Property is great for an Orioles game. Literally a 2 min walk to the park. Surrounding area is nice. Pool was not great. 3 foot pool and you couldn’t see the bottom. Very cloudy and disgusting Rooms were ok, little outdated. Only full size beds.

Very friendly staff, amenities were super clean, lobby and restrooms in lobby were super clean too. Only slight critique is we chose this hotel over others in the area because it had a pool and unfortunately the pool was out of service during our stay and we did not find out until we were entering the pool area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others though!

The room above us sounded like someone was stomping on the floor all night so we got no sleep all weekend then the last night we were staying the tv went out and the response was that happens sometimes when it rains the hot tub was also out of order the whole weekend and management thought it was still running the hot tub was one of the reasons i choose this hotel over the hyatt overall experience was just terrible for the money i paid to stay in a "luxury hotel"

The only aggravating issue we had is that we could not find the Hilton parking ramp. The directions we were given by the doormen and clerks were not clear. We initially had to park blocks away. Having a map of where to enter the parking lot would have saved us a couple of hours of aggravation.

Location was walking distance or quick uber to anywhere. Hotel and staff were amazing!! Bartenders at hotel bar were great as well as their staff. I did have to pay for parking which I didn’t realize. but that’s fine. It’s only lie 35 a day and you can get pass that lets you go in and out as much as you want. Also pool, hot tub and sauna apparently all broke at the same time and was not told at check in. Looked like fools walking around in bathing suits looking for the area. No one told us at check in. They did offer we could go travel to sister hotel I believe across the street but wasn’t the same. I definitely wasn’t crossing the the street in my bathing suit all good just disappointed. One of the reasons I picked the hotel. Other than that amazing spot, great service and very clean and safe.

The room was clean, shower had good pressure, the staff was really friendly. There is a restaurant inside that serves good food. The hotel has a parking garage attached which made it very easy to get into the hotel. The hotel is very close to the ravens and Orioles stadiums 15 minute walk. There's a casino 10 minute car ride away. Overall very good hotel.

Stayed here for the weekend to see baseball games. We had several problems with our card key to the room and had to go to the lobby twice to get it fixed right after baseball games so waited in line 35 minutes for an elevator to the 15th floor. Also, went to the bar and everything on the menu was sold out. I guess there were no liquor stores open for the weekend. Our room was so dusty that I had to take a damp washcloth to dust the room because I could not stop sneezing. The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the baseball stadium.

Great views of Camden Yards from our room. Great location. Now, the room was just ok, and the worst part was really low water pressure and terrible shower head. The last morning before checkout, the tub/shower water was brown. Not happy with that, and when brought up to the front desk at checkout, no apology or recourse was offered.

Not nearly enough staff at the front desk during check in and the rooms weren't ready. Granted, I arrived at 2:30 and check in is at 4:00 but at least have staff there to pre-check in everyone. Most of us were there for the game or convention and didn't want to stand in line for 30 minutes. Also, when we got to the room, waste baskets were not emptied and there were items left from the last guest under the bed and behind the tv. They did a very quick tidy up of the room. Last thing, no room service even though there was signage all over the hotel promoting it. Very upset that I had to settle for Papa Johns and meet the delivery guy in the lobby when after a long day of work and the game I just wanted to relax in my room. The staff were very friendly but everything they said was started with "We apologize but.." so they knew there were issues.

Our Room was not ready until after our checkin time of 4pm which was disappointing. While waiting we got a few coffees at the coffee bar. Women behind the counter wreaked of marijuana and seemed nice until we had to ask for the whipped cream on one of our coffee drinks……when then got the glare even though our receipt said whipped cream. We had checked our bags and after finally being able to check in had to wait 10 minutes for the bell hop who was on break. Room was clean and comfortable which was nice it was really the service that was disappointing.

Room was very expensive. Service during breakfast at the hotel was very poor, couldn’t keep water in my glass had to ask to have it refilled both times even though server passed table with water pitcher in hand. There is no coordination between the front desk and room service. The cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:30 am and again at 11 am even though we requested and were granted late check out. The 9:30 knock woke up my wife.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in until we checked out. We arrived early due to our flight being super early, we just asked that they store our bags for the day until check in. They did even better, they let us check in at 8 am! We were so glad to have the room to rest a while before hitting the town.

Hotel front desk and all other staff encountered were great. Tried to go to the hotel bar late last night- was busy with almost all bar seats taken but several tables open and available. Literally stood at an open bar seat for about 20 minutes with every employee ignoring me. Bartenders were busy, but attended to others getting more rounds, and an older gentleman was directly in front of me washing glasses and kept his eyes and head down and never acknowledged me. After two new guests walked in and stepped up past both my husband and I and were immediately serviced, we chose to walk out. Found a liquor store around the corner from the hotel and came back to have a drink in our room instead.

I’ve stayed here multiple times - this latest stay, the issue is the main “coffee shop” to grab a coffee and quick bite to go is completely closed and so the sole food option in the mornings in the hotel is the staff served breakfast ($15 for coffee and bagel essentially or $30 for coffee and hot breakfast). The problem is, if you do staff served breakfast, you have to wait at your table until they bring you coffee - and they rarely came by to give you coffee or a refill after that! (They sort of sat and talked to each other and it wasn’t busy over our Thanksgiving stay!). So if you need a good cup of coffee and a bite in the morning, this is currently not a great stay. Otherwise hotel was clean per usual.

Awesome place. I could watch baseball from the window! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We got the room rate with breakfast and was glad we did. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet including an omelet bar. We would stay there again

Overall service poor and noticeably disorganized. Front desk inexperienced and, consequently, not helpful. No room service. Breakfast buffet ran out of food long before 11:00 a.m. cutoff time. Location is stellar. Loved the view of Oriole Park/Cambden Yards from my room. Housekeeping was responsive and did a great job. Local transportation very accessible.

In town for a baseball weekend and had a great time. Check-in took a couple of minutes with a line in the lobby, but made it upstairs. Room was comfortable and very clean. I did pay to park in the garage underneath which is expensive, but safe and made traveling in and out a lot easier. I was with a group and we also enjoyed the restaurant/bar on the first level. We all got tasty food at 10 pm which was especially helpful for those who had had a few extra beers at the ballgame. Friendly people everywhere.
