Amazing central location. Easy to enter outside door and get to room after reception hours. Room was fine. Bathroom was a little smelly. No problems but it also wasn't anything special.

I’m a minimalist at heart and don’t need much but I was traveling with family on this trip and I listened to there complaints and here’s what the family didn’t enjoy about 4 Narrow flights of stairs to get to the office then to the room amenities were good spacious room with entry way and separate bathroom, couldn’t open window due to scaffolding being outside the window and worried about theft and no air conditioner only furnace.

The property is located at a very central place which is the only positive. However, it is very outdated. We struggled to find a working socket to charge phones in the room. There were drilling and hammering noise at 8 a.m. We paid for the accomodation to get some rest, but it was impossible due to the noise. Lights were flickering too. The room looked worse than in the photos online - very old and small.

The location is amazing. There was a very good effort made to make it as comfortable as possible. I appreciated that there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well as toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stowed our luggage for free after we checked out so that we could hit a few more museums before leaving. There were some real problems that need to be addressed. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower. There was an awful smell in the stairwell leading to the room. Initially it was ok because it was only in the stairwell, but after a day the smell creeped into our room and by day two it was unbearable. There was an Air freshener in the room, but it didn’t do much. There was some brick laying work happening right outside our window and it began at 7:00 in the morning. This may have all been temporary and it is likely they are addressing the problem, but it did make for an uncomfortable stay. There were other problems that are understandable due to the age of the building and the location. For example: the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone who come and goes.

The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. If they could do it then they would. We’re booked the hotel last second and had no issues whatsoever even with a late check in. They held our bags for us after we checked out so we could be bag free until our flight So close to everything and a very convenient spot!
