Sonesta Essential Hotels & Suites Kansas City Blue Springs

We only stayed overnight but the hotel was clean and quiet. The lady at the night desk was ok but told us that the breakfast started at 6:30 but apparently forgot that the Sunday morning hours began at 7:00. We are early starters so we went down at 6:30 and the area was dark. We walked around for a minute and finally someone came from the desk area and let us know it was a 7:00 start…. The food was already out so he said go ahead.. not sure why the food would have been out that early, not sure how good it would have been in 30 minutes. Overall a good stay other than the breakfast mix up

This was the nicest hotel and so accommodating for my two dogs. I was placed in a room that had no smell or excessive wear as many other pet rooms at other properties seem to do. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was great! Highly recommend.

Room clean and lobby clean with fresh smell.

The kindest housekeepers in any hotel I've ever encountered! Breakfast was typical hotel Breakfast. Front desk was friendly. Pets are very welcome but its a $25/night NOT for the "stay" I felt safe and secure and thats a HUGE thing for me.
