Overall, the property itself was quite nice. I really enjoyed the indoor pool plus the indoor outdoor hot tubs. The staff was very friendly and efficient. However, the room was a bit of a disappointment. The mattress of the bed was quite uncomfortable and the provided pillows had absolutely no support. My head sunk immediately to the mattress. In addition, there was no place in the bathroom to hang wet bathing suits, and there was not a deadbolt between my room and the adjoining. Simply a button lock and a chain. The room smelled so strongly of cleanser when I checked in that, despite opening the windows, the smell was still there two days later. And the TV was mounted to the wall next to the bed, meaning it could not be watched from there. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but those little things really added up to impact my trip.

Such an amazing time as expected at the Eastern Slope Inn Resort, indoor pool that my daughter loved while I relaxed in the hot tub. There were pool and air hockey tables that my son and husband enjoyed and also a game room with tons of games!

Property itself was fine. No elevator and pretty confusing setup where you can only enter at your block of rooms. They don’t explain any of that at check-in. Overall property is fine but at booking, nothing disclosed that there were multiple buildings unattached. I would have wanted to know that at booking as I wanted to stay in the main building so I could access the pool, restaurant, etc.

Somehow we got placed in a room at an entirely different address and we had to walk 15 minute through the forest to get to the main hotel where the pool and hot tub were located. The hotel pool was pretty gross with mold and grime all over the pool and deck. Our towel brushed against the ground and it was block yuck all on the towel. The chlorine was so strong it turned the inside of our swim suits yellow/green. They did not have lights on the path when it got dark. It was pitch black on our walk home with my child and we ran into a bear and fox family. We started to hear howling. I called the front desk to ask about the complimentary coffee for our room since we didn’t have any and I was told it would be a awhile since my room was so far away…yes I know the room was far always also they only had 3 parking spots for the 6 rooms on our property so we didn’t have the “free parking” that was advertised. We had to park 0.5 miles away and walk.

Nice place to stay in North Conway. Very good location down town. The pool and hot tubs are very nice. Especially after a day of playing hard outdoors! Easy check in. Easy check out. Good parking location for a truck with a trailer. A short walk to the lot but not an issue. We will be returning again.

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Saw it a couple years ago from the outside and it was a dream of mine to stay there over the holiday season while they had all their decorations up. This year we finally went, and upon arrival was greeted by Jared who was so helpful and kind. Let us do early check-in, upgraded our room, and even called us when we got to the room to make sure it was to our liking. The pizza restaurant downstairs did NOT disappoint either. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this resort. Maybe just don’t use the jacuzzi tubs that are in the rooms, they’re hard to keep clean, and i found it a bit dirty, they have two hot tubs which are better anyways !

The property has a great location and is walkable to bars and restaurants, the train, and the weekend market. The resort is excellent with outdoor BBQ and sitting areas which is perfect for families. My only gripe is our room (207) has a murphy bed which folds down. It is so uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a topper which made it usable. Aside from that, the room is excellent with a friedge, stove top, dishwasher and coffee machine. Great to have a few drinks and snacks available. The flatbread pizza bar and restaurant off the lobby is probably the best in North Conway with delicious flatbreads and great service.

Myself, my husband, and our 6-month old daughter recently stayed at Eastern Slope Inn. We had a deluxe queen suite. The suite was very spacious and had everything you could need for a longer stay with family (dishwasher, washer and dryer, full kitchen, etc.). However, at $160 a night (usually cost more but we got a discount on Expedia) the room could have been cleaner and could have provided a better bed situation. You get a Murphy bed with a queen mattress that is extremely outdated and very uncomfortable (like springs into your back uncomfortable). I can’t imagine paying full price for that to be the result. The resort offers a lot regarding things to do. They also have an outdoor pool at their Village Places location but it is not well maintained and is not great for a pool day. Where our room was located it was very quiet and the resort is centrally located in North Conway. The front staff (especially Matthew) were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was lovely. Room was gorgeous, but I did have to open the window as it was a bit too warm for me. Plenty of amenities. Wish I was staying more than one night. Used to come here years ago with my kids, so a trip down memory lane for sure.

Last time I was at the Inn was in the 70s during the winter, it has changed a lot but the rooms and service are still great.

