Facility itself and the staff were nice. Upon arrival to our room, the door was propped open (a bit unnerving). Room was fine; however, the tub/shower had quite a bit of mold in and around the caulk areas. Also, the shower head wouldn't stay in place. Ice machine on 1st and 2nd floor were inoperable. Overall, we were disappointed

There was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff quickly found us a new room. However they do intermitently rent out the pool and close it off to people staying at the hotel, the bathroom could use some cleaning as well around the edges of the tubs as I found some mold.

We were in town for an event and a group of us had several rooms. All of them smelled moldy, and the AC struggled...the units would say like 60 degrees but it definitely wasn't. Also the pool was closed which was disappointing because the pool was one of the reasons we picked that hotel.

The check in process was great. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful. The pool was too cold for my liking. I’d say the water was in the 70° range. Our second bed didn’t have any pillows and when we asked the front desk, they told us that they were out of pillows… not sure how that made sense. The breakfast was okay- normal breakfast, gravy, biscuits and eggs. The pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced due to being overused and not comfortable anymore. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay there for $130 a night again…

We booked a total of 6 rooms for 3 nights each. The first room 209 the tv didn't work, after several attempts to get it to work, they noticed the cable had been clipped. It took up over an hour of our time. Then were moved to room 215 where we noticed the next morning, the shower wasn't working correctly. They said they would have someone come check it out. We asked 2 different times to have someone check it out. They said the manager, Amanda, would contact us. When she hadn't responded before we checked out, we called on our way home. She then said oh it's working now so I don't know what you are talking about. We have a video of the stream coming out of the showerhead. The next room was 212 where there was food on the floor, the furniture was all broken apart. The wall register was broken apart where the air blows out. My child could have stuck their hand in and been hurt. That room was moved to room 211 after that. That room had a toilet the ran constantly unless you shook the handle after every use. On top of bad rooms, the only working ice machine was on the third floor. The continental breakfast was majorly lacking too. I would not recommend staying there.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. The wifi was not available the entire weekend no one in the group was able to make or receive phone calls while in the hotel. Pool was broken so my grandkids didn't even get to use it. I was told that it should be fixed by saturday afternoon or evening. That did happen. I drove an hour out of my way for a hotel with an indoor pool so I could occupy my grandchildren. Very inconvenient.

There were many negative reviews on this property so I was a bit nervous. The stay was clean and comfortable.The pool was a bit chilly so we chose not to swim but noticed kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good eggs,waffles,bacon and biscuits with gravy. We thought both the morning and night staff at desk were friendly and accommodating.

The smell, the rooms, the expired elevator, the food, the key cards never ever worked, the light bulbs were burnt out, the shower had zero water pressure, there was tons of mold in the showers, the pool looked disgusting, the weight room was sad, the recommendations for good restaurants was pizza in a gas station.

This was a very nicely decorated room , love the hooks for coats little shelf in entry for things like phone keys, liked the sheets a lot soft, bed very comfortable pool good. Jacuzzi here and that’s welcome after long drive

Staff was very slow with check in. The room appeared to be clean, bathroom run was peeling and cracked, the parking lot lights were too bright to the point that it looked like it was daytime, poor curtains/not blackout curtains, and the worst part is that there were bed bugs. My son and I both discovered bites the next morning.

I checked out in the middle of the night. Saw 2 roaches. The comforter had stains. The bathtub leaked into the whole room. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The wall beside my bed was just open, like a piece of the wall was literally gone. Just awful, and roaches are an absolutely not for me.

The room itself looked clean when we first entered but as we started putting our things down, it was FILTHY. Brown smears on back of bathroom door, chewed gum in toilet paper dispenser, mold all over tub, used tooth floss pick on the floor, hair on pillow. There was no cleaning staff that could help and because they were sold out- no where to move us to.

Couldn't get tv to work because it has to connect to the Internet and the wifi sucks. We wanted to watch the world series so we ended up watching it on my phone. Breakfast was just ok, but it was free. Also, blood on the comforter was disgusting. They were little spots, but still unacceptable.

It was advertised that the property had 2 queen size beds but when we got to the room they were full size beds, when front desk staff was asked about them we was told “yeah, they are full size we are done some remodeling and queens won’t be in until next week” so that was false in advertising and they refused to give some sort of incentive for that. Next the key cards were the absolute worst room keys I have ever used at a hotel, had to keep getting them programmed. Some of the furniture in the room looked to have water damage or something. One of the bed sheets comforters had multiple urine stains on them. Part of the headboards on the beds were not on there. Breakfast was ehh quality at best. Beds were comfortable despite being the wrong size. One of us got some snacks and drinks from the lobby mini market which the chips were old and stale and the drink he said was bad as well. So overall we didn’t have the best experience with this hotel, unless they do some major changing then I wouldn’t stay at this property.

Great personnel, but we ordered 2 queen-size beds and found out that no room in the hotel has 2 queen-size beds—only full-size beds! Hotels.com should not advertise rooms with two queen-size beds at this hotel because the don’t exist.

Reservation was for king with roll in shower. Staff claimed that info from you stated accessible but did not include “roll in shower”. A staff member went up to the room to confirm it was roll in shower. She verified it was and then left for the day. I went to the room carrying my bags and found the room was not a roll in shower. My husband would not stay as he could not shower. We left and did not stay. The staff member at the desk said the one they have was currently occupied.

Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses, easy on and off from expressway. But most noticeable thing was how pleasant and helpful Jon at the front desk was. He answered the phone very promptly and went above and beyond helping us when we checked in. Please share this with him.

The property was good on a clean place to stay but it is near Interstate 75 and busy truck stops, very loud during the night. Room clean and breakfast sufficient. Take a white noise machine to help drown out the loud area, no fault of the property. It is a much needed hotel for the area and appreciate the overnight stay close to my parents home. Wish the front staf had been friendlier in my hometown, however she was prompt and effiecient.

I like the location of the hotel as it's close to everything and only 30 minutes from Cumberland Falls, but it backs up to run down motel that's literally right behind the comfort inn. There are a few shady looking people hanging out in the back area. The bed is not comfortable at all. Probably the worst sleep I've had ever. The key didnt work on day two and we had to habe that fixed to get in our room but annoying. When we had our arms full trying to get in the room.

It was very clean, staff at the desk were wonderful. We stayed two nights the heater in our room was very loud when it was running. On Friday breakfast was great. On Saturday we went down at 8 am ( no waffles, no milk, no bowls, no plates). Decaf coffee in the coffee carafe was cold. Stuff wasn’t being restocked quickly. I went to front desk manager and another person behind it. I said the boys soccer team is coming down and there’s hardly nothing out there. She said she’s doing the best she can. The room is two small for more than one person. Then they both come out and started putting stuff out. Put a whole case of yogurt out bagels, biscuits, muffins. By now no sausage gravy either. She sent someone for plates. I said to the soccer coach when I seen the boys coming down I went and said something. So at least they did come get some stuff out. I said I know how our girls are and thank God they weren’t with us they were elsewhere. The sad thing is the coach came down around 7:00 and told the front desk when they’d be down. I’m not sure who orders the food and products but someone sure screwed up for the weekend. So the coach went across the street and brought a nice spread from Cracker Barrel for the boys.

Reserved an assisted (ADA) but when I checked in none was available. Bathroom had missing baseboard tile and no trash can in the restroom. Breakfast was a joke. At 8AM there was 1/2 of a fried egg, biscuits were like hockey picks and sausage gravy was like glue. No one was on the front desk or in the breakfast area to complain to. Not a place I'd return to.
