The front desk guy who checked us in was rude to our kids. All they wanted was to go to the front office and purchase drinks and he acted as if they were thieves trying to take something when they had cash in hand. We had ants crawling everywhere kitchen and living room area. The pool wasn't working the entire time and it's still being advertised as available. Never staying again paid almost $500 for 3 days definitely wasn't worth it!

The couch pull out is absolutely uncomfortable The breakfast is very limited in terms of meat or protein options but most hotels do I did overhear something about roaches but the staff was attentive and assistive. I get it, it happens but still. I thought the coffee was fine but it seems they fill it only during breakfast so it gets cold after that, but it’s nice that it’s available in the lobby. The sports and pool area were closed for construction of sorts The road to it is very beaten up but not their fault

The front desk staff was excellent. The area was decent. The other guests ranged from great to ugh... because of loud, appropriate music at the pool. We didn't get enough towels the first night, but the front desk was on it about getting our needs met. The construction was a little off putting because we could not see out of our window, but the AC was blowing strong in the brutal summer heat. Housekeeping walked in without knocking on our last day which scared the mess out of my teenage daughter, but they quickly closed the door and left. Nice stay overall.

I loved the location of this hotel. Very convenient. The staff was friendly & responsive. I enjoyed the gym & the pool daily. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is that the fridge door opened in a way that made me squeeze up against the wall to get anything out. Not a huge deal, just a little pain. But I would be happy to stay here again.

This was better than I expected. I had to stay here for the weekend for some classes. I had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen which was perfect because I packed my own food for a diet. There is a pool and breakfast. Free parking which was great. This was about the same price as somewhere that wasn’t so well kept or in such a good neighborhood, so it was a steal for me.

Staff is wonderful, daily breakfast buffet was hot,fresh,and well-stacked. The location was very convenient to the freeways and DFW and was the only hotel I found in the area with two bedroom/ sleep sofa/kitchen. I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars but my room had a broken window and holes in the curtain that had been there for a while as moss was growing between the panes of glass. The towels and linens are threadbare,and the carpet needed a deep cleaning as did the sofa sleeper. The bathtub drain was so slow that it was impossible to take a shower without the tub filling up with water...and I found two 3" roaches on the bathroom floor- one escaped into the outer hallway and the other into a hole under the sink. The sleeper sofa mattress had springs that could be felt through the fabric,making it impossible to sleep on,so this should not be advertised as an extra sleeping option! The kitchen was missing some plates and utensils and the flooring between the refrigerator and stove was torn up. Definitely was more like a Days Inn or Travelodge than a Marriott, and unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.

It is very close to the convention center. Good location. Found cockroach in first room and they offered to change the room. Pictures online show the room to be spacious but are rather smaller in reality.

Room was in such terrible conditions, hairs all over the bed linens and roaches in the restroom. I will not recommend this hotel at all. I have pictures to prove it.

When we arrived I noticed a faint brownish stain above the shower on the ceiling, like something had been painted over. By day 5, the brownish stain had turned black. It was black mold. It may have had something to do with the bathroom vent/fan not working fully. I let the front desk staff know upon departure.

Couldn't be happier with this property. Stayed for 4 nights and the place was very clean and all 3 desk staff that we spoke with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful and that is very refreshing!

The bed is extremely uncomfortable- I expected this from the sofa bed but honestly they were about the same. The breakfast was nice, just be aware if you aren’t in the main building you will have to walk outside to get there. Also, pretty disappointing that I don’t earn Marriott credit because I booked through Hotels.com. I won’t make that mistake again

The woman who checked me in was very rude loud unprofessional, didn’t speak good English. She had a bad attitude. And the future, please have someone professional kind, courteous who welcomes guest not a person who makes a customer visitor feel unwelcome unwanted, very disappointed with this front desk service

When checking out this morning, the staff was amazing. The staff at night was not helpful at all. I had a dog with me and when I told the from desk person, he just grunted at me. Then asked for my card. I had to ask him how much he was running it for (deposit and pet deposit) he charged me. Gave me my key and then told me it would be 25$. I said for both? He said no. 25$ for the room and 100$ for the dog. I knew I would have to pay, but at least tell someone. It’s not like you got a board on the back wall with pricing. Then when I asked where the room was located, he just grunted and pointed at this map. Like I had been here before. It was just not a cash money time. The room was amazing and the morning workers were awesome. It was just that one guys customer service skills. I get it’s late, but you still need to at least be able to respond and not grunt at me.

While I have stayed at the hotel before with no issues, this time we were charged room damage fees for something we didn’t even do. The manager, Mr. Patel, was not helpful and didn’t even bother to review cameras to confirm what we said. The customer service we received about this issue was terrible.

While the property was in a prime location and close to many food options I didn’t feel safe on the property. The send night our door was ajar when we returned to the property. The 3rd night the lock broke and I couldn’t secure it. They loved me to a new room, but they didn’t attempt to verify my ID to ensure I was the patron requesting a room change. While in the new room someone attempted to open or touched the knob of the door several times during the remainder of my stay. I would NOT stay there again.

Hallway litte dark and not too attractive but overall reccomend it. Maybe top floor; sounded like a heard of buffalo upstairs. It is a good hotel. It is located on the worst excuse for a street in DFW and maybe Texas.?

Housekeeping didn't come yo our room one ting in our four day stay. We needed towels and trash removed but they never came. On our last day there the complementary breakfast was out of everything but cereal and breads.

I really enjoyed my room and the property was clean and kept up. I was across the street at another property and it was dirty in bad shape so I decided to move. I was very happy that decided to change property. Breakfast was good I really liked the chocolate milk it made my stay. Staff was wonderful very helpful pleasant and happy. Ever staff member smiled very polite and welcoming. Worth my money and I will be back.

Here for the World Series. Good breakfast. Easy check in. Just found it a little odd that an employee knocked on our day at 9 am asking what time we’ll be checking out, even though reservation said check out is at noon. Overall, good place.
