My room had bed bugs. Physically saw one crawl across the white sheets. When I went to the front desk for help they said no other room was available but the manager would be in at 9a... Slept on the little table seat. (Too cold to sleep in my car). I was supposed to stay 2 nights but that was not happening. Refunded me the money from day 2 since I said I wouldnt stay in that room. Said they would do an investigation and see about refunding me that night if they found anything. I have a video of the bed bug running and documentation of the bites I got. Its been a couple days and still no manager has called.

The staff was friendly. The area was good and near lots of shops! The ac was great. The ice broken though. Enjoyed my stay overall & would go back.
