A wonderful and friendly staff. The location is close to the train station and most attractions are within an easy 20-minute walk from the hotel. The walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit sketchy as there seems to be large groups that simply loiter in that area. Once you get to the hotel that does clear up. The hotel is under renovation so there are some construction noises, but only during the day.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was great! Spacious, clean and nicely renovated. You can get water from the refill station at lobby. Super convenient to get around, hotel is very close to the train station. There's lots of food options nearby and a supermarket just beside the hotel. However, the toilet layout of Room 101 could have been better. Having a bathtub on top of a platform is dangerous and slippery with no handles to hold on to after a shower. Instead of a bathub, do consider building a standing shower in the future.

Clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. They stored the luggage for us which is great because we had time to kill between check out and train schedule. Close to the train station and walkable to most of the sites.

Great location and property. We got a room with a large balcony with a great view of the Duomo. The day we checked in, the shower was not draining, but the staff fixed it quickly. The sofa bed triggered my daughter's allergies. No elevator to the 4th floor, only till 3rd floor.

The hotel was in a very accessible location. All attractions was within walking distance. They offer valet parking if you're traveling with a car. The parking garage was secured and we could leave our luggage in the car. The tiny elivator was a plus. Nice amenities and good view.

The hotel is very close to the train station which is convenient and the decor of the hotel was nice and stylish but our room was very tired with wallpaper hanging off the wall, a black mouldy pull cord in the shower and in general needing a makeover but we were too hot and tired to ask to change rooms.

Very close to train station and the room and bathroom were clean. We were confused when we walked into our room as a section of flooring behind the bathroom looked like a small fire was there. The floor was black and warped. We took a shower soon after and realized it was most likely water damage from the shower setup. The water just shoots out onto the floor and the tiles were missing grout. The AC worked, the staff were so nice, and the bed wasn’t awful so I’d stay again

It was just ok - not 4 star by any stretch No adequate shower door so the entire room flooded from a 10 min shower… there was fruit flies through out the room and my room was dark and uninviting

My room AC wasn’t working and I informed the staff early on in the day before I left the hotel and when I came back that evening it was still the same not working and they said it was working fine but it was clearly not cause it was hot in the room and I heard another person next to me complaining about their AC not working as well but the staff didn’t care. So I went to my room and booked a new hotel at around 9pm and had to move my stuff out to another hotel. And when I was leaving they said the AC in fact was not working in half the building and that they are having someone come to look at it and I said it is too late for that, maybe you should have listened to me early on in the day when I told you instead of waiting till the night. No refund was issued to me. C-Club hotels are terrible.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was super small, even for Italy. I could barely squeeze my wheeled luggage between the bed and the bathroom wall when entering the room. The procedure to get to the sink and mirror went like this: 1. The bathroom door opens only 45 degrees before bumping into the sink. 2. You squeeze in and step aside. 3. Close the door. 4. Now you can reach the sink. 5. To see yourself in the mirror, you have to press against the back of the door. And forget about the window — it faces a tiny internal shaft about 2×2 meters. Honestly, they’d be better off plastering it shut.

Fantastic renovated hotel, beautiful brand new room, comfortable bed and amenities. The lobby is modern but still with a Tuscan feel. The staff were excellent. Perfect location if you are catching a train from Santa Maria Novella. 10 stars of 10!

Overall the property was excellent for a first time solo traveler like myself. Yes, it is on the older side as far as the furniture and carpet in the room itself, but it is clean and well maintained. The location is literally less than a five min walk from the train station and a 15 min walk to the city center, so easy access to do all of the local attractions a first timer would want to see. The staff was very friendly and were more than willing to help me with questions and my room, despite my less than friendly greeting due to being travel weary. I did not give it a full five stars because I had to step into the shower to close the door of the bathroom to reach the toilet. It did have a large sink in the shower, which was a more recent addition, and that was the clearly the trade off for more counter space but not enough room to move the door while inside the bathroom. A little annoying, but not a big deal and did not impact the overall stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The property is well-located near everything, including the main station and restaurants. The staff provides minimal service, and from the minute you check in to the minute you check out, you are unlikely to find someone willing to answer your questions. A very dry attitude. On June 16-17, there were heavy water leaking from the ac in the midnights. The staff who came didn’t apologise. He gave us towels on the floor and left immediately. I met the manager next day he apologised but yet I didn’t receive any compensation in return of the disturb of sleep during midnight and my luggages belongings got wet. Because I booked the stay through Expedia, I couldn’t get any compensation even though the hotel manager said the hotel should refund me. I’m not asking for full refund. But at least I should have received some compensation. I think misinformation was shared to Expedia from hotel because they told Expedia that they offered free drinks to me after knowing the issue. Indeed I didn’t even get a bottle of water. Very disappointing crisis management

I love this hotel and the staff. They are so helpful. They even help me retrieve my delayed baggage from the airport. It’s walkable to all the sightseeing and the tours plus it’s right by the train station.

Il soggiorno purtroppo non ha avuto un buon inizio. Mi è stato rubato lo zaino depositato alla reception dell'hotel con tutto il disagio conseguente. Sono dovuto andare a fare denuncia di furto per fortuna nella caserma adiacente all'hotel ed ho perso un pomeriggio di vacanza su tre per comprarmi tutto il necessario (dallo spazzolino da denti alle mutande...) senza contare le chiavi di casa, l'ipad, cuffie, soldi.... Fuori luogo la proposta di non farmi pagare il soggiorno di due notti per sistemare la cosa. Piccolo appunto: nonostante il furto gli addetti dell'hotel hanno continuato a tenere in custodia le valigie e zaini nella hall...

Did not interact much with the staff, the room was larger than expected and very clean. We had a comfortable stay here also thanks to the decent sound insulation. The location is quite close to the train station, while accessible it feels a bit unsafe at times.

Very convenient right next to the train station (but not noisy at all). You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and check in was very quick. The room was a little small but not a true problem. Only one issue: they don’t have an iron and ironing board in every room, and when we requested an iron from the front desk, it didn’t work and they told me all the other ones were already loaned out.

It’s a great location being next to the train station and your buses. Not the safest area and a little ways out from the main city central- 10 min walk. Was nice that breakfast was included.

Vom Hotel alles sehr gut erreichbar , ob Dom oder Shoppingmeile oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Hauptbahnhof um die Ecke . Unser Zimmer war zum Hinterhof , d. h. Kein Straßenlärm usw. . Frühstück wurde bei uns nicht angeboten wegen Umbau, dafür gibt es einen Automaten wo man Kaffee (Cappuccino usw.) oder Tee sich zubereiten kann .

Great location near the train station and buses and walking distance from the city center. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The barista even personalized my cappuccino each morning which was a nice touch. The outside doors are locked at night and opened by a staff member when you get there for added safety.

I think it is an excellent location!! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. We took advantage, for the price, of a wonderful breakfast spread. Fresh fruit, meats, eggs, coffee, juice and pastries. All delicious. No problem recommending this hotel.
