My stay was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Sofa and chair in the room needs replacing as it is not very comfortable. It was a one bedroom suite with ample space. The landscaping around the building is very overgrown and needs some attention especially above the sidewalks. Staff were pleasant and did well with translating needs. Breakfast was as you should expect in a hotel - hot, to the point and satisfying. Pool needs cleaning and I saw an empty post on chemicals.

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m visiting my boyfriend and his family in VA. The service here is impeccable. I was finally able to use the pool this time around. It was great! I always meet nice people here as well. Cant wait to be back :)

Stayed 1 night on our venture down to Florida. Had a boat behind me so I was nervous about parking. Had no problem parking it, or worrrying about its safety. Clean comfortable room. Friendly (late) check in. Would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely stay here again. In a nice neighborhood with convenient restaurants and easy on/off Highway 95. Only thing I noted, which did not impact our stay, was the beds were double not queen. However, we all found them exceptionally comfortable.

We’ve stayed at this property 2 years in a row & it’s just what we need. A spacious enough room & a place to sleep. This is a relatively basic hotel & gives you just that. I’ll say the bathrooms are very small & you can’t close the door without going next to the toilet. Other than that it’s a pretty decent & clean hotel

It was truly a great stay. I got to check in a little late at night and was welcomed with a fresh face. I had a personal issue with charging my card for the hotel fee but the employee at the front desk was very patient and friendly. The room was great as I stood in the king suite. It was very cleaned and comfortable.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was very easy. Our only two issues were controlling the temperature in our room and the shower water pressure. Even with setting the AC at 62 the room was barely cool. There was no water pressure in the shower which made washing your hair and washing was a challenge. We also noticed one of the smoke detectors by our room was pulled put and damaged. We notified the front desk, but it was still the same when we checked out.

The hotel was good and convenient to just that area, however to get to other VA attractions it was not as convenient. Traveling I95 was not an easy task. We trailered our motorcycle to the hotel and was unable to venture out with it because of the heavy traffic.

Great place to stay if you want to be near the highway. Dining options plentiful within a 5 mile radius. Good shopping a short drive away. Breakfast wasn't cooked to order as advertised but the options were still decent. Overall a nice, quiet stay.

Clean room and bathroom. The shower insert was right white and squeaky clean. Beds were comfy. We brought our own pillows because hotel pillows are hot or miss. The ac worked as it should. The amenities in the room and within the hotel were exactly as needed. Good variety for breakfast. Nice lounge. Pool and basic hotel gym. The water pressure was good and the water stayed warm. The only complaint was the bathroom door opened in towards the toilet and you have to back up to open it all the way or close it first before sitting down. It’s as stupid a set up as a public restroom at a store. If you are cramped on space make it a pocket door for gosh sake. Other than that the only comment is the paint and caulk job was junk in the bathroom. A good paint and caulk job isn’t typical in comfort inn but people still notice. The halls and elevator were clean and there was no bad odor. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. Our door latch somehow got stuck so when we tried to get back in the room we couldn’t get it opened more than 2-3 inches but she had a tape and rubber and contraption she made and used because apparently it happened before. Her tip. Make sure the door latch people use at night is put all the way back against the wall before you leave and close the door so it doesn’t swing and block access getting back in.
