I made a reservation through Hotels.com, and the listing clearly stated that parking was free. However, upon arrival, I was informed that parking is not free and costs $30 per day. This is different from the information provided at the time of booking.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was very comfortable. Someone on previous review said the towels stank and I found that to be true. I like the old building. Location was ok. 4 or so blocks from the Sky Tower.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and the location was decent with a short walk to the harbour and dining and shopping opportunities.

Well located hotel, close to the attractions, being able to do everything on foot. Very good area for restaurants and shops. Safe and quiet. It also has a stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, useful amenities so you don't want to go out at night to eat.
