Pool was freezing, wifi connection was horrible, breakfast was turkey sausage and eggs EVERY DAY, the rooms only come with 2 large towels regardless of how many people are booked in the room. I did like that the mini fridge had a freezer, and the staff was nice.

Front counter staff rude. Curtains torn on top. Got a handicap room and didn't ask for one. No shower curtain. Went back to try change rooms but there was a line and I didn't want to deal with rude staff again after having to wait for my turn to get service.

Night staff was very nice and helpful. Beds are soft but comfortable. Breakfast could use an update and refilling during breakfast hours.
