrible with only one person handling this. We had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to check in. No one made an effort to jump in and help.

All the staff at the front desk were warm, friendly and inviting. The young woman who checked us in (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately ) was full of helpful advice and information. From selecting our room to which airport shuttle time would probably be best and what food would be available at the bar. Room was clean and inviting cool, but not too cold on this warm day. Property is quiet despite being two turns off the highway . Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend to someone else for an early departure at the airport.

3rd shift employee was wonderful at check-in. Lovely. Welcoming. Knowledgeable. Totally different story with the 1st shift employee during check-out. She was rude and humiliating. I checked in late so I wasn't able to sleep much. I had to wait for a ride. I dozed off in the lobby area in a chair. The employee woke me up by yelling at me like I was a child. She said, "This is a hotel, not a place for you to sleep." I found her remark rather humorous. She then told me I had to leave the property immediately. It was snowing heavily. I had to leave on foot while carrying my luggage. It was uncalled for, and it was dangerous. It was a terrible experience. I'll never stay at that property again.

Very large clean room close to the airport. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again...except I would book an earlier shuttle to the airport than they recommend.
