The hotel was decorated for fall and looked to lovely outside and in the lobby. The room definitely had seen better days. Particularly the bathroom. The door was warped and had mold growing. The sheets and towels were clean but the pillow were the size of throw pillows! Horrible! The sofa bed was just springs and pretty uncomfortable.

Room was clean, except.bathroom floor(lots of dirt,dust,etc) but needed repairs, toilet was loose and rocked when touched or sat on. Toilet paper roll holder pulled feom the wall and was very lose. Not much water pressure from sink faucet. After hours we had to park on the oppisote side of the building, no door on that side, 1 door on eachnend but key sis not work on those doors, had to walk and carry everything around building to enter thru main lobby.Breakfast atops at 9 am on Saturday/Sunday.So didnt have any breakfast as we were out later the night before, so cant comment on breakfast. Treadmill sitting in back of building in parking lot. Lots of water and mud in back parking lot.Abandonded run down church right behind hotel.(eye sore)

It’s a newer hotel so it was kept very clean and the staff was very friendly. Pool was clean and plenty of fresh pool towels every morning. No complaints!

Our stay was good, nice room and breakfast with lots of options (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, plus bagels, danishes, fresh fruit). The work room was great; treadmill, eliptical, weight machine, exercise mats and balls! My one dislike was that most of the parking was in the back of the hotel but there were no doors on that side of the building so we had to carry our bags around the building to get in.

The hotel smelled terrible..there was a very strong chemical odor in the rooms that burned my eyes and nose. There was a lot of mildew and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud..outside traffic and construction noise was awful. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Parking was limited. The area felt unsafe. I don't recommend this hotel.

Girl check me in under somebody else's reservation even after I gave her my drivers license for identification. She said she changed information to match my License. I had already repaid for the room then she changed the information dack she said but she had already given my my room key card and number but never changed it or asked for room cards back. I believe i ended up with someone else's room and the room wasnt clean. I chose the property based on the reviews. I guess the reviews were falsely generated. I would not recommend this hotel isn't very clean.

Once in room the air conditioning did not have a means to control the temperature. Also the electrical plug in. The replacement room did not work. This may seem petty but when the air was blowing form the unit the curtain would blow out into the room.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it was just ok. Wear and tear visible in the bathroom and on the walls. It was decently clean. The worst part was the noise. You could hear everything from rooms around you. Walking in the room above us sounded like elephants pacing back and forth. The person in the room next to us had a cough that never ended. I could hear the TV next door until late at night as well as other doors slamming in the hallway. Won’t be back as I didn’t sleep all night.

The front desk staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The room location was handy to the interstate, and there is a good restaurant in the adjacent parking lot. At times our room was noisy because of street noise, as well as noise from the hallway. We had more hall noise because our room was right next to the lobby and breakfast area. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience at the hotel.

The staff were excellent, especially the young man that checked us in and out, he was so nice! The breakfast staff in the morning did an EXCELLENT job of having delicious food prepared and always refilled when needed. We would stay here again. My only negative was that they put us in the handicap room and it is located right next to the laundry room and I could hear the washer and dryer running, but once that stopped, we got an excellent night's sleep.

All aspects of the stay were excellent..!! My only complaint was the people in the room above us were having a problem keeping their children from stomping around at all hours. However, the desk clerk did a fine job of handling the complaint, and the problem was finally corrected.
