Stayed in suites, they offer a lot of room. There’s also a free happy hour with some free drink and simple free dinner. Between that and the free breakfast you can save a lot of money. The gym has treadmills, ellipticals and free weights with a bench but no bar. Everything was working and in order. I always stay here when in the area busing family.

One elevator was broken, so lots of steps or lots of waiting. The room was fairly clean, but the nightstand was dusty and sticky and the chair had crumbs all over it, so could have been better for sure. Service was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The snacks and drinks served from 5:30-7:00 were awesome and the lobby bar had some great food options too. Overall we would stay again at a Drury hotel. If you are going to a KC Chiefs game this location can’t be beat.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to access, parking and check in were easy, and we appreciated all the food options they had for Kickback Hour. We also really liked the indoor/outdoor pool. Price was great, also.

Spacious rooms and fun pool for the kids. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Wasn’t super impressed with room cleanliness. Found dog hair in the bed and human hair in the bathtub.

There was mold in the cheese and the ice. staff did not take it seriously and failed to remove it after being notified and then dumped the wrong cheese bowl after being told again. They still served it with mold. The ice had mold in it as well and when reported it was laughed off. Still continued to serve drinks with the same ice. The lettuce was brown and bad as well. When biting into the tortillas they had a strong old yeast smell. There were bugs in the bed when we woke up and loud noises all through the hall in late hours of the night well after midnight. The windows were full of hard crusted over liquids and hand prints.

The room looked great and it was clean. The bed was way too soft. Neither one of us could sleep and our backs were killing us. One of the elevators was not working when we were leaving the next morning and everyone had the big carts taking up most of the room on the elevator. We ended up going down the stairs and we were on the fifth floor. That wasn’t very easy with our stuff.

This is a great hotel -- from the condition of the building and rooms to the lovely staff, this is such an inviting place! Our king room was very comfortable, especially the bed, with ample space to move around. Even tho we had a room that faced the interstate, the room was very quiet and we slept so well we missed breakfast! Planning to be back in just a couple of weeks for another stay.

Stayed here with my children and we absolutely loved it! The breakfast was great and the evening kick back was so cool! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our room was clean and spacious! Only thing we thought was a little strange was the windows don’t open in the room at all and there is no fan in bathroom so when you are getting ready the room gets really steamy..staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

You can never go wrong with Drury Inn. Friendly staff, clean facility, the evening reception food & drinks is awesome, great breakfast. The only downfall is the walls are very thin and we could hear a lot from the rooms next to us and in the hallways. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but realize this is a personal preference. Firmer pillows would also be a plus.

It was amazing, the view was really nice, it was a very easy checking in to our room, when we got up there the room was very clean and comforting, the bed was very comfortable and high quality tv, the renovations to the rooms were definitely very nice, we went down to the pool the pool was clean and very refreshing the only downside was the water was on the chillier side but other than that it was a good experience, the kitchen-bar food was amazing a little on the pricey side but good food, the staff were very friendly and quick to get our food out to us, overall a great experience yet again at this hotel if your in the area I definitely would recommend this hotel!

Great property, helpful staff! We were in town for a softball tournament, and my daughter broke her glasses, hotel staff went and got super glue from the maintenance room for me to fix her glasses, allowing us to continue playing softball all weekend! That’s customer service!!!

When we checked in the lady was extremely rude, will not stay there again. The room had no trash liners and low on TP. Bright side of stay the Sunday morning kitchen cook was so very nice, and food was good!

I really liked everything about my stay here, but what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. This is the first time I have ever had a manager stop by my table at the free breakfast to ask how my stay was. And then, when he saw things that needed doing at breakfast, he picked up trash and wiped tables. Clearly his attitude influences the rest of staff. Kudos

Excellent place to stay in KC. The staff were great the food was good as were the complimentary drinks. You could tell they were struggling a bit from being understaffed but they were handling with grace and did a good job. Hopefully the management and company will be able to add more staff.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were all very nice. On top of that, the location is convenient--there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and Kansas City is only a fairly short drive away.

We love the Drury!!!! Thank you for the kick backs and wonderful breakfasts. Things to consider: The pool water was a little cool. The toilets could have whisper seats. Also, some items at kickback were out and we couldn’t find someone to replace them. There also weren’t enough seats at the kickback time, we didn't have a table. The water bottle filler needs to be updated too, it’s extremely slow.

This was my 3rd time staying at a Drury Inn. I have to say I was disappointed in the overall quality of their hotel. Thinking it was going to be like the other two hotels in St. Louis. A couple of differences being the overall satisfaction with the room its self, and the breakfast. They 💯 need to upgrade their coffee selection and offer better quality coffee and creamers. Yo expect to have name brand creamer and coffee at this price. Honestly it’s doubtful I will return or recommend.

Great hotel with amazing staff. I just wish they changed up the breakfast, as it was the exact same food every day we were there for 3 nights. Also wish the hot tub was bigger and deeper. It seemed to be made more for kids than adults.

I think the free evening meal should be extended till 8pm to take into account late arrivals. We missed it by 5 minutes and were denied access.
