The worst hotel I have ever been to. I will never go back. Terrible. It doesn't have a laundry room like it says. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for breakfast because the egg was gone and they didn't put it back... and in the coffee maker in the room there were animal nests. Also, the service when you arrive from the woman in front of the hotel is terrible. I will never go back, don't rent it.

Never judge a book by its cover, the outside was kind of old and scary, the lobby was updated and newer and so weren't the rooms but the hallways and pool area were very dingy, and what turned us to this property was the jacuzzi because we are driving from New Hampshire to Colorado was out of service. Not happy at all.

Widows fogged up as drove up. Reception area small and over crowded. Was put in the middle of families with children competing in a sport near by. The families allowed to over run the Inn all in the hallways up and down looking at things on doors hanging out in small hallway and outside our room. Also over crowding in small pool. Hot tub not functioning. Odor in our room.

When you book for 3 nights, there should be 3 washcloths and 3 coffee packets. There were 2 and I had to find someone to get more, and the desk seemed to only be staffed until late afternoon. They were nice enough when they looked up from their phones. Ants in the room, trash in the parking lot, un-trimmed tree branches scraped my car, toilet had gross stain inside the bowl. It was quiet enough, decent mattress, good fridge. Will not stay here again.

Staff VERY friendly and attentive. The elevator is super old - inspection expired earlier this month and seems “sketchy”. Hallways are dark and outdated. The room was fine, but creaky floors.

The pool water temp was very nice, warmer than most hotels. Hot tub was out of order but pool temp made up for that. Bathroom light needed to be replaced but I’m sure that will be taken care of

The staff were terrific! Excellent customer service. The linens & such were clean. The breakfast area was well kept, though we ended up eating out after looking over the 'buffet'. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. Peeling wallpaper everywhere! The elevator is quite dirty. Mold in our room's bathroom on the wall & ceiling. Toilet seat was wobbly. The sidewalk entry into the building, as well as the exterior are cracked & crumbling. After seeing all that we were not even going to try the pool. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price. But, I wouldn't likely stay here again.

Brutal. Rude manager Leslie not willing to even attempt to accommodate guests in any way. No house keeping for 4 days after a number of requests. “Breakfast” was a joke even non existent…biscuits and bacon one morning. Eggs when they tried were discusting. Don’t bother going here. Overpriced one star hotel. I can’t believe this is a Marriott property. So poorly ran by rude staff.

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. water damage in bathroom walls. 2 ladies sat at the entrance of the breakfast area to harass people who took food out (good luck if you like to eat breakfast in your bedroom) "All food has to be consumed in the breakfast area" signs all over the place.

So many challenges with the hotel. The management tried to remedy each problem so I tried to look past the issue. However, a day after we returned home my wife and I experienced bed bug bites!!!!!!! Holy smokes! Have been itching for days. Went make and took a deeper look at the reviews and learned that many other guests also mentioned getting bed bugs after their stay. With that, we won’t need to stay here again; so many other experiences are simply NOT the Marriott way, but hard stop at bed bugs. This hotel needs an ENTIRE overhaul and remodel if ever to succeed. Do NOT be lured by the convenience, great rate or the fact that this is a Marriott property—-if you book here you will be disappointed on so many levels.

Room had a weird odor kind of a musty pet smell. The pull out couch surface was filthy. Blood and dirt stains. Bed sheets also had small blood stain. Hand towels had yellow staining. Shower and floor in front of tub could use a better cleaning. Room wasn’t terrible but a deep clean would absolutely help!

I've stayed here multiple times, this was the worst by far. Noisy (hockey tournament for children), terrible room, and just not a fun experience. But only this once, so hopefully better next time.

The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately we didnt sleep well. Our refrigerator and AC unit were not functioning. When we arrived the AC was set to 60, but the room was very warm and humid, and stayed that way our whole stay. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. Our blackout curtains only covered half of the window, so all of the light from the parking lot came through, making our room very bright all night. Those issues combined with a lack of noise barrier made for a sleepless night. We could hear everything above and beside us. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean, but it wasn't the best night's sleep. We will not stay here again.

The man who checked us in was great and super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, a little dated but most places are after having hundreds of guests stay there. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one I’ve had and the air conditioning wasn’t great in our room, but it worked well enough that we didn’t feel the need to request maintenance. Overall it was a good stay and good value for what we paid.

We arrived and there were no towels in the room then we open up the sofa bed no linens we also had to ask for pillows and pillow cases. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced imo. It would really not be suited to adults sleeping in it. I expected better when paying for an executive suite.

We booked our stay through expedia. The front desk clerk charged my credit card TWICE!! It led to an overdraft fee from my bank! I called the 800 number and they apologized and said that I would get the money back, however that does not recoop the over draft charge from my bank!! This is very upsetting.
