Convenient location. Close to shopping and food options. The elevator sounded like it needed work, we were a little nervous when we had to use it. Would've taken stairs had we not had someone in a wheelchair with us.

Very kind and friendly staff. Super clean and well maintained property, overall and especially room and bathroom. Quiet atmosphere even tho i noticed a lot of guests in main areas and encountered some in elevator and pool area. I invited a couple of my young grandchildren to visit and enjoy time in the pool. They loved it, just the right size and they especially loved the warm towels kept poolside.

Clean, safe area, with easy parking and check in. Stress free the way we love to travel!!!

Everything was GREAT except for the pool. The pool water looked unhealthy...as if there were spores floating on the top of the water throughout the entire pool. Did not feel comfortable letting my daughter swim so we were unable to enjoy that amenity.

Just ok. Fairly clean. They were doing lots of construction when we arrived. Front desk recommended us to enter from back, but entrance was inaccessible and had to return and carry bags over/around lots of broken sidewalks and construction. Gym was pretty nice. Construction workers and other workers woke everyone up at 5-6am. Still an ok stay. Breakfast was not included in stay.

The elevators were down and the fire department was there so I had to walk up to my room

I like the pool and gym area . WiFi was terrible . I wasn’t told what floor my room was on so had to figure that out by going through the floors . Other than that it wasn’t terrible definitely over priced for what was offered

This is our favorite hotel in the Schamburg area. We stay here frequently! Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms! The indoor pool and fully equipped gym are a plus too.

The hotel room was very clean and very suitable for what I was there for. The staff was nice even the housekeepers that didn’t speak English. They pulled out their translator to help me which was nice. I felt very safe as a single mother with two children with me.

Overall, i will rate is just good, not excellent. the location was excellent, clean for the most parts.It was quiet and average amenities . I think the price could have been a little bit cheaper. Sergio at the dining area did an awesome job of attending to everyone's needs. if i have to be picky the ring underneath the toilet seat should be scrubbed. On Saturday night a guest vomited on the floor close by to the elevators and inside one of the elevators. I saw the mess around 10 pm and as we were checking out Sunday at 7 am, the mess was still there. It was disgusting. This should have bee cleaned overnight.

The bed was hard as a rock and hurt my back, which sucks because I have another visit in a week that I already booked.

The only thing that I did not like was the bed was hard, so I did not have a good night sleep. But other than great hotel stay!

Comfy bed

Refrigerator broke. Had to put ice in overnight as maintenance could not come till next day our food was ruined and they did not offer any discount for our inconvenience Staff was nice about it I would stay here again due to this lack of service and understanding of our loss.

Good location and easy check in, staff helpful. Only downside was the bed and pillows, could use an update not very comfortable.

The room itsself was very clean and had a lot of room but our power went out both days we were there (not weather related) and they were very slow to get it back on.

Property very nice and staff friendly and accommodating however our refridgerator was faulty. In cabinet with no ventilation and when we opened the wood door several hours later a whoosh of vey hot air came out at us, top of fridge was HOT to the touch. Front desk told me to unplug it was hard to get to but did it. Said maintenance could not come until morning. Did offer for usto come downstairs to put all our food in their fridge but it was 10-11 at night and we were already in Our pajamas and din not want to unpack it and even if we wanted to move all our food how would we have carried it all down 3 floors. So we just filled bags with ice and put in there. I d leaked all over and Food was ruined in morning would not eat meat and eggs that felt warm. I know this can happen but at check out all she said was sorry…we did offer for you to bring your food down….REALLY!!!! Did not offer even a penny discount which I feel we should have gotten something. I specifically picked this hotel for the fridge Very disappointed with this Would not stay there again dispute to their lack of concern. We had to throw away our food I will be placing a phone complaint direct to manager at hotel and hope to get some kind of refund, at least for the cost of our ruined food

Great Staff, easy check in! Would stay again!

