Had an amazing stay with my girlfriend and friends for a week here. Hotel was in a perfect location with easy commutes via taxi to The Palm, JBR and fountains area. Staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel had some greats bars and pool. Would highly recommend.

We spent a week in the hotel and we had an amazing time. The hotel staff is really kind and they are always ready to assist you. The location of the hotel is good, 9 minuets away walking from the nearest metro station. The hotel restaurants, bars, hotels and lounges are very cool. We really enjoyed the karaoke club and the Asian food restaurant in the hotel. The gym is great, you can work out while having a view of the Dubai skyline!

Very helpful staff. Welcoming,especially the Bellboy and pool staff. Good location, quiet, comfortable. Time in the jacuzzi is a must just for the views. Food choice and quality good. Decor in rooms a little dated. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom which was attended to immediately. I was very impressed

Absolutely marvellous stay at the Grand Millennium Barsha heights . The staff are so welcoming and pleasant , the lobby has that beautiful luxurious look , feel and aroma … The breakfast spread was amazing . At the hotel as some awesome pubs and restaurants in its premises . Will definitely visit again !

Excellent stay at Grand Millennium, very friendly staff, very close to station therefore easy to get around. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Only downside is there is no sunshine around the pool area at all! Overall we’ve had a very pleasurable stay at Grand Millennium.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful always. There were a couple weird things. 1) The lobby always smelled like cigarettes mixed with fragrance. 2) After the mandatory valet would get my car, it was very tight to pull out of the hotel property.

Spent 12 nights at this property in January. This was a return visit. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff really makes your stay special. Many good options for food and convenient to grocery stores. Metro is close and taxis always available. Housekeeping kept my room clean as requested and stocked with water. Look forward to my next visit.

I don’t know how and why this hotel is rated five star. My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for our anniversary and we had the worst experience. Upon arrival, check in took very long. The reception said the room is being “inspected” and hence it is taking long. We stepped into our room and noticed the AC wasn’t working, there was no working plug in the washroom AND the shower drain was clogged. The first 4 hours of our stay was wasted dealing with the hotel’s technician coming to our room trying to fix things. He put a long corded extension from the washroom into the room so we could use our blow dryer! The tubs in this hotel is so small that you can’t shower without having your arms touching the walls on the side. The tub itself was filthy as well and the shower was leaking. I’m not sure why our room took so long to get “inspected” and yet NOTHING was working properly. We spent so much money and I feel like we were ripped off. This was NOT a pleasant nor memorable experience for us and we would not go back to this hotel.

The hotel is fine. Not great. Not bad. While checking in, cigarette smoke from one of the bars on the ground floor permeated the lobby. Upon reaching out nonsmoking room on a nonsmoking floor, the smell of cigarettes was coming through the ventilation. The rooms were fine. A bit dated and the tile in the showers was in poor condition. If you want nightlife you don't have to leave the location. Nice places for this. It's convenient location to many other attractions. Staff was very friendly.

A great stay as a couple, a bit away from the beaches but close to Metro and very comfortable large rooms, got an upgrade. The breakfast was very good and with lots of variety. Service was v good and quite a lot of eating places and even groceries nearby in the area.

Very nice Hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Had 2 rooms which were very spacious and clean (side by side). All staff were very courteous and did everything possible to help (had aged parents who were traveling with me). The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the variety was great. The Crystal Bar was visited nightly and the drinks and service were awesome. Hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates Will be back again

Although we booked a normal room, they gave us an accessible room which was really uncomfortable. The worst thing about the room was the bathroom. As the shower was also accessible it was horrible when having a shower as the whole bathroom was under water, even when trying to focus the shower into one corner.

I don’t know how and why this hotel is rated five star. My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for our anniversary and we had the worst experience. Upon arrival, check in took very long. I couldn't travel to Dubai due to cancelation of all flights going to Dubai because of the sadly sever weather conditions (16th of April 2024). However, the hotel charged me the first night as no-show even that I sent them a message before check-in time in advance and my booking class was refundable. It was not expected from the hotel to take advantage of natural disasters.

Very nice Hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Had 2 rooms which were very spacious and clean (side by side). All staff were very courteous and did everything possible to help (had aged parents who were traveling with me). The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the variety was great. Staff are very friendly and location of hotel is excellent, 25mins to airport and 15mins to internet city, malls etc. Sushi Buffet is excellent with 2 for 2 happy hour 9pm - 11pm. Unfortunately the property is fairly dated and this shows clearly with amenities and towels are very hard and off white due to age.
