Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City North/Quail Springs

What is upsetting is I, by mistake put the wrong dates in my one day stay…however I purchased a 9.00 protection plan that was offered with this reservation…apparently this particular reservation won’t refund…then why was this offered when making this reservation…I will refrain from using Hotels.com in the future…if the plan doesn’t cover this property than why does it appear on my reservation as an option…that’s just wrong… Molly Cuddy

I was there with my wife for an ivernight stay and at 1130pm i was having intimacy with my wife when a total sttanger just ealked in our room. Seems the front desk made a misyake and gave another person our room as well and i asked for a full refund and they front desk said they couldnt do that. Complete embarassment for me and my wife.

Would never stay again. They need a standard when it comes to customers services and how to conduct yourself. Places was shameful is certain areas as well. Price is way overpriced for the conditions and service we received 3/22-3/23

The stay was okay but one employee at the front desk was horrible. It doesnt hurt to smile. Not every person is a fit to work in customer service and she is one of those persons.

Terrible! We will never be back to this dump.
