This is a 2-story motel with NO elevator. I have some heavy items I will not leave in my car overnight so had to make multiple trips and lug them upstairs. The ice machine on the second floor was not working, had to go downstairs for that too. I was pulling a trailer, had to park in the STREET across the street from a restaurant/bar, came out in the morning to find an empty broken tequila bottle in front of my car. The toilet did not flush properly, any cleaning crew should have known that, reported it and gotten it fixed before another guest was in house. The front desk was like 'that's the way it is, you already paid so we are not giving you a refund'. This is my third stay at a Red Roof in the last 3 months, I believe it will be my last.

Good place for a quick stop while traveling. Clean and nice room. Staff was very nice. No elevator, but the stairs are inside and there are only two stories. Parking was easy. It’s near lots of places to walk to and eat with a mall across the street for shopping needs.

I stop here at least twice a year. 1. Clean 2. pets stay free 3. Safe parking lot well lit 4. Starbucks across street 5. Mexican restaurant next door amazing 6. Right off highway 7. Front desk very friendly Not happy about 1. They got rid of breakfast 2. Shampoo and conditioners are now on the wall instead of tiny bottles 3. There was no couch in our room

Facility has all rooms accessible from inside which is atypical of Red Roof ins. Downsides are that if you go out the end doors you can not reenter thru them (i.e. take your dog out to the pet area and you must walk all the way around to the front entrance. This is NOT a new problem for this establishment as I gave the same down vote for the same problem last December. I also have had issues with soft edges on the mattress that give me the feeling I am going to slide right out of the bed. There was quite a bit of trash on the ground near the dumpster.

The shower curtain was full of mold and the tub was not clean causing me to slip and almost fall. The bed bases made of metal moved all over the floor. The mattress hung over both sides of the base. If you are not mindful of this, you might end up on the floor. The fitted sheets did not fit.

Checked in and given a room key to a room that was already occupied. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke. Third room full of dog hair. I’ll pay a pet upcharge in a neighboring hotel next time. Second day took soiled towels but never given clean towels. Sofa cushions torn and dirty and had to cover with my own blanket. Then found an acrylic nail on the floor buy the bed that was not there the first day. Never again!

Our one night stay was terrific. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the heating unit (it was 38° out) worked quickly and quietly. Even the vending machines worked without a fuss.

People at the front desk are friendly, but the room was really dirty. There was hair and dirty spots on the floor. The base of the toilet was dusty and there were water stains everywhere. Definitely needs better cleaning staff.

The man at the front desk was very friendly. The cookies uopn arrival was a nice touch. The hotel rooms need attention and upating, especially for the price. Mattresses were very flimsy and uncomfortable, holes in bathroom door, cracks in tiles, etc.

everything was good except the heater in our room: it's strong and warm, but it won't stop getting warmer and warmer once reached the set temperature, so we had to get up and manually shut the whole system off if we didn't want to room to become 80+ degrees. But then we had to get up and turn it back on again when the temp dropped too low in the middle of night ...so...the whole night was sleepless :(

Room was nothing special but it did the trick for one night. No carpet, the bed was creaky and hard, and the couch wasn’t comfortable. The hotel’s own website says portable cribs are available- they are actually not. Thankfully the hotel called me before our stay, and we brought our own. For what it’s worth, I called two other hotels nearby and they also didn’t have cribs. Also, there’s no elevator.

Clean & comfortable. Janet, at the front desk, was very polite & accomadating. She gave me a room near the exit, as i require the use of a cane, and she made it quick & easy when it was necessary to extend my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay

I have stayed here twice a year for about 3-4 years when visiting the area for events. I have never had a bad experience! The staff is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate that I can bring the dog along with no extra fees. Great pricing, many dining options, and easy to access i95.

I checked into Room 108 and the rest of my family was in 106. Upon entering the room, it smelled like cigarettes and vomit. I had my elderly mom go into room 106 while I went to the front desk. i spoke with John at the front desk. He asked me what I needed and I stated my room smells like vomit. He snapped back at me and said, not it doesn’t. Then snaps the cards out of my hand and proceeds to get me a new room. The fact that your cleaning team didn’t clean up that smell is a health hazard. I will be contacting the department of health. I want to be reimbursed for one room.

We stayed here to attend an event on base at Quantico. It is close to interstate 95, 12 minutes from base, lots of restaurants, shopping and services nearby. Clean, comfortable, everything worked. We'll return as long as we have someone at the base!

The carpet Near the bed wasent vaccum. Haïr in thé bathroom. The resto bar Near Play loud music until 3 am and people speak loud returning to their Room at 3 am and all the Truck Who left the bar make noise. We left at 4 45 and have and hour to sleep
