We rented this beautiful home for 2 months! It was the perfect location as we love being close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and well stocked with linens. The house is very open and great for 4 adults and a dog. The lanai and fenced yard is a great plus! Bill is a great communicator and took care of a few small issues over the phone. Rental was nice but not completely updated. Backyard was nice for dog but lots of dirt so watch pets and kids if you have them. They will track dirt in. We covered couch so we wouldn’t get it dirty. The location is awesome for the beach and downtown Venice. Great for biking, walking etc.
