We were passing through headed to a softball tournament. I had my little dog with me and was so glad she could stay with me! The hotel was very clean considering you could have pets. The beds were comfy enough to get a good nights rest. The only downside was the broken elevator… which wasn’t horrible being that we were on the 2nd floor. I also realize that things happen. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and other businesses. Overall we were very pleased!

Very happy with the staff and cleanliness. And the location is close to restaurants and stores. The only bad things were the elevator was out and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. And we had some construction workers next door who snored super loud.

The property was clean and looked newly renovated. Unfortunately, there was an odd smell (perhaps cleaning solutions). It was hard to overlook, but that’s more or less a personal problem. The room was spacious and clean! I was overall very pleased with my stay! The parking lot is well-lit, and I felt very safe both inside and outside the hotel (traveled alone). I’d definitely recommend this property to others!

I cannot recommend this hotel. It was not clean. The breakfast area was not clean. The breakfast was terrible. Also, the staff, especially the manager and assistant manager were extremely difficult to deal with giving unclear and confusing explanations about my bill and refusing to give me a receipt or explain my charges. Do not stay at this hotel. There are several surrounding hotels that are much nicer. Overall, Colullman is a lovely place to stay, but this hotel is not.

I walked in tired after a long day on the road. 5 hour drive and immediately had a roach run under my feet. I killed it. Then I noticed little black specs of debris or something on the bedding. After brushing off the bed to get some sleep. I start to itch in random places . Not sure why.....and around 11pm all I hear are kids next door bumping into the wall and laughing. I could feel the bed shake at times. Ive stayed at multiple places in cullman. Comfort inn which was nice. Sleep inn which was ok. This one looked ok at first then all that happened. Not really a great experience.

The decoration, construction, and modern look were good. The down side to all of this was quite a few...we were put in a room that was right by the elevator. We could hear everything including when other hotel guests were whispering. The noise of guests getting off and on the elevator were more than enough to wake us. I tried to place towels and luggage at the door to help with the noise but that did little. The carpet in our room had a lot of animal hair. This is probably from either not vacuuming our the staff is given poor quality vacuums. Other than that, our room was clean. The beds were pretty bad but this is coming from someone who sleeps on memory foam mattresses at home. These were firm spring mattresses and overly bulky pillows. Breakfast was minimal and was constantly out of the main hot items.

were given a room right next to elevator. Was very noisey. people talking while waiting for elevator sounded like they were talking on a microphone. Very loud. when we opened our door it was hard to get out because people waiting for elevator are standing right in front of our door. A very bad layout.

I booked this hotel due to the ratings/reviews. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was clean. There were four women traveling together sharing the hotel room. When the first one went to take a shower, the water was barely warm. I called the front desk and maintenance was sent. The only way to give us "good" hot water was to turn the cold totally off to the tub. Of course that is not acceptable as you could burn. This put a damper on our night as everyone wanted/needed a hot shower before bed. We were not offered another room and was told due to booking with someone other than directly with the hotel, they could not even offer a discount.

Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful with a reservation modification so we wouldn't have to change rooms with a very full hotel. The entire staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the free breakfast choices were excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. I cannot say enough about how kind and pleasant the Manager Peggy and ALL of the staff working there were. We were always greeted with a smile by anyone we encountered. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome.

We arrived after being called that day to confirm we were indeed coming and asking if we had any pets. Would have mentioned that at booking. Got there no one at desk and rang a bell waited until guest agent came out of restroom. She then checked us in and we preceded to room. Opened door and there was other people property in room. Then went back to check in and was given other room cards but stopped at elevator doors and they had given us wrong key cards again. Then got final key cards that were correct. Thought we had gotten a deluxe room but was told booking indicated that was not true but could upgrade for additional funds . Elected to keep. But thought after all the trouble they would have just said sorry for the inconveniences and upgrade us. I myself have worked in customer service for years and we always tried to make our clients satisfied especially when we had made an error. Room was clean and comfortable enough. The next morning when I took shower water did not drain well and stood in bottom of shower. Something I truly hate. Not sure I would repeat with this hotel chain.

It was very comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing. The shower was was hot and well stocked and very clean. I really like this hotel all around. The location is more private, off the road and quiet.

Didn’t love that our room was right next to the elevator, though - heard lots of dinging, luggage wheels, and voices during the evening hours and early morning. Would request a different room if we stayed again. Nice proximity to expressway, which we appreciated.

Check-in was a breeze, parking was convenient and the room was clean and had the basics needed (small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with pods). The breakfast area had great choices (eggs, sausage, hashbrown, waffles, cereal, various fruit and bread). You can get some things after hours from the breakfast area like juices and cereal.
