Dit hotel staat op een goede locatie om wandelend de stad te verkennen. We werden door het personeel heel netjes met alles geholpen, het regelen van een bus naar onze volgende stek, vragen over de omgeving, ze waren heel bereidwillig. De deur werd steeds voor ons open gehouden. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Het ontbijt was wat summier maar prima. Bij de spa heb ik een full body massage gedaan en vond het geweldig! Het bed was prima alleen de douche lekte wat maar ik heb er geen probleem door ondervonden. Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad.

朝ごはんがとてもおいしく、スタッフの方もアラカルトのオーダーを声掛けしてくれてうれしかったです。早朝のタクシーも快く手配してくれ、朝食BOXも用意してくれました。空港でおいしくいただきました。スタッフのみなさんはとてもフレンドリーで笑顔で旅の大切な思い出になりました。一つだけ、部屋の枕が変なにおいがしたのと、清掃がきれいな日とそうでない日がありました。

I’ve stayed at the Hong Ngoc Cochina hotel in Hanoi several times. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the hotel is in one of the best locations in Hanoi near Truc Bach lake. Highly recommended!
