I have stayed at this red roof Inn over the years and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. the room was clean, but they never came in the next day to take care of it. The toilet didn’t flush completely. There was no hot water in sink, no tissue box of any kind I had to use toilet paper if I needed a tissue and the fact that it doesn’t have an elevator did not make it easy to take my belongings up the stairs. I will not use this hotel in the future.

Everything was excellent. Staff are very friendly. But, you need to update your pictures on your website. That’s false advertisement. I thought you serve breakfast. You have old pictures. Please. I won’t hold it against you, it’s my fault, I should have read before making the reservation, but, other than that, rooms and staffs are great!
