Bright corner room with big windows. Great views. Clean. Comfortable. Murphy bed. Sofa. Two chairs and drop-leaf table. Kitchenette. Jetted bathtub. Good quality towels and linens. Elevator. Large, inviting lobby floor with grand fireplace, sofas, chairs, and tables beautifully arranged for one, two, or more to enjoy reading a book or quiet conversation. Wide veranda with rocking chairs; I can sit and watch the world go by. Wonderful, old-fashioned Christmas decorations all around the property, inside and out, recall good times and ensure happy holiday memories. It's like stepping into a Christmas Village scene. Gracious, knowledgeable staff at the desk 24 hours a day welcome guests and answer all my questions about the hotel and the town. Hospitality couldn't be better. I love this place!
