Cramped parking with a narrow driveway.Cars park close to the building, but then there is vertical parking behind your car.It is very congested.No vending machines, the breakfast is well why bother.

The property is in serious need of a refresh. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The panel covering the elevator circuitry was extremely loose and only held on by one screw. There was a serious lack of water pressure in the shower. This was very much a low frills motel experience with an elevated price due to extended stay amenities(cooktop, sink and full size refrigerator). There was nothing egregiously wrong, but it was not worth the difference in price between it and the motel tier below it as the experience is likely the same.

This was a stay near the airport to make catching our early flight easier. It was an interesting stay to start out. The person at the desk was abrasively friendly (never saw that before). Everyone in the family that was over 16 had their IDs copied, they needed our license plate number (pretty normal), and then I signed and initialed multiple times on a long contract where I agreed to a bunch of things like I wasnt moving in permanently. We found our way to the room. It was clean and quiet. The vending machine selection was limited so I decided to go to the gas station a couple blocks away. It was late which is probably why several employees believed parking across the bank parking lot which blocked the way was OK. It was difficult to turn around since it is so small. Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Inconvenient to get to. Was close to the airport, a good thing. The property was small and parking a challenge to say the least. The inside room was not clean. The stove had old food around the burner. The bathroom had toothpaste on and in the sink. The carpet had chewing gum on it. On the bright side, the bed was clean.

Stayed 1 night to catch an early flight departure the next morning. Place is just “ok”. Carpet’s old, TV is small, elevator & hallways dingy/dirty - about what I expected for the price. Front desk employees were very helpful, friendly, and curteous.

Reeked of weed, all over the property. By front desk, in the hallway and in the room. Dirty floor, sticky laminate in kitchen, stained carpet, countertop trims were missing, rusty appliances, not a single utensil in the kitchen. Door to the room had so much wear and tear on the bottom. Furniture had so much dust and wear, it seemed that they were bought used. Lookd like the room floor was not cleaned in months . When I brought up the weed smell to the front desk, I was told 'you have a sensitive nose' and a canned response on no smoking policy on the property. Got out of thais ghetto and rented another clean room elsewhere. Obviously no refund was provided even though complaint escalated through expedia.

The property was not well kept. It was dirty and the maintenance was poor. Two thumbs way down. Staff was pleasant but our room was dirty, there was hair from various sources around the room, the tub drained slow, the trim on the counter had been torn off, the elevator electric panel was held on by one screw and some guests were smoking right next to the door. Avoid at all costs!!

Check in went great but the room was dirty. Tables and counters had not been cleaned, the bed actually had blood stains on them but the shower was recently used. I’m not sure if housekeeping just didn’t clean up on what. Was okay for just a 1 night stay but the room is definitely overpriced.

It was very nice to be so close to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Our floor was very sticky and there was dry toothpaste in the sink, but otherwise was pretty clean. It seemed a little run down and there was quite a bit of noise outside around 10pm.

Bath tub had hair stuck in the drain. Mattress was very soft and lumpy. The people over us on the 3rd floor was very loud and noisy. I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise. Their kids were very bad and running around. I was exhausted, I had just drove all the way from Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with my little sister and her family. So the next night on Thanksgiving I'm assuming out of retaliation they flooded their tub. The water came down and flooded our bathroom ceiling and walls. I reported it to the front desk and they moved my older sister and I into another room that had only one bed.

Nice and quiet place close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was kind and helpful. The cons were the smell of weed in the hallways, but the room didn't smell, so it wasn't really a big deal. Also upon further inspection the floor underneath the bed wasn't cleaned to the same standard as the rest of the room. All in all, a good stay at a good price.

Great for the price. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Even though the appliances and furniture have seen better days, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free wifi was very solid. The atmosphere is pretty laid back with a wide variety of customers, from full-suits to PJs.

My check in was the worst hotel experience of my life. I called to let them know I’d have a late check in due to a delayed flight. They said it’d be no problem and they’d leave a note. When I arrived I was told that the one device that is used for checkin was running an “audit” so it might be between 5 and 25 minutes until I could check in. An hour later, I was finally able to complete my check in. In addition to this failure in their structure, the employee could not have even been bothered to apologize for the delay. It was a complete failure of customer service.

We prepaid in full. When we showed up at 9pm to check in, we were told that they sold our room out from under us leaving us stranded after a 8 hour drive. The front desk let it slip that they regularly overbook anticipating some no shows and if everyone shows up, oh well. I used to stay at this hotel 30 to 45 nights a year.they have lost me as a customer.

I arrived at the hotel tired with two kids after a long travel day. Although I got there at 10:20 pm and office hours went until 11:00 pm, no one was at the desk. I waited for a half hour, called the phone number, and only got a front desk attendant when another resident at the hotel tracked someone down for me. I believe I should have gotten the room half off or free, but he gave me an $8 discount. The floors were filthy and bathrooms were not fully clean. Luckily the beds were clean and I was finally able to sleep.

Reserved and paid for room. Due to airline delays attempted late check-in. Was refused room due "an audit being run". No attempt to assist. Just informed nothing they could do for us. Had to find another hotel, for higher price, in early morning hours. Attempted to obtain refund and was refused until I went through corporate. Nothing on reservation indicated that late check-in would not be accepted.

Asked for towels was denied because I needed to bring older towels first. Room had patch jobs from previous repairs that looked as if they were rushed. The biggest issue I think would have been the misleading of breakfast bar which was just instant oatmeal. For the extra 200plus dollars this was the worse part of stay because it was horrible n inedible. I would not have stayed if the breakfast bar was clearly explained that it was just instant oatmeal. No cereal no milk or orange juice no egg not even granola bars. I only booked because breakfast was stated to be there which I felt bamboozled. But the staff was great I will say that but I just wish hotels.com stated what the actual breakfast was going to be.

The price with my OneKey credits of $88 was the reason we picked this hotel. The immediate downfall was the small of cannabis when entering the lobby on Saturday night at 840 pm. Then after we entered the hallway to the room through the designated door called the trash room. We poceeded down the smelly hallway to our room on the first floor. The room was not as potent as the other areas. The grab and go breakfast didn't even include fruit, Coffee only, no milk or boxed cereals or juice.

I planned to stay here for the first three nights of my visit to Kansas City but decided to extend my booking for the full week. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I will say the water took some getting used to because it felt as if it were infused with saline or a gel and because I visited in the Summer, my room felt humid regardless of the temperature I set the air conditioner to. The hallways were always crisp but my room never felt brisk, it was heavy even when cool. The breakfast they offered was a good way to get some calories to start the day, and everything was digestable. I like that the Hotel was close to a bus stop because it was near the Airport but a fair distance from Downtown Kansas City and I do not drive and prefer not to spend money on rideshare services if I can avoid it. They did not charge me for a late check out, granted I turned my key card in at 11am, however, I did go back up to the room to do my own cleaning/sprucing before I officially vacated the premises a little after 12; for that I am greatly appreciative.

They say they offer breakfast when the only thing you get is coffee. Are you serious? It's a joke. The restroom and beds are just -ok-. Always smelling like MariH- Not enough parking and they barely have spots and lights. I would NOT recommend unless you have no other choice, of course.