First room had a beautiful mountain room but I was moved to other room with no view due to the first room carpeting being totally wet. Second room had a bad smoke detector battery causing the alarm to chirp hit that was quickly resolved. Things happen and management corrected the issues

The location room and staff were great. The ajoining room was very loud and the door did not block much noise. The room on the floor above our room was very loud stomping back and forth at night and in the morning.

Good thing, I understand mute. The entrance to the hotel was close to my room and a bus company does its pickup right in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, however there were 2 lumpy pillows in the closet and a blanket that you'd expect to find in an old log cabin. One would expect a comforter for a bed in a famous hotel in a ski town. So overall the stay wasn't great, but the location was perfect.

The property has a great location and is walkable to bars and restaurants, the train, and the weekend market. The resort is excellent with outdoor BBQ and sitting areas which is perfect for families. My only gripe is our room (207) has a murphy bed which folds down. It is so uncomfortable. The hotel did provide a topper which made it usable. Aside from that, the room is excellent with a friedge, stove top, dishwasher and coffee machine. Great to have a few drinks and snacks available. The flatbread pizza bar and restaurant off the lobby is probably the best in North Conway with delicious flatbreads and great service.

It's a great location. The rooms could use some updating. New pillows would be awesome. The pillows we had were flat as pancakes. Could use new TV's also. We love that we are in walking distance to great restaurants and fun shopping.

Myself, my husband, and our 6-month old daughter recently stayed at Eastern Slope Inn. We had a deluxe queen suite. The suite was very spacious and had everything you could need for a longer stay with family (dishwasher, washer and dryer, full kitchen, etc.). However, at $160 a night (usually cost more but we got a discount on Expedia) the room could have been cleaner and could have provided a better bed situation. You get a Murphy bed with a queen mattress that is extremely outdated and very uncomfortable (like springs into your back uncomfortable). I can’t imagine paying full price for that to be the result. The resort offers a lot regarding things to do. They also have an outdoor pool at their Village Places location but it is not well maintained and is not great for a pool day. Most of the staff we interacted (5-6different people) with at this "hotel" was consistently unfriendly and even rude. The hotel looks really charming from the outside, but that's where the charm ends. We even had to put the sheet on our beds, 2x because we had to change rooms. They initially put us in a room next to one they were remodeling at 7am (woke to pounding and electric sanders), then changed the room, and didn't ever apologize for the inconvenience. That experience wasn't the only reason we were disappointed, they just were never friendly, except for the one man who did agree to help move our bags—he was the only nice person. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are large (though somewhat threadbare). But the staff and fact you have to make your own bed when you arrive are a real turn off..

Property itself was fine. No elevator and pretty confusing setup where you can only enter at your block of rooms. They don’t explain any of that at check-in. Overall property is fine but at booking, nothing disclosed that there were multiple buildings unattached. I would have wanted to know that at booking as I wanted to stay in the main building so I could access the pool, restaurant, etc.

Nice place to stay in North Conway. Very good location down town. The pool and hot tubs are very nice. Especially after a day of playing hard outdoors! Easy check in. Easy check out. Good parking location for a truck with a trailer. A short walk to the lot but not an issue. We will be returning again.

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Saw it a couple years ago from the outside and it was a dream of mine to stay there over the holiday season while they had all their decorations up. This year we finally went, and upon arrival was greeted by Jared who was so helpful and kind. Let us do early check-in, upgraded our room, and even called us when we got to the room to make sure it was to our liking. The pizza restaurant downstairs did NOT disappoint either. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this resort. Maybe just don’t use the jacuzzi tubs that are in the rooms, they’re hard to keep clean, and i found it a bit dirty, they have two hot tubs which are better anyways !

Somehow we got placed in a room at an entirely different address and we had to walk 15 minute through the forest to get to the main hotel where the pool and hot tub were located. The hotel pool was pretty gross with mold and grime all over the pool and deck. Our towel brushed against the ground and it was block yuck all on the towel. The chlorine was so strong it turned the inside of our swim suits yellow/green. They did not have lights on the path when it got dark. It was pitch black on our walk home with my child and we ran into a bear and fox family. We started to hear howling. I called the front desk to ask about the complimentary coffee for our room since we didn’t have any and I was told it would be a awhile since my room was so far away…yes I know the room was far always also they only had 3 parking spots for the 6 rooms on our property so we didn’t have the “free parking” that was advertised. We had to park 0.5 miles away and walk.
