This is a very good hotel near the freeways to Quebec and Montreal. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and a liquor store w/in walking distance. No language problem. Just say "Bonjour hello" and you'll be fine. They do have limited underground parking. The above-ground parking is tight.

Easy access to airport, shopping areas, and highways. The front staff are efficient but not friendly. A bit noisy in the hallway. Room with fridge and Keurig coffee maker. It's a very comfortable bed. AC/heating device is very loud. There was a shared microwave and fancy coffee machine in the lobby. Second stay at this hotel.

Place was good and easy to find next to Mcdonald’s. It was long weekend so parking was a bit problem in hotel. Staff were amazing they were very good at English. Recommended for a couple and family friendly.

Lampe non branché car pas de prise de courant, serviettes de mauvaise qualité et petites, lit moyen pour le confort, c’est notre 4e 5e visite a cet hotel et nous avons vu une grosse différence de qualité et à notre grande surprise, il n’y avait plus de petit déjeuner dans le lobby.

The room was not very well cleaned to a point I had to wear my shoes as I had to wash my feet twice. The bathroom floor was also super dirty, what is surprising as they have a 5 hours gap between the check out and in hours. The pillows were of terrible quality even for a not too expensive hotel. The air conditioning was super old, noisy and was liking water inside the room. Pros: The shower pressure was good and the beds are comfortable. The location is also good and convenient.

The room was disappointing. Some parts of the floor were worn and uncomfortable to walk on. The bathroom drained very slowly, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the room, similar to sweaty feet after exercise. I also found several hairs at the bottom of the pillows, which made the stay feel less clean than expected.

La première chambre attribuée lors de notre arrivée était très sale. C’est à se demander si le ménage avait était fait. On nous a donné une 2e chambre qui était cette fois un peu plus propre mais sans plus et beaucoup plus petite. Il y avait cheveux et poils restants dans la salle de bain qui est très désuète et avec un lavabo qui était pratiquement bouché. Nous n’avons peut-être pas été chanceux mais assurément que nous ne retournerons jamais à cet établissement et nous ne le conseillons à personne.

Le café gratuit à la réception goûte l’eau. Manque de place pour le stationnement aucune insonorisation matelas super dur . Très mal dormi car on entend absolument tout autant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Notre chambre donnais vue sur le McDo 24 h donc très bruyant même la nuit. Quand les voisins ouvraient leurs portent on avait l’impression qu’il entraient dans notre chambre à chaque fois.

Très mauvais service de cet hôtel, aucune compréhension des hôtes, nous allions toujours à cet endroit et c’est terminé nous choisirons un autre hôtel pour nos prochain voyage. Le ton qu’ils utilisent pour nous parler est désastreux et ne veulent pas comprendre les erreurs qu’il y a eu dans notre réservation. Nous étions un groupe de 40 personnes qui était en transition pour un voyage dans le sud et malheureusement nous ne retournerons plus à cet hôtel. La dame au service était arrogante envers les clients. Très décevant comme service ! Je leur parlant calmement et il haussait le ton envers moi c’est moi qui leur demandait respect au téléphone. Cet hôtel est banni de notre liste !

Stayed 2 nights. They didn't send soneone to collect trash and clean the bath room. When asked, they say we have to request the service in the check in. But they didn't ask when we checked in. I haven't experienced such kind of service in other places. I guess it is this hotel's unique management.

Nice clean hotel good location near to airport ($24 at 4am uber) not sure if that was the best price. Close to food and shops. 40-45 mins bus into Quebec old town (2 buses $4) would stay again for proximity to airport and shops (Walmart, Marshall’s etc) but a bit far out from the city.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous allons à cet hôtel lorsque nous allons a Québec pour deux ou trois jours. C'est à environ 20 minutes du Vieux-Québec. Il y a des restaurants, des cinémas, un magasin d'alimentation. C'est aussi à quelques minutes du Ikea et de Décathlon. La chambre était rénovée et elle était propre. Nous y retournerons sans doute pour le même type de séjour.
