the room was clean but the floor was slanted and the TV did not work the whole time we were there. Also the ice machine was working when we arrived but it did not work the next day and didn't work when we left the next day. I don't know where this picture is from on the page but it definitely not at the Grant Park Hotel on Michigan Ave we stayed at!!!

Some of the features in the room were kinda run-down. There was a big, splintery chip in the door where it looks like a security chain was removed, and the bathroom counter had clearly seen better days, but the place was VERY well cleaned, housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were all very professional and courteous too. And the location can't be beat if you're looking to visit the Art Institute and other attractions!

My room was clean and it smell good. The staff was very helpful. I didn’t eat breakfast there but it’s a breakfast spot within walking distance of hotel. Activities and millennium Park to see The Bean was a 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location! But the room was outdated. The door had a large gap around it and even though it locked, being a single traveler, it did make it feel a little less safe. The bathroom has no counter top and the plugs were in a weird place. Not a bad stay, but I think the images are a little misleading.
