Great location. Hotel is a large hotel great for conventions and big events. Room was very tired. Had air conditioning but no controls. Room warm and stuffy.

Depending on who you talk to at the front desk, you will receive a different level of customer service. Again, depending on the representative, you may get someone who's unwilling or unable to help with a standoffish attitude, and get a room next to the elevator where the bed squeaks loudly with any movement, and the remote doesn't work. Finally, depending on when you call, you may be on hold for more than 3 to 5 minutes while you wait for an agent to answer. While you wait, you may notice the phone's condition and decide to use the speaker function instead.

The hotel and rooms are a bit dated. The advantage of this hotel is the location, in the heart of the Michigan Ave

Great time and great stay. Wish the room was ready earlier. We were able to get an upgrade but they were not able to tell when the room would be ready (it was nearing 4pm) and we had dinner plans. We did take another room that was ready. We waited in the bar for quite a while before settling on the second choice room.

Charged more than the agreed upon amount due to hidden "fees". Forced "resort fee" with worthless "perks." Front desk was frequently backed up and bell hop frequently absent.
