Hot tub was clean! Interstate side was noisy.

Staff was super nice and helpful. 6/4/25 elevator not working since at least last night when I got here. Had to walk up four flights of stairs with luggage. No problem for me but could be a problem for others. Overall I love this place and would stay here again without question

Its an okay hotel. There were things to like, the pool and hot tub were great. I think my problem was more I am just a picky/light sleeper. So for me the biggest issue was noise. The hotel is right beside the off ramp for that exit from the interstate. So there was constant truck noise, I think their breaks as they are trying to slow down on the ramp. Then just the sound from the room above. Some hotels do this better than others and sometimes the people above you are just rude and that's not the hotels fault. But still the floors seemed very thin. Even when we walking in our room I felt like I could hear the echo and vibration. But look it's an affordable place, nothing was really wrong per-se, if you are a deep sleeper and don't struggle with some noise this hotel may be just fine for you. I mean here is the thing, in Corbin I noticed all the hotels are basically right beside the interstate, so they all may struggle with noise. So you have to just pick one and go with it and overall this place was fine and a good value for the money.

The room had a musty smell. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The pool area was dirty. The hot tub was not hot. it was warm at best. The breakfast was your standard free hotel fare. The staff were all very nice.

Nice to relax in hot tub after working out.Nice breakfast everyday with waffles,bagels,cereal,orange and apple juice,yogurt,coffee and hot tea available all day in lobby.Hotel staff were great and made sure room had everything I needed.Lots of different dining options with just a few minutes by car.Lots of trail hiking located in area.

This property was very busy. We checked in at 3PM and one of our rooms were not ready! The woman at the desk was not pleasant at all! Very disappointed! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest...Maybe due to the amount of people using it? Not sure. We opted not to use the hot tub it looked so bad.

I was in room 410 - there were ants on the table by the window - I didn't notice until I was checking out.

The prior reviews were not reflective of the condition of the hotel. The hotel lobby/breakfast area were not clean. The rooms were old, clean enough. Price for the room was reasonable.

We had an unfortunate experience. The smell in the entire hotel was musty and smoke filled. When we got to our room we found that there was urine and faeces underneath the sheet on the bedpad that had been covered up instead of removed and washed. I do not recomend this establishment.

This property was disgusting. We had to move from our first room because the sheets had large stains. The furniture in both rooms were extremely filthy and stained. The boxsprings on the beds were moldy and stained. The hotel staff looked sloppy. We refused to eat the free breakfast because the hotel was so dirty. I do not write bad reviews but I had to this time because this hotel was that disgusting!!

The entryway was very dirty and uninviting, there were cigarettes everywhere. The pool area was unclean and very smelly.

My first experience getting bitten by bed bugs. The hot tub and pool were also dirty.

We had to change rooms 3 times - once due to a leak in the ceiling, one due to it smelling like cat pee, the third being bed bugs - happy to send photos. Horrific.

Staff is friendly rooms are clean Furnished a little spartan but comfy bed Only issue is truck noise if you’re on the highway side you will hear truck engine brakes a few times an hour. Even over white noise machines because they are so loud

Bathrooms need updated. Toilets are very low and hard for older persons to use.

Price was great, nice free breakfast, clean room. Only complaint is our room faced the expressway and was very noisy when trucks used they're engine brakes. Some new windows would greatly help that.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The room was kind of small compared to other places I have stayed and the bathroom was very cramped.

The property isn't bad. It looks to be recently updated and fairly clean however the internet service is terrible. I stay for 4 or 5 days at a time when I'm on the road for work so I like to be able to use the Wi-Fi for my PlayStation. Their network settings don't allow you to connect much to their internet except for your phone

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good price point .. overall review suffers due in room Roku television which is cumbersome at best to navigate, Live TV tab guide provides only numbers: does not designate channels nor programming, even channel information once selected does not display properly. Whatever diversion TV offers after a day on the road is lost with this system as you try to find something/anything let alone news or weather. total frustration.

Great reception staff. But the air conditioning unit in our room didn't work right. The fan barely circulated.

