Hampton Inn & Suites Poughkeepsie

Always a good place to stay as it is close to our grandchildren. Look forward to the hot tub...it was unfortunately closed this time...hope it gets fixed!

Staff was very helpful and first. Special shout out to Ryan, the night manager, who made sure to have coffee and breakfast ready early Sunday morning for those guests (like me) who were running the Hudson Valley Marathon/Half Marathon/10k/5k that day and had to leave early for the start.

The hotel was clean and our room was a good size. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rich, who was at the front desk at night was great. It was a bit noisy throughout our weekend trip though… between people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, kids screaming and running to/from the pool and loud chatty ladies working at the front desk, it was a bit much. We travel a lot and it was our first time resenting having a room on the first floor.

Great stay. Nice pool. Decent free breakfast. Large suite

Room was clean and staff was good. Too many doors slamming early in the morning woke us up.
