I had a pleasant stay here. On a cross country trip, this place was a great choice. It's next to a highway, but I didn't hear it at all, very quiet. A very clean, well maintained hotel, and the staff was helpful and friendly! Monique checked us in and she was fantastic and helpful. Lilian checked us out and was also very helpful. They are pet friendly, with a large patch of grass that my dog was able to use. The laundry machines were clean too.

Hotel was spotless. Property was neat, festive and well lit outside. I stayed in a pet room so there was a couple of damaged spots on carpet/tile. Room was very clean and had amenities. Could have been more eco friendly if it had refillable toiletries. Breakfast was quite substantial and area was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice area outside to walk my dog. I will definitely stay here on my next trip from CO to KY.

Clean room, staff very friendly, parking free and convienent. We did not use laundry facilities. Our trip was to visit family and friends and the location was perfect for us. Breakfast had several hot selections and a good selection of cold items. The person working the breakfast area worked hard to keep stocked and clean. We would stay here again.

The facility is close to the freeway so easy to access. There is a gas station right next to the facility which is convenient. There was a large grassy area next to the facility where you can let your dogs go to potty. You need to have your own bags to clean up after them. It is very close to the highway but I never heard the noise (maybe because the air conditioner was running?) Breakfast was good but they did not have any fruit out and limited options in terms of breads or bagels. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. They had carts for your luggage but I always wish there were more available at every place I stay. I find that having access to those makes unloading so much easier. We were not able to acquire one so ended up taking a couple of trips to load the dogs and luggage.

The room was clean, amenities in the room were great, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. The hotel in general was a bit beat up. The gym was terrible, everything was broken and no water. For a pet friendly hotel, was surprised no dog bags or garbage in the front grass area. It is right off the highway so you hear some highway noise and on the corner is a gas station/liquor store but not restaurants. Overall, ok.

Couldnt stay in thatvhotel. We walked in and walked right out. There was a stench as soon as we walked in the room. It felt wet and smelled like mold. The walls had water damage painted iver. The bathrub had mold on the silicone. The bath tub was dirty. The remote was put bavk together with tape and was sticky. The carpet was coming undone. The sheets were stained. The furniture was super run down. Never again will i book at this hotel or another La Quinta.

The main front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was mostly clean. I saw housekeeping making their rounds. Whatever was lacking as far as cleanliness had more to do with management not keeping up on general upkeep.

Room doors and interior doors need painting with lots of chips. Carpet had a hole near the entrance. Time fir a redresh. This one was not up to the standards of the one I stayed at the day before.

Interior was run down and poorly maintained. The elevator was like a scary little oven. Our room smelled like dirty water, emanating from the noisy AC that couldn't at all keep up with the heat. A dead bug was there to greet us on the folded towel displayed on the bathtub. Tub became completely clogged over the course of one 20 minute shower. Headboard had what appeared to be cat scratches all over it. We were very uncomfortable and ultimately chose to leave and find another hotel for our subsequent nights in Blue Springs. Would not recommend staying here. We appreciated that the staff was apologetic and helpful, however!

Lobby area was very nice. Got to our room and was definitely not impressed. Carpet was super filthy my feet are black fromqalking barefoot on it and my husbands wheelchair was putting dirt tracks on the tiled area.

Noisy! Not just outside our room but the ac was old and very loud, the plumbing was extremely loud. If Any room near ours, next to us, below us or above us used the shower, sink or toilet, we heard it. I mean it would wake us uo. Not a good night sleep in this place.

Our room had paint chipping off the wall. Out of 5 light bulbs in the room, 2 were missing. Room was quiet. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was average for what I'd expect - with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, some oranges set out. Orange juice was watery.

Easy access right off main highway. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows, quite a bit of traffic noise from highway. And some from adjoining rooms and floor above. It was a nonsmoking room but there was a strong cigarette smell in the room this am. The bathroom door needs WD40. We only had 1 coffee packet.

Our stay just ok. The staff didn’t go out of their way to help us or make us feel comfortable. The desk was unattended a lot and other Guest fall in the hallway and the person at the desk didn’t make a lot effort to make sure she was ok.

The woman who checked us in was incredibly rude. She questioned me about my service animal, to which I obliged, but I tried to let her know that it is not something legal to ask about. I politely offered her my animals registration number and she got incredibly rude with me and kept saying “do you want to stay here or not, you can leave”. I let her know I had no problem paying the pet fee for the room even. She kept trying to argue with me and I told her I didn’t want to argue and offered multiple times to just pay the pet fee and she kept insisting she was allowed to ask me about the reason I have a service animal. I have never been met with such rude behavior. She told me she didn’t want a negative review and would rather I just leave. I had already booked the room via Expedia and it was a booking that did not allow cancellations. She even tried to get me to call Expedia. I was in the middle of a 36 hour roadtrip and just wanted to shower and sleep. I did not have time, nor energy for that. This woman needs serious training on customer service and unfortunately, while I have stayed almost exclusively with La Quinta for years, this is the 2nd time I have been met with inappropriate behavior from La Quinta staff. It is clear to me that this hotel chain does not have quality control when it comes to their employees and as someone who used to work in the corporate sector ensuring appropriate staff behavior and training, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Desk clerk upon check in double charge for room. Tried to correct it but charged again for the “refund”. Elevator had a horrible smell so took stairs all weekend. Stairs had an odor also but didn’t feel trapped. Tried on Saturday to charge me for room again. Spoke with different desk clerk who couldn’t do anything because her computer didn’t show charge but I could show my online banking. The multiple charges trigger fraud alert on my card and froze it for a holiday weekend. It’s currently still frozen. Would not give me itemized bill at first. I couldn’t go elsewhere cause they had messed up my card.

I received a call about 5:30 pm informing me LaQuinta was overbooked and they had no room for me. I booked over 2 weeks ago. I was then shifted to a Days Inn in a horrible area and very ran down. Super pissed off honestly. I used my Gold Key via Expedia to book the LaQuinta.

Easy to find right off the highway on a frontage road. Large open lobby area with a lot of seating for lounging and breakfast area. Polite and courteous staff. Clean. Rates much better than other comparable hotels in the area.

Quick stay overnight to break up a long trip. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t ask for a wake up call but got two calls- not sure if someone accidentally set it for the wrong room. Slept okay but there is a lot of road noise from the highway. Glad we had a sound machine app on our phone. We left before breakfast so not sure what that is like. Overall, glad we stayed here for a quick night of rest to get back on the road. Thanks!
