Staff, room and breakfast were great. Ice machine and other areas under construction, but didn’t affect us much!

No ice machine on the third floor. Breakfast ran out of OJ and need two toasters

Construction but understandable

Room was great and beds were comfortable. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the breakfast was lacking. This hotel, although almost identical to most in Olive Branch was more expensive than many but didn't offer any upgrades for the price, for instance a better quality breakfast. The biggest downside was that the lobby was under construction upon my arrival and during my stay and not only was I not aware of that before booking, the cost of the stay was not reduced due to the inconvenience!

Wish there was some sort of notice or warning that this hotel was under heavy construction before booking. The staff was great and apologetic, no issues there. But the whole lobby was torn out and partitioned with tarps and the flooring in front of the elevators was completely ripped up, just leaving the carpet glue/caulk. The parking was limited due to construction trailers and containers. I picked this location out of the others in the area due to its ratings but was unfortunately let down.

Elevator and common areas need upgrades.

The property was located in a safe area and everything was nice and clean. The accommodations were great.

Room was relatively clean. Carpet needed cleaned. Hotel looked like it needs freshened up. We had gutter noise (bubbling sound) in our room from the rain. Son's room had a small roach crawling in it. We didn't stay for breakfast due to that.

We had a room that smelled of a combination of cannabis and old food that went bad. I checked the AC to see if it was just stale air and the vents were literally covered in a black mold. I politely asked if we could change rooms after letting her know the room condition and the lady just said here you go with new room keys. I go back up to the new room and the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and apologize for all the hassle and she said that oh yeah wrong room. No apologies for any of the hassle. The new room had sticky floors, tv not working and dirty toilet bit as I am dealing with chemo treatments I didn’t have the energy to do anything more but sleep. Very disappointed as the hotel had a 9.0 rating.

I booked this hotel because of 9/10 rating but I’m not how it is getting this rating. Hotel room was disgusting. My son drop some water on carpet so I used the towel to dab it and it turned black like I’ve working on my car brakes . Feet and socks turned black, room smelled, frig was rusted, there were visible hair stuck in the drain of the tub and water be ver slow to drain. I heard it been recently sold sold and bought by a Patel. Usually stingy and try saving every penny at the expense of quality. Give it another 6-9 month this place will be dump!!! Would rather pay another $50 a night for better place

I was so appreciative of the cleanliness of the hotel, and my room, specifically. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Rooms were old, water was shut off for 8 hours. Had hairs on the walls, smelled like mildew, had ants and a bug in the shower.

Rooms too small

Check in was super easy, the room was clean and easily accessible to unload all the extra stuff I had to haul with me this weekend. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work, so I just watched Netflix from my laptop.

I always love this hotel. It is my go to whenever we want a night away from home. The rooms are very spacious and the suite with the livingroom area and 2 TVs is perfect for children!

Everything was wonderful from the front desk to the room and the breakfast and staff was nice....Only thing that went wrong was that for some apparent reason the wifi was not connecting to my devices on the second floor!!!!!

Sink stopper wouldn’t work. Room appeared worn. Small room. Great staff.

The room had a very unpleasant chlorine odor and a air ionizer running when we arrived. When we asked about the machine running in the room, they removed it but offered no explanation why it was in the room. Toilet was stopped up and would not flush. Asked for a refund the next morning and they refused.

The front desk woman was extremely helpful and cheerful. She was so courteous and funny. Check-in was a snap.

We arrived late and were informed that hotels.com over booked us so the rooms we paid for were not available. The employee at check -in was very nice and helpful and accommodating. However After reaching out to Hotels.com they will not stand behind their services to make things right.

Staff was great HOT coffee anytime adressed any concern i had with a smile took the time to chat a bit about life, got that i care about your day feeling and it wasnt fake. very very satisfying experience here will definitely be staying again as i frequent this area quite a bit

The front desk staff was very rude and not accommodating whatsoever. Our room # was in the 200’s When we complained that the 2nd floor smelled very strongly of marijuana and asked if we could switch floors, the clerk didn’t apologize or kindly reply she’d be happy to help. Instead she just kept telling us not to go in the room (which we hadn’t) then said “oh so you’re complaining cause you smelled it in the hall? Well I put you on the other end.” As if she already knew about the marijuana situation…but also I walked the entire hall & it was overwhelming with weed odor everywhere. I asked if we could have another room on another floor and she rudely said she didn’t have any. I said that’s fine we could just cancel and she said “you can’t, you’ve already checked in.” I said “well I thought this was a no smoking hotel (pot included)” and so if they didn’t have another room we’d need to cancel, but again she said we couldn’t. She typed on the computer for a couple minutes then mysteriously handed us a room key to the 3rd floor. I thought she didn’t have any other rooms available??!! At this point, I didn’t feel safe staying all night there with our daughter and promptly asked Expedia to help us cancel for a refund. We immediately left the hotel. But unfortunately, the manager refused to issue a refund! For a weed hotel! Frustrating too because we just needed a clean, quiet night to stay on our way home from a wedding. Common courtesy goes a long way. Disappointed in Marriott.

The stay was great, very comfortable room. Gave it three stars on service because when we checked in the lady was on her computer and didn’t acknowledge us until she finished her task online. Then she said “Sorry for the delay.” Didn’t mind waiting, but it would’ve been nice for her to acknowledge that we were standing there for a while.

Typical quality and cleanliness but we had a 10 person group and had three rooms reserved. The wrong rooms were given to us- wrong bed set up- but when I went to the front desk the manager said “ I don’t think that bed situation works for your party - I got you new rooms with a proper bed set up! And she was absolutely perfect with the assignments. She really cared about my family - very genuine and top notch service.

Lauren is VERY sweet and has a beautiful customer service personality. She was attentive and helpful.

Great stay for our family of 5. Plenty of room in our king studio. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Quiet location. Not a lot right around the hotel but very close to the state line and just a few minutes away from the heart of Olive Branch. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is very pleasant, and the hotel and rooms are clean. I felt a little uncomfortable at night due to the surrounding businesses. Really tried to make sure I could get a close parking spot.

Central to Shiloh & Corinth and Graceland and Mississippi River.

Hotel was good but my rental car was broken into. Don’t leave anything in your car if you park here.

Very friendly staff. Not far off highway. Sleeps 5 adults almost comfortably with a king and sofa bed. Good price. Clean.

Convenient and Clean. Close to Everything

Our trip was to Memphis and the name here is deceiving due to the Memphis in the name of the hotel. It is actually a good 30 minutes from Memphis.

Great location. Clean!

Really short stay. But, the property is conveniently located only about 15 minutes (or less, depending on how you drive) from the airport. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

They should let people know they’re remodeling and not cooking breakfast

They are remodeling but it was still a great stay. The free hot breakfast was great (individual quiches, cage free eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.). Was able to easily stay on Keto. Definitely would stay here again.

This property is well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I also enjoyed the various breakfast options the following morning.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Olive Branch was located near shopping and eating establishments. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely great!!!