Staff was so friendly! Very accommodating. We were staying in a group of families for a softball tournament and they went above & beyond to accommodate us. I would definitely stay again! Every staff member I encountered provided superb customer service.

Originally booked for two days then had to extend for another two and then aother one. Becca and her team were superb every step of the way with me making changes on the fly. Perfectly located for what I needed and will certainly book here again when I'm next in the area.

We arrived to the hotel around noon and we were able to check into our room early. The staff were very helpful when we asked for directions.

I was disappointed I was unable to change reservation prior to trip. Hotels.com contacted hotel to see if they coudl adjust and unable to change. Somewhere in that communication the hotel canceled reservation after request to not make any changes. There was 1 room available when we arrived and wasn't at the value that was billed. Will not stay at this facility again. Overpriced.

Stay was fine. Service was pretty mediocre. Took quite a while to check in and had to wait in line so quite some time. Check out, no one was at the desk for some time. Beds are fine. Bedding feels very stiff and starchy.

My family and I unfortunately experienced a series of unpleasant experiences here. I booked a 2-bed room at this hotel three weeks in advance before my trip, but my reservation was not honored despite this. On the day of my reservation, I drove 7 hours through 2 states, and I arrived at the hotel around 11pm. We were all rather exhausted at this late hour and anticipating to rest in our room. But upon my arrival, the desk staff told me that the room I had reserved was given to another guest and that there were no other vacancies. They claimed that because Expedia had not provided my contact information, they went ahead and gave up my room without notice. They then suggested we stay at another hotel that should have a 1-bed room open. Whatever the case, at this point it was approaching midnight. I was displeased with this whole experience. We expected to be able to rest in 2 beds right after finishing our long drive, but was instead subjected to a hotel hunt that went until 1AM, just to all squeeze into 1 bed. I've been booking hotels through Expedia for over 10 years, but this is the first time I've encountered such an absurd situation. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy from the front desk. There may have been apologetic in words, but they were not apologetic in attitude and instead seemed to be annoyed when I was understandably upset by the situation.

We checked in after attending a funeral. We were exhausted. When we got into our room we realized there was a motorcycle (?) swap meet being held across the street. They played music so loud it shook our windows on the 5'th floor. Thinking we would depart around 4 -5 a.m. to return to Ohio, the music never stopped. It went on up until at least 12:00 midnight. The hotel was booked full so we couldn't move rooms to the back of the building. The hotel was wonderful but we should have been advised of this upon check in. We would have never stayed. We are putting in a complaint to the hotel and would like to be reimbursed for this room. This was very poor. All we wanted was a little sleep before we could head home.

Great location to shopping areas, airport, the mall, very clean, very friendly staff.

Really great property. Clean and updated. The location was safe and quiet. My husband and I were very happy with our experience at this hotel and we are very picky. We will stay here again the next time we visit the Chicago area.

Property is very clean but it’s so far from Chicago took me almost more then hour and half to reach downtown in subway. Staff are very friendly but room service are very poor, no exhaust fan in washroom.

Great location if you're looking for a place to stay when seeing a concert at the Allstate Arena.

Most place We stay have complimentary breakfast. This place charge $10.00 per person, for a lot less than than some places that cost less to stay at. There dinner menu was very minimal, however the gentleman that served us was of the standards from a fine restaurant

Very nice! Had to change rooms upon arrival due to the heat blasting, but Nicholas was very accommodating. Coffee pot broken in new room, but replaced after 1 reminder. Nice breakfast, but not included - $10.00 charge.

Only complaint was having to pay for breakfast.

Now I like the end it was very clean the people were nice but I supposed to get breakfast with my reservation and when I went to go get breakfast they said I didn't have breakfast with my reservation and when I checked in they said I did have breakfast with my reservation but I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast so I don't know how their food were I went out majority the time I was there but it was a nice hotel average

I enjoyed a good dinner Friday night at the hotel. I made coffee with the Keurig machine in the morning and went downstairs to have a nice breakfast. It was a superb stay.