Room was average. Definitely needs updating. For example, a very old piece of lettuce was stuck to the wall by trash can. The shower rod was evidently coming off the wall and unstable. Room had a very unique smell. Would not recommend or stay again.

Every member of the staff here was friendly. The man serving breakfast went above and beyond to help me get breakfast back up to our room. The facilities are in need of repair and our room was not clean. Sheets were stained.

The cleanliness and quality of the hotel was good. The staff was okay. One of my kids clogged the toilet and when I asked for a plunger the staff rolled their eyes. Then I was bagging up trash and the housekeeper told me to leave it outside the door. So I did. Then the lady at the front desk told us that we were being an inconvenience to staff by bagging up our trash and leaving it outside our door. We were there for a week and I was helping with the trash. I won’t stay again.

On Sunday morning right after breakfast my family and another older couple was waiting on the elevator and one of the housekeepers had came out of the housekeeping room and she would not let us on the elevator and when the older man hit the but button she yelled what the fxck twice. She was very vulgar.

Check in was very quick as i had pre registered so received keys very quickly. No complaints. Went to room, opened door to find couple in bed. The staff had given someone else the room. Back downstairs to correct. Staff did aplogize but we had a family suite and none were available so our party didbhave tonsplit up on seperate floors due to the issue. Staff was helpful and aplogetic but walking in on a sleeping guest is almost as scary as being the one being walked in on..

Could not check in due to the hotel computer being down. Missed the first night due to flight delayed by 1day due to engine_3

I stayed there for 2 days, for a funeral. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to get things together and leave to get back home. When I arrived home, I realized I left my Apple iWatch in the room. I called once, advised why I was calling. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. Hung up, called back. Someone answered and said "please hold".... was on hold another 10 minutes (they had no idea who I was or what I needed). Hung up. Called back and the phone rang so long it went straight to a disconnect. The 4th time I called, someone answered and I said "I'm trying to find out about my Apple watch that I left in my room and my "find my" on my phone says it is still in that hotel"...the lady says "Ma'am I just started working at 3 and I've been off for 2 days, we've looked and can't find your watch. You do what you need to do"...said that a few times and hung up on me. What kind of service is that when I have something telling me my watch is STILL THERE????? Do not hang up on your paying customers that can write reviews on your service. She just signed in at 3 PM on 12/28/2023. Not a customer service trained person working in a customer service environment at all...go somewhere else....

The staff took a long time to check me in. I don't believe they understood their computer system. I had already pre-registered online and prepaid for my stay yet they asked for a credit card for incidentals. Then when I tried to buy soft drinks from the vending, they wanted me to pay cash and there again. That transaction took at least 15 minutes as we tried to decide whether to use my credit card on file or charge to the room. Or I finally decided I'll just pay cash. It was taking way too long. And finally the beds were terrible. They squeaked the mattress was bad. Are the box springs or both very uncomfortable for this guy who has some back issues as well? The sleep did not help me

Check-in was easy and quick. Room seemed decently clean. Staff was very friendly.

The stay was ok for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (hubby said it was actually too soft lol), however the staff seemed put out when we arrived to check in. The staff member who checked us in said a total of 17 words to us, no greeting, no smile, just “can I help you?” And directions to the room. Not terribly just not what we are used to. Thanks for the clean room though.

Overall a good place to stay the night. Cracker Barrel next door for meals and gas/convenience a 2 minute drive. A lot of road construction etc nearby as of July 2024.

Very clean room and surroundings. Staff friendly, breakfast simple but above average, easy access from highway. Price very reasonable. There was some road noise but not enough to disturb sleep. If in the area, I would stay again.

Disappointed by the breakfast quality or lack of it.warm milk warm juice cold syrup no bacon sausage that was gray .in color eggs colder then beverages disgusting .and the host sighed on every fill .and i heard someone tell her eggs were cold she blamed it on the customers leaving lid up. But i got eggs from .the new pan i watched her set in watmer and they were cold as well. Instead of sighs eye rolls listen to the customer feed back
